Had to lift suitcase on scale 2 times to get to 50 pounds, then 3rd time agent finally said we could just put the items we removed on the scale instead. Attitude from agent at check-in and at the gate were miserable and snotty! Will NOT fly again!"

The best we were offered was food vouchers, which normally might not have bothered me as much, except that I am pregnant. Sleeping on airport benches at 6 months pregnant is ridiculous!"

In a short 5 minute phone call I was on the next safe flight out only 2 hours behind my regular schedule and they were really nice during the whole conversation!"

This is crazy. I ended up just booking myself on another flight on another airline. Why couldn't they offer alternative airlines to me in the first place?"

The whole trip took twice as long as it should have."

However, while I was walking to my seat, I saw ample storage space as well as suitcases that were laying horizontally or flat and could easily have been adjusted to create even more space. Given that most people pack their most valuable items in their carry on bags (as well as anything fragile), I was a bit uneasy checking mine. The associate who helped check my bag on the tarmac was kind. I was grateful that my luggage had a hard shell case."

Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

The carry on luggage section was impossibly small so I had to gatecheck my bag and it took five minutes to get my bag back. Given the tight connection, this created additional anxiety."

Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

I was told I couldn't get on the flight with 3 bags, even though all 3 would fit under the seat. The free entertainment contained a grey box over part of the image reminding I could pay for more. Was only given a tiny glass of soda, I remember when they would give a can. I will consider another airline in the future."

I didn't understand, but clearly there was some subtext that I was not privy to. She shook her head and said, come up here sweetie. Then she managed to do what he obviously couldn't do: his job. Then my girlfriend and I proceeded to be profiled and had our bags searched. If I didn't have to be in OKC I would avoid that airport like the plague. Unprofessional."

I do know that in their world things like this happen, but in the customer's world, things like this can really mess up someone's day, so simple periodic updates as well as one genuine apology for the inconvenience would have made things a whole lot better."

I felt bad for the middle seat section because there was no room at all. I had an aisle seat and still didn't have enough room the stretch. There was no food or snacks served but the crew did offer free drinks: oj, tea, water, or soda. if you can upgrade to economy plus it's definitely worth it. Spend the money for it. You will have more leg room for sure."

Cons: "One of two people bumped. I missed a ceremony with my father at the Naval Base due to the delay. We are both military and have had limited time together over the last two years. The $200 voucher does not cover the missed time I had planned with my family."

Also they packed is all in even though the exit row seats were completely filled. I think they should've just allowed some to have those seats for the comfort of the rest of us"

We stood in line for 3 hours to get a refund. (we decided to go with another airline, some people had been stranded for a week!) One sad items was a soldier had been on deployment for TWO years and was trying to get home. He had been stranded since Friday (it was now Monday). The agent just shrugged and said get in line. Frontier should have booked him on another airline! Finally, a lady in line heard of his plight and bought him a ticket right there on the spot! (on another airline of course). SHAME ON FRONTIER. We will NOT fly them again! #NEVERFLYFRONTIER"

The new seats look very nice, but are just hard plastic covered in faux leather leaving passengers with an uncomfortable experience. They did not recline, which wouldn't have been a problem if the tray tables weren't the size of an iPad mini. The seats were so close together you couldn't even rest forward onto the tiny tray tables without hitting your head on the persons seat in front of you. I am by no means a large person at only 5' 3" so I can only imagine how awful it was for tall people! For a three hour plane ride it would be better to go with any other company."

Cons: "When I got to the gate, I was told that I had to pay $45 for my carry on luggage, which I found it to be somewhat insulting (if I had agreed to check-in the luggage it would have been 'cheaper' only $40). This was the first time I had ever been asked to pay for my carry-on luggage, and the basis for me to never fly Frontier ever again. They claim that it was because of the ticket I purchased through a third party, and I told them that they should not advertise any tickets where you intend to charge people for their carry-on luggage. To make things worse, it appears that Frontier does not participate with the TSA pre-check program, and even though I had my global entry card with me, the officer at TSA pre-check would not allow me through this line because of the airline I was flying with - Never again!!! I suspect that on my way back I'll be forced to pay another $45 for my carry-on luggage, which I despise."

Cons: "Many years ago, I was an Early Rewards member who flew Frontier any time I could. No longer. The ticket price no longer resembles what you will pay. Now they charge $15-35 to get a seat,another $30-$35 to check or carry on each piece, and sit in uncomfortable seats that do not recline. These extra charges cause long delay at the check in counter even if I already checked in and only needed to check a bag because everyone else had to pay. Now I'll only fly Frontier if there is no alternative."

Everyone has some baggage. Deal with it. Enforce carry on limits 100% and openly offer check bag at a reasonable price. 2. Seats are NOT a profit option. Seats are increasingly uncomfortable, cramped and added with premium charges. Finally, the travel experience should be a pleasant and memorable one, considering the time strapped in a seat. Its OK to have Coach & Premium seating, but stop adding "option pricing" for an increasingly poor experience. I will not fly Frontier again."

Worth the extra $75 to be at peace and happy and actually be taken care of!!"

Getting to and onto my flight was average.. the stewardess kept going on and on about how the star wars plane would be visible at take off.. but it came accross like that of a hung over your guide. That part was funny and weird. They charge for everything on the flight, then pitch free miles on their credit card program for 10-20 minutes while landing. It was funky.. I won't fly with them again unless it's too cheap to be true!"

Cons: "I arrived to seatac airport at 8:30am and printed my boarding pass 9am. I paid $30 to have my bag checked. The website said it would be $25. I waited in line for 20minutes to check my bag in. There was only 2 staff members and long line of people who needed to print there boarding pass. The long line almost made me late for boarding. After I boarded the plane the pilot stalled for 40 minutes because the parking dock broke and needed to be replaced. Also,the pilot said, 'if people would stop using the bathroom we could leave on time.' The lady next to me was uncomfortable because the seats are too tight. The plane left 11:24am . The flight was scheduled to depart Seattle at 10:30am. I was offered water. The coffee and soda was 2$ by debit card only no cash accepted."
