I would highly reconsider the tempuratures on the plane seeing as that this could severely sicken children and elderly. I have never experienced this before."

Meanwhile, the trains at MCO are malfunctioning badly as they chaotically try to replace them. The boarding agent acknowledged these issues as she explained to me and 5 other people that we couldn't get on the plane that wasn't scheduled to leave for 12 more minutes. Finally, thank God, a supervisor arrived and called the captain of the plane who subsequently let us board. Completely unnecessary situation. Very disappointed."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over two hours due to weather conditions at ATL. Good thing too as my inbound flight from SRQ-ATL was delayed as well and if this flight had been on time I would certainly have missed the connection. For some reason I couldn't get my boarding pass from ATL-BWI to show up in the Fly Delta app on my phone, and I couldn't seem to print one at any kiosk in the terminal at ATL. I scanned the SRQ-ATL boarding pass and that worked fine. My connecting flight to BWI was also delayed due to weather at ATL. There were two hours between landing at ATL and taking off for BWI, plenty of time to move a bag from plane to plane, yet my suitcase took a different flight from ATL-BWI and I still don't have it even though they promised I would have it delivered to my apartment by 6:30A this morning. I understand that weather was a problem in Atlanta but really? When I landed, I noticed in the Fly Delta app that my bag was taking a later flight to BWI despite more than ample time to get it from the SRQ-ATL plane to the ATL-BWI plane. This was good, as I didn't bother to wait for my bag at the carousel but proceeded directly to the Baggage Services office. I was assured my bag would be delivered to my apartment after that flight landed at 8 PM. Continued to check bag status in the Fly Delta app and noticed that they scheduled delivery to my apartment by 6:30 AM this morning and closed the claim. I left for work at 7 this morning and still no bag. I filed a property loss claim at Delta's website; delayed baggage flyer suggests doing so will get me a $25 or $50 voucher for future travel since the bag was not delivered within 12 hours of my delayed bag claim at 2:15 PM. Too bad it has to be used within 30 days and I don't think I will be able to fly anywhere within 30 days."

There was no assistance or prior warning regarding this from the check in staff and I made it all the way to the original terminal and gate before having to turn around. The desk staff at the gate was asked about early boarding for infants and said it would be okay but didn’t give clear instructions on boarding so I sat down and they began boarding each group 20 minutes later and did not give priority to mother’s with infants. The stroller which I brought to the gate was then tagged incorrectly with a white tag instead of a pink tag. I was later told by he crew that it meant it would go directly to baggage claim instead of being brought to the door. According to the crew, all staff know to tag with a pink tag. At every step there was blatant display of inconsideration that made an already difficulty journey, that much more challenging."

Most MIA staff was very rude (this wasn't American's own staff, or TSA, I should note). American stripped my group of our seat assignments (which we had selected 6 months prior) without reason and with minimal apology. No solution offered. Got middle seats but luckily was able to switch on one of the computer kiosks. Flight crew didn't seem to care that other people moved to the for-pay seats further up front (the flight wasn't full)... so why did we lose our seat assignments and get grief with not being able to select anything good? Not impressed."

There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided."

Then it was discovered a preflight mechanical check hadn't been done. So we all sat for another HOUR waiting for the mechanics to arrive and do their work. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."

This eventually meant we would miss our connection to Munich and had to be rescheduled to the following day. The next day we had another round of "mechanical delays" and just barely made the connection."
Pros: "Absoluteky nothing. I mean literally NOTHING. I take that back, a pilot for another flight who saw my predicament and tried his best to help me figure which flight to take in the morning. Also, as far as floors go, the airport terminal was maybe only the ninth worst I've slept on. Kudos!"

Flight delayed multiple hours after my ride departed and stranded at airport for fourteen hours with no food or beverage comps, or even kindness from the their agents. Was told "oh well, weather". I had left my remaining cash (and didn't bring my card) with my lady friend to get the kids some nice things (she is driving back on a seperate day and was already two hours away by the time we found out flight wasn't happening in time) and absolutely zero compassion given by United. Also, required to add an 80 dollar uber when I get home because there will be no ride as my orginal ride can't make it. May also have to call out of work. Not even an offer to bump my seat on next flight to close to the cabin or exit row. Two hours on phone with customer service with no offers of even slight compensation even when this entire situation is explained. I get it. I agreed to terms of service, but your service sucked and is costing me an armful of money at this point, wouldn't it be in the slightest interest of theirs to give me a meal, or a room or even a lousy coffee?"

AND snack and/or drinks during flight are not complimentary. It was really hard to understanding the crew member giving the emergency instructions over the PA, had a very strong accent."

Cons: "I didn't like being charged for a seat when I checked in, and I intensely dislike Frontier's policy of charging for a carry-on. Especially since the overhead bins are largely unused. The delays on this flight were in Denver and caused by malfunctioning Frontier equipment that couldn't vacate our arrival gate, leaving us sitting on the tarmac for over 20 minutes, and then at the gate for another 10 minute because there was no one to operate the jet way. Another 45 minutes waiting for our luggage left me wondering if we should just drive to Park City next time."

Cons: "The only thing that caused me some concern was that the ATL gate on the printed ticket read 1 but the actual departure gate was 1A. At first I went to 1 and the flight information said Trenton and I didn't see the 1A or even go there to look. I found a helpful Delta service personnel who said, "Oh these people, they are never around to help the passengers. I'll help you. He went online at a kiosk in the general hallway and pulled up the flight as departing 1A. Sincere there was no way for me to know about this. I could have missed the flight. Either post someone to direct passengers OR put the correct information on the electronic ticket. Thanks."
