Cons: The checkin process is awful if you fly basic economy. This is the second time I have flown basic economy on United and you have to wait in line for 20 minutes to get a boarding pass and then have someone inspect the size of your personal item. You cannot check in and get a boarding pass online.

Cons: Broken in-seat entertainment system for one of our seats, customs pre-clearance in Dublin took forever, but not the airline's fault.

Pros: Inflight entertainment was great. Movies, games, moving map. Best I’ve ever seen in main cabin for free.

Cons: The seating was too cramped. It’s extremely uncomfortable. Seems tighter both on knees and elbows.

Cons: I absolutely HATE aisle seats. The crew brush pass you putting all of there private body parts on you and they will absolutely run over you with that metal cart. It’s so unprofessional. They brush pass you with their butts, crouch area, and hands all over you. Awful experience

Cons: Fuel and Gas Smell in the airplane, not sure is it leaking somewhere when it departs.

Pros: Some of the crew members are just simply rude! Whenever you ask what they have to drink, they roll their eyes & say look at the menu or say I just said it earlier. It bothers them for you to ask them for something.

Cons: AA1792 from Dallas to Cincinnati on 6/8/19 had no air conditioning. It was miserable. The brakes needed repair, too. No passengers seated in the premium exit aisle seats.

Pros: I was able to sleep comfortably, even in the middle seat.
