Pros: "Crew amazing, seat not too comfy"

Pros: "Boarding was a fast and smooth process. Flight attendants were there to help with carry on luggage if needed. Always nice and do their best."

Pros: "When i asked for a window seat at the gate, i was provided one in the comfort zone. Very impressed and pleased. However, the remaining two segments were the opposite. Staff at the gate did not assist in any way for the remaining two flights."
Cons: "The flight from Bend to Seattle was delayed a couple times and caused us to arrive when our connecting flight was already boarding. Luckily we were able to make the main flight on the trip."

Cons: "Couldn’t get a boarding pass for the last leg of my trip (AZO>DTW>ATL>CSG) when I checked in online, couldn’t get it at the Delta counter in AZO, nor in DTW. The staff at the Delta counter in ATL resolved it in less than ten seconds."

Cons: "Worst transatlantic flight in 40 years. Filthy old seats and mine had a wet ironed stain. The seat in front of me was broken and reclined into my lap. That made the screen for entertainment unusable. The reading lights didn’t work. The toilets were a mess and never serviced."

Cons: "The flight was delayed (naturally) so the crew was rushed and inattentive. No pre-flight beverages in first class, and then no follow up service once aloft unless you asked. Makes me wonder why I’m paying extra for mediocre service."

Cons: "The flight was scheduled for 7:45 pm. Due to the storm the day before, my flight out of Miami was cancelled and I was told that the flight out of W Palm Beach was my only option. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

Pros: "The plane was on time, the crew was friendly, no delays, landing was fine. In fact we actually made it a little before the time that we were scheduled. Since the flight was so short, I did not have any food."

Cons: "crying baby... passengers hanging out in the aisle... also lady sat in my emergency row seat and would not leave so I let her have it. also the lady next to that seat complained the whole time we tried to negotiate that seat. also the flight attendant that gave our section drinks seemed irritated and very rude. Older african american woman that stuck her finger in my face and the person next to me to ask her to stop her question as he picked up snacks that she dropped in the aisle. Kind of rude and kind of uncalled for. And the lady next to me (lauren) is an ER dr that had a layover in Atlanta for 4 hours to vacation with her fiance in the Caribbean..."

Pros: "Flight attendant Gillian Awesome. Crew was fun and made my kids first flight great."

Pros: "Crew was very attentive and curtious. Boarding was a bit more chaotic than usual and the gate agent made no announcement about boarding procedure, which certainly contributed to the scrum resulting. I arrived from the Skyclub several minutes prior to boarding time and was unable to find a path through to the Priority Boarding Lane. As boarding began she had to redirect at least seventy-five percent of those in front of me as they were not in First Class. Had she made one or more clear announcements about boarding procedure I rather doubt such a misunderstanding would have occurred with so many."
Cons: "For the third Delta flight in a row (all First Class) the crew did not make any effort to keep economy class cuctomers form storing bags in the First Class overhead or using the only First Class laveratory during flight. This flight I was unable to utilize the laveratory even once due to this excessive and continuous useage. Trying to do my bit to reduce our carbon footprint, yet I am sorely tempted to return to charter service when disrespect of the airlines own basic service class rules gets piled on top of TSA hassles."

Cons: "Left about 2.5 hours late because of a broken seat of all things. Apparently Delta doesn't bother to have maintenance staff on site at the airport."

Cons: "Despite having 15 open seats on the earlier flight, I needed to pay $75/person to take the earlier flight. I chose not to do this. Would I have loved to get home 2 hours earlier."

Cons: "We boarded, they closed the door, told us to turn our phones off, acted like we were leaving, then informed us we had an hour delay. The flight attendants remarked that they couldn't hold us hostage and could get off if we want. The whole thing wasn't done properly."

Cons: "Rebooked me on a flight from Nassau to Atlanta, and never worried about how I would get to Nassau from Georgetown, Exuma. Never even notified me about the rebooking. TERRIBLE customer service!"

Cons: "Schiphol has an excellent system in place -- you get through all the checkpoints to the gaits in less than 15 minutes. Then at the gait, at least at Delta/KLM they re-check all the documents twice, and that part takes 40 minutes -- so be prepared to come early to take that into account."

Cons: "The ground crew (in Detroit) were unfriendly and rude. I asked two simply which line I should be in, the First lady just ignored me, the second gentleman rudely told me where to stand. They were not terribly busy at the time and I politely asked as I was unsure which line to be in. The flight attendants (only from ORF to Detroit) also were unfriendly with an attitude. Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

Cons: "Flight attendants were very rude! I also it would have been nice to be told the wifi wasn't working!"

Pros: "The flights were all on time, in fact a bit early. The crew was very helpful, both on the ground and in the air. They were courteous and not patronizing."
