$356 Find Cheap Flights from Reagan Washington National Airport to Bolivia - Compare and Save

The crew was great. The food was typical, but decent. Everything else - mediocre to poor. The flight was late arriving - happily for us and our 49 minute connection (what idiot came up with that?)- in another concourse - that concourse changed before we arrived (ticket and app was showing the incorrect gate - when we boarded at the correct gate - known by the airport person pushing my assistance cart). Had I walked and read the screens or United app I would have missed the flight! May other people arrived late to the correct gate, having been victims of a last minute gate change, were also relieved the flight arrived late. The aircraft (Boeing 757) was a sardine-can due to an uncomfortable seat pitch distance. The material or seat was beyond not comfortable, but I'm sure they made a lot of money with that aircraft type. I spent a lot of time standing in the back (in the middle of the night/morning to rest my back). I learned my lesson - any trans-oceanic fight - avoid United or American Airlines - and look for Airbus or Boeing 737, 767, 777. Also, pay for business class or premium coach seating.

Crew was great. Seats are cramped and uncomfortable and I’m a small person.

Over 5 hour delay with minimal updates or ability to standby for alternative flights. During boarding and 1 hr+ wait for takeoff, seats were drenched w water from air conditioning condensation and always leftover crumbs on carpet and seats

After arriving in Chicago, we were taxiing for 1.5 hours with infrequent and untruthful updates about the amount of time it would take to arrive at the gate. Minimally, the team could have provided timing expectations that were more truthful, especially one their original expectations were not met.

Wonderful. Quick boarding. Early departure and we arrived 30 minutes early at our destination. Unfortunately, when you arrive early, there is still a departing aircraft at our gate. We had to park for 30 minutes until the gate was clear. So our early arrival was not really early at the gate. Otherwise it was a quick and smooth flight. Appreciated the efficiency.

Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.

Being stick waiting for gate at ORD cause me to almost miss my connecting flight…being deaf United made no no effort to keep me updated as I couldn’t hear the PA

The flight was on time and the crew were great.

I was forced to gate check my carry on luggage. Somehow it did not arrive at my destination. I still have yet to receive my bag r days after arrival.

Boarding area is a mess. Lines not bounded and gate area too small. Food options (on this specific flight) were poor and you couldn’t pick part of it since it was like a mash of chicken and other unrecognisable stuff. Comfort of seats along with child noise made it difficult to get a good sleep. Last, the flight attendant that served my aisle was rude (others seemed fine) towards me and others.

The guy that helped us was excellent! He worked all morning switching our flights to the next morning since our original flight into Miami was delayed so much. He was truly the best person we have ever worked with. He was very kind.

Our flight was canceled and we were put on a different flight, but we were never notified of the change until we checked in. BOA provides no beverage service during the flight and there is no in-flight entertainment. Airline staff tried to tell us that we were not allowed one personal item and one carry-on bag per person, but instead that we were only allowed one item aboard per person, which contradicts their written luggage policy. Airline staff also claimed that a car seat counted against our carry-on allowance, even though our child had his own ticket and is required to use a car seat on board per airline policy.

The crew was great, professional and polite. Good meal too. The flight was full and we departed on time out of Miami. I did feel cramped in my seat for the long overnight flight, which made it hard to sleep

It was a very smooth process. Everything about the Airline like a well oiled machine.

Muy horrible experiencia, cambiaron dos veces la hora del vuelo resultando en una espera exagerada. No dan información oportuna. Abordadnos el avión retrasado el vuelo y esperamos dentro del avión por 35’ más mientras subían como 6 carros de cajas al avión. Muy mala logística y servicio.

6 horas de retraso en el vuelo sin ninguna explicación por parte de la aerolínea.

They had a problem with their air conditioning system and we almost had heat strokes because they blasted HEATED AIR for almost 40 minutes and there was literally no air. This is the worst airline in Bolivia. Can't believe we have no other options sometimes.

BOA is truly the worst airline in Bolivia. It's a shame we sometimes need to use it cause we have no more options.

BOA airplanes are so old and dirty, the bathroom was so nasty, it smelled so bad and had tape all over the cabinets. My chair wouldn't recline, we had no entertainment, the flight was super cold. The only positive thing about this flight is that I feel it's so old that they even serve food, like in the past! I travel a lot and nowadays the companies only serve some snacks or sometimes offer something to eat if you pay. Not the case with this flight. Never again flying with BOA. They are definetly the worst.
