The food was great and the service and attitude was amazing!!

It was a great experience. The only thing I would have changed was that the bathrooms were never cleaned and they got very dirty.

Old airplanes small seats expensive tickets, not as expected overall and not comfortable according to the price

It was an OK flight with below mediocre service by their flight attendants

Wasted a lot of time trying to find the CDG lounge - it was not next to the connecting flight gate like the Air France staff said.

My experience was good overall, the quality of the food really decreased! There used to be a choice between meat and fish now it’s between chicken and pasta! In the choices of entertainment meditation has been added which is very good. Soft chair workout to improve blood circulation and avoid phlebitis should be added.

The only reason the overall rating wasn't "excellent" was due to problems in claiming luggage. The bags are delivered to the main area (Cinta 35) for domestic passengers, but to a DIFFERENT ROOM for international arrivees. After waiting 30 minutes, someone (who didn't appear to be from Air France or the airport) told us to go to another area. There we found our bags, which appeared to have been awaiting us for a while. We had to go through a bag check before leaving the airport. If we had been alerted to this possibility, or better yet, been to go directly to Cinta 34, we could have eliminated quite a bit of waiting.

Much better than the major US Carriers especially in Biz Class.

I wish that the meal included a vegetable or even a salad instead of couscous! Why serve chicken with rice AND couscous? Service was good overall though a bit lacking in friendliness. Usually on air france I've been offered a glass of champagne before dinner, wine with dinner, and a digestif after dinner. We were only offered wine this time!

It was not Air France but Air Europa. But confusion over our checked luggage. Whether it was checked all the way to Tenerife or not. It was not. Had to line up again in Departures. At least our Sky Priority was honoured. Flight was fine.

We booked a flight from FCO(Rome) with a stop over at DUB(Dublin) going to JFK. Boarding from Rome was kind of chaotic since the airport I guess is very small and we needed to shuttle to the airplane. The gate agent just let everyone and anyone go without using the sections so that took a lot longer than usual boarding. From drinking to JFk boarding was good and organized. Amazingly the flights was very smooth sailing and we’ve flown American big airplane to small companies before. The aircraft’s itself is on the older side, can’t complain tho because the plane ride wa smooth. For a 3 hour plane ride, nothing was complimentary. But for the longer leg of the plane complimentary snacks, meals and drinks were provided which was great. The food wasn’t bad either. I would fly with them again, great price and good service.

Everything went well. I made my connection which is always a concern.

I appteciate the very courteous staff. The flight was good. Something that wasn't good was that my bag was only checked as far as Dublin and I had a connecting flight to Vienna. (That was a mistake the ORD desk made.) Fortunately the desk at DUB was able to re-tag without me having to re-check in (which initially it seemed I might have to do.)

Delightful flight, ahead of time with a super crew, thanks

I wish Aer Lingus offered free wifi and had power outlets at the seats. Overall, the flight was good. Seat back entertainment had some interesting options. Food and snack options were mediocre at best. I enjoyed the canned red wine.

I had an awful experience at the ticketing agent stand. I had purchased three tickets, one of which I had the maiden name of a passenger on the ticket. They refused to help, assist, and actually delayed our process and had us miss an opportunity to purchase a ticket on the same flight. I was sent through multiple phone calls, none of which helped, and the person at the counter was the person who told me to both call Aer Lingus for help and was the person who said they could not fulfill my request that they were privy to from the beginning. My partner is still stuck in Scotland, racking up thousands of dollars in additional fees and tickets. I am very upset and two of my tickets went unused. I will never be using Aer Lingus ever again and I will continue to complain about them.

It was excellent! The plane left Chicago early. Arrived in Dublin early. The crew was excellent! It was a great experience.

Dublin to Boston was decent. Food and entertainment was included and that was expected for the rate paid.

The Nice airport was a horrible boarding experience. I have never experienced the kind of compressed mob (in the B12-B17 gate area) of people all unclear what was happening and no airport staff to assist. There was no signage and 1000’s of people waiting for any info for 2 hours.

The food was mediocre, the coffee was terrible. The entertaining selection was plentiful. They lost my checked luggage which put a damper on my 10-day vacation.

We flew TAP last October from Newark to Lisbon. The meal was bad. This flight had good food. Also, this flight was delayed. There were TAP employees waiting at Lisbon to make sure we made our connecting flight. I find the TAP website and app frustrating, but the service once we reached the airport was very good

Boarding too way too long. Biggest peeve: zero in-seat power in economy! No plug sockets, no USB ports. Plane was an A330, so not old.

Flight being delayed for 35 minutes had me lose the connection to my transport

The long wait at JFK made the trip horrible. Also not having enough buses when we deplaned was annoying

Flight was delayed on 6/20 to miss international connection. Next flight out was 24 hours later. Not acceptable.

Flight from FNC to OBO was cancelled. We were rebooked to Lisbon later in the day. It was inconvenient but it worked out ok in the end.

Food was edible, not great, and served by attendants who looked like they really were not happy working the flight. The section I was in was too warm making the 11 hour flight uncomfortable. Other areas on the plane were fine.

Checked bG chstgr was extremely high. Over $120. It was s bsit and switch knowing an international passenger would have t9 check a bag.

First, communication was terrible. The gate on our ticket was not what was reflected on the airport screens and TAP personnel were not present at either gate to answer questions. The flight was delayed and there was no announcement. Also, there was an equipment swap to a smaller airframe which affected our level of comfort. The root of all these issues was as a lack of communication. With air travel in foreign countries already being a stressful affair, lack of communication needlessly raises the level of difficulty.

On time, politeness, food okay but entertneiment mediocre with only old movie and the so called new we’re 2 or 3…

My experience with British Airways is excellent, thanks for all 🫶🏻✈️

Was delayed on first leg and missed connection. They would not let me board although I arrived at the gate 5 min before take off. I was delayed 24hrs

Old tired plane, Uncomfortable business class seat. Breakfast dreadful and meagre. At least flight was on time!

Safe arrival. Improvement on Time efficiency Effective Communication will be great.

The crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for airplane food. The flight is long and hard to sleep. The leg space is great. The plane arrived in plenty of time.

A good flight back to Tampa and thankfully although we had a 90 minute delay because of thunder storms from Charlotte to bottom iof Florida, it was a prudent to avoid these for a comfortable flight as opposed to being tossed around with turbulence.

They removed our booking without telling us. Cost us thousands to book last minute

Enjoyable flight, helpful crew everything was organized to accommodate passengers.

Captain sick. Unable to get replacement so delayed me 30 hours, many others delayed 54 hours. TOTALLY DESTROYED ALL MY PLANS, including lost my rental car which would now cost over 5 times what I paid so stuck with buses n trains... lost hotel reservations.... HORRIBLE!!!

The international flight from PHL to Lisbon was one of the worst I’ve experienced, ever. What was really disappointing was the entire experience of comfort and service in the coach cabin after takeoff. The food was inedible and the wine served with dinner was such low quality - it tasted of petrol. I couldn’t eat more than a bite or two of the chicken entree, being worried it would make me ill. The service took so long to reach the entire coach cabin, I ended up having the lights turned off on me as though I had to rush though dinner (though as I mentioned, it wasn’t as if I ate much - only the salad). Most of the attendants seemed generally annoyed and were not friendly or polite. While there was some turbulence, it wasn’t too uncomfortable and I know that is just a chance. The temperature of the cabin was so warm, even a friend a row or two up and on the other side of the plane felt like this. To top it all off, the seat was so uncomfortable and flattened/overused, I had back pains for DAYS afterward.

Extremely Disappointing Experience Boarding was chaotic and poorly managed—we were left standing in the heat for 30–45 minutes with no explanation or apology. As a business class passenger, I was shocked when a staff member rudely refused to let me board after I questioned why I had to check in my carry-on, which contained valuables. Despite explaining my concerns, he remained unreasonably inflexible. Thankfully, the captain intervened and retrieved my bag personally. This same staff member was also loud and disrespectful to several other passengers. Completely unacceptable service.

Awful. Seats on this Dreamliner really uncomfortable with broken tables. No food selection availability in business class. Poor service. No engagement senior flight attendant spent more time applying make up then speaking to her guests. It appeared that the right side received a different level of service to the left when there were only 8 people. Worst flight I have ever had. A great way to ruin an outstanding two week with this return flight

Flights were okay. Not bad, not good. On time and efficient. Planes are a bit old and run down, even the 787... Casablanca airport, HORRIBLE. no air conditioning, no power outlets, no clear signs to anywhere, old, unfriendly, no restaurants to speak of. Casablanca lounge, HORRIFIC No seats available most of the time, no power outlets working, no food, only water is offered, 1 shower available, unfriendly and inneficient people, no air conditioning, flies and bugs everywhere, extremely old seats and unconfortable. Although with some cleaning crew present, toilettes are .... not too clean.

3 hour delay, very rude flight attendant the food was horrible.

Wait time was very long during boarding. We had to wait a while in the bus which was under the sun.

When the flight landed, it was still going towards the gate, when everybody got up. Nobody cared that the flight was still in "active taxi" mode. But seems like this is common on Air Maroc flights.

1. Boarding - Chaotic, no announcements. 2. Gate Agents - Don't care about anything. 3. Inflight - FA are good and cordial. 4. Landing - Everybody is in a rush to get out because of the crowding at immigration.

This is the worst seat that I ever sat on. The length and width are great but Super uncomfortable. We felt like sitting on marble.

Worst flight experience of my life. It was cancelled and they left us in the airport for 7 hours having no idea what to do.

Had the worst service I have experienced in 45 years of flying internationally (over 100 flights). This was an 8-hour flight and the crew was completely non-responsive to any and all requests for assistance from the 200+ passengers. My wife and I each pressed the button for assistance at least 4 separate times and no crew member ever responded. Looking down the aisle, at any given time at least a dozen passengers request-for-assistance lights were on and no crew member ever assisted any of them either. Notably, it was a very smooth flight with no turbulence, so there was no reason crew members could not provide assistance. Other than two meals - one at the beginning and one at the very end, the crew did not serve water or other drinks at all. We had to get up and walk to the end of the plane to get water ourselves. The only snacks available were saltine crackers. Crew also did not collect trash except immediately after each meal. Plane was a mess and everyone was coughing at the end due to lack of water. We found the crew hanging out in the front of the plane talking to each other and laughing amongst themselves without a care in the world about the 200 passengers. One was just enjoying a book. Don’t ever fly Royal Air Maroc if you can avoid it.
