Pros: The service and the crew were extremely courteous polite and professional .

Cons: As it is an all flights just not enough leg room and a very tight chair.

Pros: Very good check in and customs, etc at both airports especially RDU.

Cons: They upgraded only my husband and split him up with the rest of our family. We were delayed and once we landed we got stuck in an active taxi way just because of poor arrangements from airport staff

Cons: There was someone that pooped themselves, another that threw up, and the flight attendants were so rude. They kept spraying stuff in the air and even those of us sitting, so much in fact I had an asthma attack and had to use my inhaler. When I told the attendant, she said "theres nothing I can do," and kept spraying the air with this awful spray. The flight harmful to my health, exhausting, and uncomfortable. BEWARE OF THIS AIRLINE! I would have preferred not gone on my trip then fly this airline!

Cons: I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again.

Cons: It was delayed. I paid very expensive to fly on Business to be on the first row. Because every minute count for me on this trip. But it was delayed. I feel I should get a refund for sum of the money I spent

Cons: I paid extra for exit row seating, but what they didn't tell me was that the flight attendant seat was facing ours, so much for leg room. The actual placement of the seats were aisle row and middle row-so neither of us had a window to look out of or wall to lean against, no overhead lighting or air vent either. Can you say "rip-off?" My husband, who is tall and broad shoulder was constantly being knocked around by the flight attendants and carts. This flight was miserable. I guess I should be thankful for the hour plus delay in departure.

Cons: Had no idea we had not payed to check a bag. Could have paid online prior to boarding for 30 pounds, but because we did not know, had to pay 65 pounds in order to check a bag at the airport. I am extremely dissatisfied with this flight and with British airways in general. I wish I would have known about the baggage and I could have saved myself a LOT of money. British airway crew were rude and unhelpful. I will not be flying with them again.

Pros: we buy the tickets from kayak and reconfirmed with British Airways is that we allowed to have one suitcase of 23 kilo checked in for each person . would get to their products and we paid 180 US dollars for the read suitcases we have . I didn’t mention kayak to give me the 180 us dollar back

Cons: I wasn’t able to fly because my passport was stolen

Pros: smooth as silk flight, beautiful clean comfy airplane. Roomy seats. great entertainment system. Excellent friendly staff. Pretty darn good food. Excellent value.

Cons: The only thing that I felt was not appropriate was that they made me check in my carry-on at the gate. Apparently, the airline requested 55 passengers to check their carry-on bags...but they just selected the first people who were closest to the gate. I purposely did not check a bag because I had limited time to make a train connection at my final destination, plus I had to go thru customs and I knew that in itself would be time consuming. I explained this to the airline staff, but they did not care. I think they should have first asked for volunteers; and if still needed, then randomly select people to check in the carry-on. Also they only were making people with the “suitcase” carry-on to check them in....anyone with a duffle-looking bag was not even bothered. Luckly, I’m mange to make my train connection, but I was running to do this...not fun at all.

Cons: Entertainment pretty bad. Boarding very disorganized, takes way to long, getting on and off. had to show Passport and boarding pass way too many times, inefficient. Seat was more spacious than going, but not much padding for long flight. No air control No safety demos

Pros: This is a great way to travel from Helsinki to Tampere and avoid the railway and train changing.

Cons: The plane is not comfortable, but the flight is very short. It balances out.

Cons: Terrible boarding process (boarding groups one and two together for the first time, so even though we were group two priority, we did not get on until the middle of three and no overhead bin space left). There was no snack/beverage service. We did get a tiny bag of pretzels and were supposed to get either water or juice, but we never saw a beverage. Also, my seat's entertainment did not work. The worst was the HORRIBLE TINY ECON SEATS!!! Unless you are a child or a small woman/man, I would avoid this flight if at all possible. I have never been so uncomfortable on a flight, and I fly a dozen times a year for the last 25 years.

Pros: Flight attendant Ms. Sophie Picard made every extra effort to try to find a meal when they had run out of Business Class meals. She made up for the uncomfortable seating in Business Class.

Pros: Passengers’ standards are so low, so when a flight leaves on time and arrives on schedule or early, we think we are blessed. That’s what happened in this flight.
