Pros: The seats were very good. The crew was helpful and friendly.
Cons: We had a connection in Detroit. The flight from Seattle to Detroit arrived about 30 minutes late, and we barely made the connection. Apparently Delta had not told the Detroit-Boston flight to wait a few minutes for us. We did make the connection, but we arrived at the gate with no seat assignment (we had been bumped the day before from our original flight because of a mechanical problem) as the plane was loading. Had we missed the flight, we would have had to spend the night in Detroit and go to Boston the next day. Delta should have told the gate agent that we were coming.

Pros: Crew attentive, professional, appeared to be enjoying job with full plane.
Cons: The mew food boxes in furst class taste terrible.

Cons: The exit row that I paid up for, for leg room, didn't have extra leg room. First world problems.

Cons: The boarding did not go on time. An announcement about why would have been nice. Still made it on the flight on time.

Pros: This was a redeye flight which are never the best. We upgraded to first class for a chance to sleep. The sanitizing of the aircraft was beyond expectations. The personal wipes were a plus so we could clean the areas around our seats to our satisfaction. The individual snack bags are a great idea to minimize handling.

Pros: It was nice that the plane was not packed full.
Cons: Box water instead of water bottles. The seat wasn’t very comfortable since it wouldn’t recline.

Cons: The Seattle gate agents never said which flight they were calling and since neighboring gates were boarding at the same time it was very confusing and rather chaotic.

Pros: Crew was very attentive. I appreciated the extra spacing between passengers.
Cons: I would have liked to see alcohol served.

Pros: There was an amazing variety of tv shows and movies. That is essential for long flights like ours was.
Cons: For long haul flights, I am used to being offered a pillow/blanket, even when sitting in economy.

Cons: There should not be a pay wall around the internet in today's day and age

Pros: Everything from hospitality to the ease of the flight. Captain communicated to put all at ease during this time in which this pandemic has gotten many fearful of flying. Great landing as well.
Cons: Everything was great!

Cons: The plane itself and seating was filthy, some unknown substance fell on me from the vent above, there was a bunch of crumbs in the seat buckle that fell out all over my lap when I fastened it. I'm not sure the tray table was wiped down, or at least not very well. The in-flight tracker was completely incorrect, I was on a 4-hour flight and it read 14 hours and counting throughout.

Pros: Nice crew
Cons: No leg room for 6’6” person.

Cons: We weren't alerted there was a chance of delays. Over two hours late.

Cons: 2 seats and neither tv/entertainment centres worked....unacceptable on a 10 hr flight!

Cons: Compared to Virhin Australia crew, Delta staff seem almost poorly trained in comparison. For example, Drlta crew don’t check your pass, don’t immediately move down the aisle to move along tourists busy discussing their seats and then line up for Boarding seems chaotic at best.

Pros: The entertainment was nice.
Cons: If the screen wasn’t behind the seat. I could hear the tapping of the person behind me.

Cons: Missed connecting flight because the first flight was delayed by 2.5 hours. I didn’t get the comfort seat I paid for because of this and was not given a refund for it.

Pros: I think they flew so fast. We could land almost on time even though we departed a hour late. Airplane was new and clean.
Cons: Boarding was chaos. They overbooked 25? 45? Anyway, they are in panic. They tried to request ppl to take next day flight by giving away 300 gift card etc. the ppl who were told there are no seats upset and arguing at the gate. Flight was delayed for one hour. Once we are on airplane, they are still shuffling seats around, so ppl cannot move forward. Just standing there for 10mins waiting for things to settle. Flight attendants did not give us a headphone. (I have a headphone for iPhone X so I could not connect it to their entertaiment system.)

Cons: Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline.

Pros: This was our first time flying Delta and it was a very pleasurable experience. Boarding was very straight forward and the seats allocated comfortable. A surprise for us was being asked if we would like to move seats from the back of the aircraft to Comfort Economy (we think it was to do with weight balance! but appreciated very much none the less). The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime.

Cons: Partner site said it was Aeromexico. First flight was delta so different check bag policy for internal flight that cost me $80. Screw you all

Pros: Nothing, they didn’t care about you or to help, the llady was so rude and unfriendly, this situation ruin my whole trip
Cons: I call in advance to paid the fees for baggage, I call Aeromexico because was the main airline for the fly, but Delta at Seattle made me paid again the fees for baggage’s even by phone they said that I didn’t need to paid. BE AWARE AND CAREFUL BECAUSE THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK didn’t even look the paperwork that you have in hand, they only want to charge you saying that your payment thru Aeromexico didn’t help you in the 1st fly. How this can happen when Delta and Aeromexico are two subsidiary one of another ?

Pros: Boarding is easy as always, I like Delta's system.
Cons: I had a seat by an exit door. I was incredibly uncomfortable the entire flight due to the cold air comin in and hitting my feet / legs. Two coats and a blanket weren't enough to remedy the issue.

Cons: Flight was delayed and the on time and then delayed. Gate changed 4 times which was frustrating. Especially when at Sea-Tac you have to take a train to get to some of the gates.

Pros: The service on board is always GREAT! in Aeromexico
Cons: The flight was canceled and we were put in another flight next night. But the staff in Buenos Aires run the situation chaotically and made mistakes that infuriated many passengers. They need more training to learn how to say "I am sorry" more often and know how to avoid getting into arguments with passengers.

Pros: Food selection and quality were fine. I also enjoyed the entertainment options. Seat area was comfortable and spacious.
Cons: The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul.

Cons: As a Platinum AFK/KLM Skyteam member I was NOT allowed to use the Delta Lounge. On the flight the meal choice was poor and the staff were not really geared to serving regular clients. The movie choice was poor. I expected better!

Pros: Accident on way to airport, so I showed up to check bags 45 minutes before flight time. They said they couldn't get the bag to the plane..in 45 minutes? So, they put on the next flight... 6 hours later. Said I could fly without the bag... uh, no thanks. They would not look for alternatives without charging me more. Flight attendants were crabby, otherwise everything was fine. I flew British Airways a few months ago. Night and day. Seriously. Delta does not even approach having good service. There was no comparison to British Air--- Delta is not in the same league.
