Pros: Fine flight, nice Attendants (albeit a bit unresponsive)

Cons: My internet and television did not work. It’s really the main reason I fly with JetBlue for the internet in television s my screen was even fuzzy, and the movies didn’t work at all. My previous flight had the same issue and we were promised a voucher. I’d like the same for this flight please.

Pros: We got to our destination

Cons: Deal with broken toilet BEFORE you board us. Attendants that can actually smile would be pleasant. Replace the park benches for actual airline seats.

Cons: This was my first time that I choose this Airline and also the last time too. This Airline didn’t care the customer. Never has a solution and also never depart on time. They charge the passenger for everything. Nothing is free. My humble opinion is don’t fly with them. I flew with them this time because I found a cheap ticket but at the final I paid more. The prices are very attractive but isn’t true. For me was a headache.

Pros: Wasn’t able to board due to the extensive long lines at TSA. SJU needs to improve their staffing to make the process a lot quicker. Missed the flight and wasn’t able to be accommodated

Pros: The boarding was great and moved very well. The crew super friendly and helpful.

Cons: More information on how to use the complimentary Wifi in the cabin. I had the app and it helped me but it’s not immediately in front of you so the passenger can decide. You guys offer WiFi in packages and most of the other airlines do not.

Pros: My flight got delayed twice. Had to get rebooked.

Pros: The flight attendants have so much patience, it’s amazing. Because passengers are idiots.

Cons: I had a flight with a connection starting at 6 PM on a Monday. At 5 AM the day of the flight I received notification that the first flight would be delayed, making connection impossible, I was prompted to select another flight to arrive to my destination. I chose a flight with a connection staring at 7 PM. Upon getting on the first flight we began to prepare for takeoff. After about 30 minutes the pilot notified us that we would be delayed 40 minutes because we had nowhere to land at my connection airport. I realized at that point that I would possibly miss my connection, which was scheduled at 10:20 PM. However, I did arrive at the connection airport around 9:40 PM which would have given just enough time to arrive at the connection gate. Unfortunately, upon arrival to the connection airport the pilot informed us that we would have no gate to de-board the plane. The pilot stated that all connections "were aware of our delay" and gave us the gates for each connection. I got off the plane at 10:15 PM and ran to my connection gate arriving exactly at 10:20. The gate attendants informed me that my flight had left, my bags were on the way to my destination city and that I would need to spend the night in the connection city. The attendants, appeared disinterested and impolite but upon prompting provided us with a hotel voucher for the night. The next day we arrived at the airport 2 hours before boarding and waited at the gate. When it was near the time for departure we were informed that the plane had been downgraded and requests were made for some to give up their seats for a later flight or check carryon bags to make room for other passengers. While some lined up to give up their seats and bags, those who chose to remain on the original flight were forced to wait before boarding the plane. We were then told that we would have to wait until the pilot and crew arrived before boarding. Scheduled departure time was 5:46 PM but the time got pushed back until we boarded around 6:30, departure was rescheduled to 6:50 PM. We boarded the plane and waited for departure but a few minutes later the pilot informed us that "he just got here" and that there were mechanical problems that would cause further delay. After an hour we were informed that the plane was not able to fly and instructed to go to another gate for another plane. Departure time got rescheduled to 8:30 PM. The plane departed after 9 PM and arrived at 10:30 PM for a 5:46 PM scheduled departure.

Cons: The wrong time was put on the calendar and we missed the flight.

Pros: Great crew. Great plane.

Cons: I feel like JetBlue used to have more/better movies

Cons: The seats are aweful. The two crew members stood in the back of the overnight flight, chatting loudly the whole time. Impossible to catch some sleep.

Cons: Crew needs to not behave like they work for a very cheap airline. Not a smile on their faces, not a single friendly sounding instruction or announcement from them. It doesn't cost them anything to act a bit more friendly.

Pros: The crew was not overly friendly

Pros: On the plane legroom was much appreciated. Very convenient airport as living in Fairfield County. Good departure time, although general flight delays (Feb 3rd - runway problems) meant long lines & very crowded airport, with limited eating facilities.

Cons: Return flight (Fort Myers to Westchester) flight was delayed - believe it was weather related & not the airlines fault.

Cons: The tray table was very dirty when I put it down. I brought my own wipes but that was pretty bad.

Cons: We PAID $30/each to check 2 bags, both ways, so $120 total. Then at the gate, BOTH WAYS, Delta Gate Reps allowed people to check bags for FREE, & pick up at bag claim, just like WE PAID TO DO. NO MORE DELTA FOR US!

Having to go past everyone to get to your seat is time consuming and somewhat stressful. The food was super gross. The so called beef bulgogi was not appetizing at all. For breakfast, the food was disgusting.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 3 hours. We were given no information other than that it was delayed. No one spoken to knew anything about anything. It's very frustrating to not be able to get any answers from a real person whether on the phone or at the airport.
