Cons: "Air port does not have automatic internet connection We were there for 8 hours with no internet because we had no international roaming to receive the PIN via SMS. The four PINS generated by the counter staff did not work. We all took turn to try to no avail. by then we have walked too far from the counter we could not be bother going back. No airport that I've been to had poor internet service connection like this airport, yet it is supposed to be THE WORLD'S NUMBER ONE AIRLINE. We boarded at 11.30pm, last time we flew with them they gave us supper. Last night they gave us only water. We went to sleep hungry till the morning. Since when they started to operate like those cheap airlines that you have to pay for your food? And the night package did not have eye mask.... how could we sleep... ? Singapore airline could learn from Qtar. Very very disappointed."

Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .

Cons: "i had a surfboard bag that weighed 11lbs and my daughter had a surfboard bag that weighed 21 lbs and we are being charged $200 each both ways for a total charge of $800 round trip. This is an outragous fee for surfboard and other airlines specificly Alaskian Air, Quanties, and Virgin Australia have been letting us travel with surfboard bags for free that weight 3 times that much. I will never take Cathay Pacific again as we paid more for these flights because we had heard they do not charge for surfboard and they have great service. I had a total of $1200 fspending money for food and transportation for my trip to Bali. That leaves me with $400. Never again will I travel with Cathay Pacific and I will be spreading the word through social Media! Not a Happy Customer!!!"

Thankfully some employees at the airport (Don't know to what airline they belonged, I don't recall seeing a single WinAir employee the entire time) hired a charter TurboProp for all of us (about 15 people). I think the kudos go to the airport rather than WinAir."
Cons: "*** If you are travelling to the BVI's and travel on WinAir, be aware that if your checked luggage weighs the limit that it will most likely come the next day. This happened to my girlfriend and I on separate occasions. While we did both receive our luggage the next day, there was no communication from WinAir. I had to call them repeatedly and stress the urgency with getting the baggage (I was on a chartered boat. I didn't want to hold the boat up for my bag). My theory is that the luggage gets sent on a boat from St Martin to Tortola as heavy bags can't be brought onto the island hopper airplanes they use to shuttle between the islands. *** After waiting at the Tortola Airport in the departures area for about an hour (about 10 minutes before our plane was to take off) I hadn't seen a single WinAir employee. I finally asked an employee of another airline if they could tell us what was going on. About 15 minutes later someone (Airport rep??) came out and told us our flight was cancelled and that they had booked us a charter turboprop to ensure we get there on time. After about 3 minutes we were ushered out to a plane that was loaded with our luggage and ready to go."
Pros: "I love flying Winair between SXM and EUX. The flights are short, safe, and provide a beautiful view of the beautiful islands."

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

Scoot refused to change my flight even though I had booked a flexible ticket. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 for a ticket that was only listed as $217. I complained about this to scoot and they didn't give a shite. So never again will you be getting money from me Scoot. You can Scoot off.
It would have been nice if I could have actually travelled to Perth. I injured my back and was unable to fly. Scoot refused to change my ticket saying it was not flexible. However I purchased the ticket through MyTrip and it was flexible. MyTrip wanted to charge me an extra $271 to change to a ticket that was only listed as $217. Never again will I fly Scoot or book through MyTrip
Connection flights are smooth, both flight takeoff arrive on time, that will be the best u can expect. Food no order, service no complain, entertainment not seen, cleanliness can be improve.
I paid an additional fee for specific seats because I was flying with my two children. I even checked in online and confirmed my seats, so at the airport did not think to double check my seats. The lady at the check in desk gave me different seats that were not together, nor did she say anything, even though she could see I was flying with children. Got to the plane and only realized what had happened then. Scoot refused to refund me that extra fee or take responsibility for what had happened.
Instead of the flight attendants talking to each other they should have been monitoring the passengers. The person beside me took a phone call literally 30 seconds before the plane landed. As we were going down the runway ( from landing ) a person in the row in front of me and behind me made phone calls; CRAZY

Pros: "The crew were super patient (a must when dealing with the quality of passengers from Trichy who were lacking in manners and etiquette)."
Cons: "Boarding was chaotic. The majority of passengers seem to not be used to the normal manners and etiquette of queuing and it was chaotic with pushing. Some discipline and order needs to be enforced by ground crew (and this will no doubt make the cabin crews' lives easier)."

Cons: "The check-in process took extremely Long as there were only two counters open. The boarding process was a joke. Despite the announcement to board by rows, there was no enforcement whatsoever and it was free for all."
Cons: "Flight with Scoot are not very well organized. for as large a fleet and number of flight locally should be better. no onboard entertainment nor refreshments. Staff not very personable either."
