She never gave up. And found my passport at the desk that had made me a new boarding pass. I was so upset I couldn't think straight but she did!, many thanks to this kind lady."

They could not locate it, but said they would have it delivered to my home the next day and they would give me some coupons. When it did not arrive the next day, I called and they said they could not find it. I explained that I had flown back to move the rest of my belongings and my cat and not having the kennel was now causing me to buy another. The agent said they would reimburse me for buying the new kennel, but I would have to call and get the number and submit the receipt. I understand they need proof, but I never received the coupons and don't feel I should have to jump through hoops due to their error. They should have reimbursed me for the $25 I paid to check the kennel and paid for a new one. Why would they think I would want coupons for an airline that could not keep track of one piece of luggage?"

Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

Once I was seated a man in front of me had his hiking pack and two ukuleles in their cases, neither of which could fit under his seat. That's when I became frustrated. O This plane sucks: our knees were slammed into the seat in front of us because the chairs are so close together. No USB plugs. Plane was dirty, scuff marks on the wall and ceiling. There was paper in the pouch that looked like a mouse had chewed on it."

I'm 5'10" and my knees were already brushing up against the seatback in front of me. If you push the recline button on the armrest, the chair doesn't go back (of course it doesn't, the person's legs behind me are probably up against my chair anyway). Multiple people around me were also asking around if the chairs recline. I have a mild back injury and sitting up at 90 degrees the entire way was very uncomfortable."

The two people who attended to the aisle chair, most teams were competent. Some hadn't done many passengers so they were fumbling with the straps. I've learned that I almost alway have to ask for one at the gate where they check or issue, (what's it called, loading permits, some kind of pass, not landing pass. loading pass. I can't remember and my wife has gone to bed.) Well, they have to come up with an aisle chair because I've only got 1 1/2 legs. I always make it to the seat on the plane, but the competency of the various crews is uneen. Sorry my answer is so nonspecific but I don't remember one airline from another. Great people all, get the job done."

Unless its flights in the future are significantly advantageous, United's losing my business. It's not worth saving a few bucks to me to be so uncomfortable."

It's midnight and I'm trying to sleep. Really aggravating and made me feel like customer comfort is low on the priority list with this airline."

Cons: "We were delayed about 45 minutes, which happens, I’m fine with that. I did not like that there was zero communication about it. Up until the scheduled takeoff they still hadn’t told us it would be delayed and nothing else was updated either to indicated a delay."

Cons: "It was a total shit-show. Only one person to check people in the counter. No kiosks were working on my way back. On the way there very few were working, I did it once, paid for my one bag, and it printed blank. There were no available workers to help me, so I switched to another kiosk and had to again, pay for my bag. On the way back we landed and had to wait 30 minutes to get to the gate. It was a horrible experience in all."

Online check in was unnecessarily long and onerous, and then last step couldn't be completed; advised to download app. Then had to repeat process with app. Then had to go back to desk to drop off luggage; still no one there, very long long formed, and finally when someone came to the desk the line took 20 minutes. Every other airline has figured out how to avoid this!"

The pretty girls who approached us and offered perks...for a price as we queued for more than an hour simply to check in, made me feel even more like faceless animal prey with dollars in my pockets. I will not fly Frontier again, no matter how 'cheap' their tickets."
