The flight itself was fine, food was expired and gross, staff were mostly amazing! KLM messed up rebooking for our first two flights that got cancelled and we almost didn’t make it to Amsterdam for an additional two days
I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Had to cancel and rebook, KLM connection was cancelled prior to departure, ended up flying to Munich on non-Delta carrier.
The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members
They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.
Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.
My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!
Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!
Overall very positive. Boarding was quick and organized. Cabin was clean and seats were reasonably comfortable. Cabin crew was excellent and the meals provided were also of good quality
Delay, luggage didn’t arrive. Had to go the next day to collect it
It was delayed over an hour and a lot of announcements disrupting movie.
My flight experience was generally good, but the boarding process was stressful. I was pulled out of line at the gate during the photo ID check, and after being cleared, I was never given an explanation for the delay despite asking for clarification. This lack of communication was the only downside to an otherwise smooth trip.
I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
Still room for improvement in food and beverage selection: bring back Cognac
Boarding was 2 hours late and then we were delayed another 5 hours on the tarmac. I'm sure the crew were also tired, but some of them were rather snappy. The special dinner I ordered was not served, and they only served a tapas box on takeoff and breakfast before landing. That was disappointing in premium economy. However United was good at rebooking my connecting flight.
We paid extra to check our bags ($90*2=$180) but our luggage remained in Frankfurt. VERY DISAPPOINTED as we were promised that our luggage would go to our destination. We had to pay 90€ to take a taxi back to the airport in Split the next day to get our bags so we would not miss our next step on our trip. We think we should be reimbursed for our checked bags. How can we coordinate this?
With discover in general was very good but from Munich yo Palermo was poor
Staff and flight attendants were very polite. Flight was smooth. My seat on the plane was a bit broken so it would not stay in upright position but it was fine for the most part.
Agents at gate were not immediately available to solve problems and once they did they didn’t fix all the fight connections
We used Kayak to reserve our tickets and specifically checked the luggage option which was a more expensive option. When we arrived at the terminal we had to pay an extra $90 per suitcase for the three passengers. This has been a pattern for the past 3 years. Why charge for a more expensive luggage option, and the ticket price not include luggage?
Flight cancelled instead of leaving Friday am now, maybe, leaving Sunday

United has maintenance issues and can then never recover. No operations ability and simple issues always turn into multiple hours long cascading delays. Worst airline on earth.
Check in was chaotic with only one counter for business class and first class. The luggage conveyor belt at JFK airport was broken so the flight departure was delayed which made the flight stressful as I had a tight connection. Although the captain said they could make up the delay, they didn’t do so.
Lufthansa was great. Crew on board excellent. Frankfort passport control horrible it took about two hours to get through. After waiting in line for hours there was a discussion with the passenger in front of me that was taking forever. The couple behind me had a connecting flight to Turkey in 30 minutes and asked border control officer of her situation and the control officer told the couple in a nasty tone if you don’t like it you can go to another line which would have surely made her miss the flight. Border patrol officers were not helpful. Finally made it through I had to exit and reentry for security check for my connecting flight which Lufthansa changed gates and I had to run to get to A60. Which it seemed 2 kilometers to get to but I made it. If i fid not have 2.5 hrs layover i would have missed my connecting flight to Milan. Not sure if I will fly through Frankfort in the future.
TV wasn’t working, flight attendants never came when turning on the light, luggage was delayed and when delivered it was broken. No suitcase for the rest of our 2 week trip with no response when claimed filed
Lost our luggage, now two days and four $30 each taxi trips to airport and long lines in taxi queue because Lufthansa didn’t get it right, by not recognizing new delays between flights caused byEU new lengthy crossing requirements for non EU travelers, so luggage lost because traditionally methodical and orderly Germans not paying attention.
It is ridiculous that Lufthansa weighs your carry-on bags. It's also ridiculous how strict they are about the 50 pound rule when you're flying overseas for nearly 3 weeks. The reality is, that if you book a business or first class ticket you get a $70 luggage allowance. It's bullshit that it's not about safety. It's not about regulation. It's about money. And that pisses me off. Furthermore, under price, which I assume was the travel consolidator for my ticket sold me some bullshit ticket that did not include to check luggage. What a bunch of nonsense. That's a scam. There shouldn't even be a ticket offered to Europe without checked luggage. I don't know how most people are, but now I'm gonna be very skeptical about using KAYAK again and flying Lufthansa. I think maybe it's best I just booked with the airline directly.
The crew could deploy more customer focus and not frown when asked a question. I’m speaking of one lady in particular who raised a hand in my face for me to wait whe I tried to ask a question and never came back to me. Very unprofessional and rude.
They set someone on our assigned seats and we ended up finding seats for ourselves to ensure the family sits together.
Very efficient and excellent service. Nice amenities and beautiful plane. Elevated meals. Boarding could have been more organized. We missed our connecting flight due to EU entry but Lufthansa was extremely quick to rebook us.
Aircraft had fairly roomy seats on economy. Food was good (beef dinner).
Broken seat did not recline fully, broken footrest, no air vents, no electricity for charging devices, outlets for headphones or isb did not work. Rude crew. Horrible experience. Would never fly Lufthansa again
The Discover flight from TPA to FRA was exceptionally unprofessional and incompetent in organization. First the entertainment system was completely nonfunctional for the entire plane and no competent IT support to fix. Than they could not serve any coffee or tea because they ran out of water - reflecting the exceptionally incompetent management at Discovery and most embarrassing for Lufthansa and a German airline, more like a third world country. The food was mediocre at best and minimalistic for Discover, particularly with the much higher standards at Lufthansa.
