Everything was on time, and the crew was friendly and attentive. We had exit row seats so the leg room for this 90 minute flight was great compared to our first part (London-Atlanta)"

Pros: "Pilot almost barrel-rolled us climbing out of JFK, so if started well enough.... Ground assistance (wheel chair) left me with a badly bruised left big toe and I didn't think we'd ever get through the TSA. The pat-down I received was more like a sexual assault and I didn't even get a happy ending. We made it to RDU, so the exercise was a success, but it was a huge hassle."

I will no longer fly a Go Jet operated leg when other choices are available. For my trips to Boston, that means Jet Blue. Sorry Delta. I'll see you back on a true Delta route."

And we boarded the plane on time, deboarded the plane, they gave us warm drinks and pretzels and cookies to tide us over. 5.5 hours later? we take off. Nothing AA did was done right for the customer."

Cons: "Delayed 5.5 hours at LAX. Boarded on time, waited at gate for 1.5 hours and then had to get off. During our delay waiting for a 1st Officer, the Captain times out. NO BACKUP CAPTAINS or 1st OFFICERS AT LAX? Then miraculously during our 3rd hour waiting for a Captain they discovered the 1st Officer was going to time out. So, rather than KNOW this while searching for a Captain, they waited for 3 hours and then had to find a 1st Officer to fill in. Result 2.5 more hours of delay. Even the Flight crew was in disbelief on this one. I think we should all get reimbursed and triple miles for this snafu. Not weather or mechanical - just poorly managed time -- BY A MAJOR AIRLINE - INEXCUSABLE!"

C'mon AA, it's 2017. •Charging for checked bags is greedy, I don't care if others do it, that's not a good excuse + Southwest doesn't charge. •Plane left 30 min late (and arrived 30 late), then had to sit on Tarmac waiting for a gate. •Placed us at the farthest bagged claim from our arrival gate (all bagge claims walking up to ours were empty), so thanks for thinking of the customer first there. •I reserved an aisle seat, they changed me to window without asking. Thanks. •Overall, there are too many other choices in airlines... I may just be one customer, but this is one less they'll have, as other major carriers haven't ever racked up this amount of annoyances in a single trip with me before."

Cons: "I did not like that the ticket I purchased was a British Airways flight, but it was operated by American Airlines. The plane was SO outdated....it didn't even have personal screens. And the movies they played were old. I mean the Devil Wears Prada...COME ON!!!!! Also, the food on the way to London was extremely disappointing. I had chose the pasta with vegetables, and it was macaroni and cheese with broccoli. And not good macaroni, but more like the kind you make for your kids."

Cons: "Someone had been sick on the plane. They cleaned it up but it still had a pretty decent residual odor to bear in an hour plus long flight."

Pros: "Flight attendant, Billy, on flight to Chicago encouraged everyone to help each other figure out how to manage close connection times due to a long delay leaving Charlottesville. He then arranged for folks with short times to move forward. We would never have made our connection without him. Gate agents also kept the door open for us as we dashed to our connecting flight and hustled us on board. Amazingly the ground crew also got our luggage transferred in the short 10 minutes we had. Thank you American!"

I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat. I will avoid this aircraft if possible in the future."

How is it that you can buy a car worth thousands, and be allowed to return it under the Lemon Law. When a company called can make billions of dollars doing this, it's just taking advantage of the little people."

Unless its flights in the future are significantly advantageous, United's losing my business. It's not worth saving a few bucks to me to be so uncomfortable."

Would have rated you guys higher if there were any type of courtesy actions taken - such as given a complimentary item or some other small act of courtesy. Instead, crew just said we really apologize but it's not our fault. And flew to laguardia where we waited for an additional 30 minutes. Never heard anything good about Spirit from my friends, took a chance, and had a terrible experience."

He was nice enough to me but in his frustration, he was very rude to other passengers. People were getting nervous that their planes were boarding and they still hadn't checked their bags. This caused people to try and cut in front of other people in line and of course those passengers became angry. After finally getting through that mess, we got to our gate in a different terminal (which was also confusing because our boarding pass said terminal 3 which we went to first only to find out that we needed to go to Terminal 4 to check in and then walk over to terminal 3 to board). Once we boarded the plane they told us that the computer system was down so they could not put in their flight planes so they let us off the plane. We re-boarded the plane and finally landed home around 2:00 in the morning. By the time we got our luggage and drove home (20 minutes) it was 3:15. Overall Stinky!!!!!"

Cons: "All the extras. 40 bucks for each checked bag. Never again. My spirit is not with you."

Pros: "Flight on time"
Cons: "Fees for carry on bag range from $9 to $100 For same thing This is like going to a store and paying up to Ten times as much for the same item Depending on when you pay for it Even the flight attendants joke about charging For air toilets seat belts etc"

Pros: "The price and convenience was just right."
Cons: "For the second time in the year my luggage was not handled with care and came back broken. They should be more carefull with the bags !!!"

Pros: "Plane was new, cleaner, and roomier."
Cons: "Plane was old, seat (exit) worn out, cushion was short and hard, i.e. No cushion. Flight was Del aid, gate attendant gave no update as to why until 30 minutes after boarding time. And it was jetway attendant that made the announcement. Cabin flight crew looked tired. Cabin lines to bright during boarding and prior to landing. Plane needs to be retired, old and uncomfortable."

Pros: "The bag and carry on luggage took forever to get. The prices were too high."

Pros: "Plane was not full"
Cons: "I do not plan to use them again for the way they nickel and dime you for everything that is required to fly. It is absolutely discussing. No pa,y no flight. Come on. Necessities are part of the flight. To have to pay for them is a sin"

Cons: "The seats are small and they don't lean back. This makes for very uncomfortable plane ride"

Cons: "55. For carry on! Won't fly with them again!"

Pros: "Efficient."
Cons: "Very uncomfortable seating - no reclining. Not enough room under seats for bag and legs."

Cons: "Everything"

Pros: "No beverage cart clogging the aisle for the entire flight. Simplicity of the in flight experience. I like the idea of charging money for carry on bags, and no first class section. Those 2 things speed the boarding process immensely and get you out of the gate and off the ground. If you add the extra leg roam seat charge, the carry on charge, the price is still competitive with the other air lines. The boarding area at the gate was also organized and fast."
Cons: "I didn't have one complaint."

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Over $260 in baggage fees for 2 bags. Not being able to buy the bags before we got to the gate. Rudeness of customer service. Lost bags that I am still waiting for."

Cons: "On the outbound trip I had to pay for my carry on $65 at the gate because I was a first time flier on Spirit and had no idea how the a la cart thing worked. Was also not aware that I did not have to buy seats so my good deal price disappeared for my trip. I ended up spending more that I would have on a full service airline trip so I was very disappointed."

Cons: "Long lines, delays and unhappy employees"

Cons: "The stewardesses and captain were nice from the start but when we hit multiple pockets of turbulence there was no warning and at one point the seat belt sign only went on a few min before we dropped out of the sky. Also no warning on landings just dropping and wheels popping out. Would be nice if they'd communicate with the passengers before we drop out of the sky for any length of time. People had babies and a dog and there was no preparation made for the amount of turbulence we hit and when I said we dropped out of the sky I mean people who didn't have their seatbelts tight were floating out of their seats."

Pros: "Flight was very smooth. Ample leg room."
Cons: "Baggage costs. Prefer an option of digital boarding passes verses Spirit's policy of printed passes only."

Pros: "The staff was pleasant"
Cons: "The seats didn't recline. This made it the most uncomfortable two hrs I have ever had on a flight. Constant delays. At first I couldn't believe how cheap I got the flight. Then I realized why. They nickel and dime you to death. $55 for a check in? Absolutely crazy!!!"
