Good flight older plane.
Broken tvs, unhelpful staff, confusing communication preventing smooth travel experience.
The terminal on my ticket was different than the gate number. We went through security and had to take a 15 min shuttle to a different terminal. Why not just go through security there? There were also no attendants at the gate to discuss seat assignments. My husband and I didn’t have seats together. Try on board crew was great, but the airport experience was lacking.

This was a hassle in and of itself, but the flight was also on New Year's Eve and ended up getting us to Buffalo about 20 minutes before midnight, which was a bit disappointing when I had made previous plans for the night. Also, I found the cabin to be very cold during the flight, but it was pretty short so I didn't complain."

It was boarded and ready to go around 7:00. Then....we taxied down the runway only to stop because of a situation on THIS plane (a light that did not go off). It was fixed pretty quickly and meanwhile a rep. from Delta boarded the plane, apologizing for our inconvenience and handed out Jolly Ranchers. REALLY? After that, she and the flight attendants did give us a free drink/headset coupon. That would have been nice but it expires Dec. 2017 and the flight attendant stopped serving drinks about half way down the aisle because the flight was so short. The coupon will be of no use to me. I finally got to Raleigh about 9:30...I booked the flight so I wouldn't have to drive at night.. Sigh....Delta used to be my favorite airline."

The lady at the check in desk never asked me if I was first class or main cabin. Just assumed I was main cabin. So they almost made me check my carry on until I showed my boarding pass. Other than that, everything was great. Smooth flight flight attendants were very nice

First you have to print the tag and then go to another long line be with 2 employees only to drop it of instead of having one place to print and drop off at the same time. Poor system. Moreover while there was plenty of time my bag did not make it on the same flight. It will arrive on the next flight hopefully. I had to wait in another line for 30 minutes to arrange the delivery and verify all my information. I truly believe that to make a trip great both arms - the airport and the flight experience should be perfect. Unfortunately the ground experience does not allow me to give a higher rating."

United also had problems with their entertainment system so for an 8 hour long flight, there was much room for improvement."

I hated this flight and there were NO televisions, or usb ports to charge phones. Never again. They didn't even have enough room for carry on bags for everyone. To be specific about this flight, straight off the bat the flight was late due to a late arriving plane.. Understandable. Then to top it off they had no pilot. So then the 1.5 hour delay has now turned into a four hour wait. But I'm still waiting for the flight so the wait could be even longer yet. The airline should consider refunding everyone's money on this flight. An hour delay is one thing, but four hours is uncalled for. Never flying with United again."

Most people are very understanding of the fact that flights were cancelled or delayed because of this, but members of the UA were short with customers, making unprofessional facial expressions at people who were stressed out because they were trying to reach their destinations, and some staff was even ignoring customers in a long line to have personal conversations with one another or texting on their cell phone."

The baggage services in Newark didn't pack my bag on my flight, the next one afterwards nor the one after that. When trying to contact to see what's the issue nobody answered the phone, for a hour. The bag claim services from when I landed in Richmond didn't have a clue on how to contact Newark or to confirm my bags will be on the flight for that day. I had to do the research and find it myself while she watched a movie on her iPad. Needless to say if I could give a negative star rating I would. I missed the banquet and received my bags the next day and still couldn't get a reason from either airport on why they got left behind."

Overall, I will say united is much improved from where it was - though I'd appreciate some free entertainment."

Myers 8 hours earlier was occupied so I was told very rudely to get in line behind 30 people to get new seat location. It took over an hour to board plane before take off. There was non English speaking customers who received no help boarding plane finding seats because crew was laughing joking with other passenger. They tried to put a non English speaking passenger in exit row. I paid $25 to check a bag to find passengers getting free bag checking at gate."

Cons: "We requested an isle chair for my fiance, who is paralyzed from the waist down, as soon as we checked in at the gate 2 hours early. Not only did they not board him first, nobody was waiting with one at the gate. The crew had to call someone and we had to wait a decent amount of time for someone to arrive. At that point half of the plane had boarded and the other half got to gawk at him while they boarded as he was "strapped in." Getting him in his seat with a full flight was difficult and embarrassing for him. He's flown cross country and internationally many times, and this was a first. For this and a couple incidents regarding our trip from Milwaukee to Medford, by way of Denver, we no longer plan to fly United."

Or flight was delayed. Then the gate changed twice which made us run all over DFW airport. Finally made it to the right terminal and had to stand in the longest line. Made it to the front of the line 2 minutes after take off. They rebooked us a flight that day in Austin, 3 hours away. Rented an absurdly expensive one way car, took another shuttle to BFE at Austin airport. Made it to the ticket counter with 50 minutes to spare but...... there was no one there. Frontier stops ticketing and checking bags 1 hot before flight?!?! WTF. Never flying frontier again
I did not like anything. It was cramped loud, and the fact that we had to sit on the tarmac for an hourd half and then the airline lost our luggage made for a bad start to my busniess trip . Needless to say, I will never be flying frontier again .

Cons: "Lots of extra costs for baggage, seats, drinks and snacks, not experienced with other airlines. One of the hardest landings I’ve ever experienced. Perfect weather and no wind to speak of so not sure what happened there."

Cons: "The one "personal" bag policy is insane! I was caught off guard and had to pay for a small carry $50 @ the counter before boarding. If I were aware I could've paid in advance for a lower price and brought a large suit case. Thank God it was a short, 2 hour, flighr because it was not a comfortable seating, it was VERY crammed! AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Pros: "We were originally delayed by about 30 minutes due to a lack of a pilot. Another was called in and we still got to our destination on the other side of the country on time - amazing!"

Pros: "The whole plane was sick of how uncomfortable the seats where they did not lay back they where hard the tables could not even hold r drinks I will never fly again after my return trip him and I’ll make sure no one else uses them this was the most uncomfortable flight I’ve ever had and my longest flight 5 hours the whole plane was not happy then they want to charge a arm in leg for every single thing this is sad"

Cons: "4 hour delay going to our destination because of a "scheduling issue" Unacceptable. We almost missed our car rental. Also, on a side note, Do not use Fox Rent a Car in Orlando, our car had mechanical issues and there was also blood splatter on the roof, disgusting! And going home we were scheduled to be on time and we were boarded on time and about to leave the gate and they told us that they found a dent in the plane which later on we found out was a hole in the engine. So we were taken off the plane and wasn't for another 4 hours that we got another plane. Overall not impressed. We did receive a 100 dollar voucher each for both delays but honestly would never use this airline again."

Cons: "Paid a lot for upgraded seats. No recline, not very comfortable. No food, no entwrtaibment, no Wi-fi. They don't even have an airline magazine. The only good thing was non-stop flight that arrived on time."

Cons: "The 4 hour delay that received once we arrived at 4:30 AM to catch our 6 o'clock flight home to find out it had been delayed until 9:28 AM. Once we were on the plane we were then told we would be delayed until 10 AM. Flying with two children was difficult for a four hour delay. However front tier did give us all $10 food vouchers and $50 vouchers each for our next flight. Once we landed in Houston we then sat on the tarmac for another hour waiting for the gate open. The plane did have mechanical issues which caused the delay but still the notice given was always last minute"

Cons: "Grumpy passengers complaining about the one hour delay and being rude to employees and flight crew. Mass confusion at the airport. TSA closed at one end of the terminal, so wandered a bit before figuring that out, with the help of a security guy who said, "Let me guess, you're flying Frontier." Had a total of 4 different gates before we finally boarded a plane, and every time we arrived at a different gate it still said some other city. Very little communication from the airline regarding delay and gate changes. Also told us the wrong baggage claim upon arrival. Baggage fees are a little excessive, but the price of my flight was SO cheap that I can hardly complain about that, since I travel light."
Cons: "My flight was delayed from Denver to SLC and we were not notified, given any other option or any compensation. The previous three (3) times I've flown frontier I have had flights cancelled and received no compensation. Do you know how frustrating that is?"
Pros: "I like that I finally returned home finally the following day, however, I had to purchase a rental car and hotel an additional day for my inconvenience."
Cons: "During boarding on the original day of return back to Atlanta, the rep that was boarding the passengers closed the gate earlier than 10 mins so before I could return from the restroom she closed it. I was within the 10 min timeframe because I returned back to the gate at 5:34 am and the flight was scheduled to depart at 5:45 am. The plane/crew/passengers were still sitting at the gate so it was an inconvenience."

Cons: "Everything is am upcharge! Food, bags, seats... they even charge for all beverages and ask for a tip on top of it. The seats don't recline and tgere is no entertainment. I will not fly Frontier Airlines ever again. What a disappointment."

Cons: "We landed on time but had to wait on the tarmac for almost an hour for a crew to be available to park our plane even though we had a gate. It is unfortunate that Frontier cannot staff appropriately to manage incoming flights."
