Tuve que esperar un total de una hora para ser atendido (dos llamadas : una esperé 35 minutos y colgué y la otra unos 38 minutos más). Al fin y al cabo la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar. Me dijo que no podía hacerlo pero que iba a poder asignar dos asientos juntos para mi esposa y yo. Para sorpresa mía no fue así cuando hice el check-in en el aeropuerto tenían a mi esposa y a mi separados. Tuve que aceptar los dos últimos asientos en la cola del avión - los cuales no reclinaban completo. Para culminar; para cuando la azafata vino a proveer el servicio de almuerzo- se había terminado la carne. Mal servicio"

We had coffee and a soft drink, twice. We arrived at EZE airport from the US and were happy to take this flight without having to change airports for the domestic flight."

Cons: "International flight, no alcohol available for purchase or free. The food served was a sandwich, cookie & mint. I have Celiac Disease & could not eat any of it besides the mint. The sandwich was two slices of bread with a slice of meat & some sort of cheese in between - looked dry & awful. The landing was not pleasant, I thought we crashed. Entertainment was not provided nor a USB plug."

Definetely not a business class service, more like a economy plus service boarding should be a bit more organized Child meal should be assigned inmediately when you book a child, not upon request"

Cons: "Old plane, delayed and the football team on the flight was celebrating in the asles the whole time so no one could sleep. The crew did not ask for them to be quiet or sit down. They literally were signing over safety announcements and during the whole flight!"

Didn't wait to see if that was the problem.....it wasn't. Another just turned it off and restarted and said "that should do it"....it didn't. She also didn't wait around or even check back to see if it now worked."

Cons: "A bit crowded seats, especially to watch TV screen less than a foot in front of eyes -- not good for eye sight."

Cons: "The seats were so tightly packed that a normal adult can't keep avoid touching the seat in front with their knees. Add to this the crew did *two* beverage passes on an 11hr flight…horrible."

Pros: "Good quality modern plane and excellent clues for money. Boarding was a bit late and not explained but for the price (much less than AA) it was excellent. I would definitely flybeoth them again"

Pros: "Outbound flite uneventful which was OK but the return flite to Miami we seemingly waited an eternity (well over half hr) to receive our luggage. And they could use a few more personnel who spoke English at both check in at Buenos Airies and on the flite itself. After all it is an International carrier and all aspects of the flight experience would benefit from staff that was multi lingual."

Cons: "They changed the date of my flight without telling me and then were kind of cruel about it when I asked what happened. I had to spend an extra day in Buenos Aires and go back to the airport the next day. I had scheduled a hostel in my destination and the hostel wasn't able to change my reservation but they charged me for the night anyway. I ended up camping in El Calafate, where it was very cold and rained all night."
