Cons: "Flight into Seattle delayed, flight out of Seattle to Minneapolis delayed flights out of Minneapolis to Bismarck delayed. Ran from gate F to gate c24 arrived at 10:23 p.m. Slight to the park at 10:25 p.m. and they closed the door on me as I was running up there. Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

Cons: "This Delta flight did not have seat back screens to watch in flight entertainment. You needed to use your smartphone or tablet keeping in mind Amazon tablets won’t work. You needed to go to delta website and choose what want to watch the you needed to have Gogo Flight entertainment app already on smartphone and then would work. Not easy even for me a vivid user of tablets and smartphones. The seats had miniumal room available between seats it felt like I am on 5’qq so couldn’t imagine anyone taller that comfortable unless get first class. I even upgraded for “comfort” section which gave you a few inches extra. And wdith of chair me being a 36 waist was a little squeezed in. Crew was very good tho I will say that. But I laways fly JetBlue or Virgin America, or Alaskan Air for reason of more comfort and lower prices ticket but this time on flight close to my destination was Delta which I Flew for free, I would much rather buy ticket on the three others I fly if could have."

Cons: "Long Delays, Over Booked Flights, Customer Service is not helpful, Wrong info delivered by Customer Service, No boarding gate info, Luggage was damaged, and I was charged a large premium with no added value. Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

Cons: "I was told I would be able to choose the seats only 24 hours before the flight by going online. I tried to choose the seats online but could not have access to the site. I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

Cons: "AA didn't notify me of their change to my itinerary so I missed my flight, they cancelled my return flight from Europe, and only offered to refund my ticket when I spoke to a supervisor. I drove 5.5 hours to another city to catch a flight to Europe, believing my return ticket was valid as AA first told me, only later to learn they cancelled it. Thanks to AA, I currently I have no return ticket. Others on this flight and on my later Iberia flight were cursing AA loudly so I don't think my issue is an anomaly, but is more likely AA's new standard of conduct."

I didn't purchase a sandwich but the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using onboard wifi, as well as 2 tv shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me."

They ran out of room before more than half the plane was boarded."

Pros: "Help that I received from check in through security to the gate was awesome. The person who checked me in offered me a wheelchair as it was a pretty long distance to the gate. I don't think that I would have made it all the way without her for thought and help! Same goes after the flight when we landed in Philadelphia. From the plane to gather my luggage and then to the place where my ride could pick me up. Awesome service. The stewards were also very helpful to keep me supplied with ice for my dogs. They get very stressed and tend to overheat. Thanks to a couple of the staff, especially, my dogs stayed very comfortable as well. Other then the fact that they got too warm a couple of times. Will definitely keep American in mind for another flight."

They were getting very warm and I spent a great deal of time fanning them when I could have just let the air do it's job."

Also, unlike other airlines they installed metal boxes underneath the seats for the life vests which take up a third of your leg room. Overhead air barely blows and the overall temp was a little too warm for comfort even while just wearing shorts and a T-shirt. Lights were bright for first half of the trip until they finished drink service even though flight started at midnight."

Then I had a pleasant 3 hour drive on I-5 (can you sense my sarcasm?!) didn’t reach my destination until 5 in the FREAKING morning. Around 8 HOURS LATE TO MY DESTINATION"

All of a sudden they put me in the middle seat ...so I went to the counter and the person at the counter tried to tell me that I just changed to the aisle seat that I had which I actually have had for 5 days and she tried to tell me that I was lying to her I was not very pleased with United at all!!! I made it very clear and even showed her the email from 5 days ago where I had that seats all along the aisle seat that she took away from me and put me in the middle somewhere so three minutes later she told me to look at my phone and she changed me back but that's after she basically called me a liar and said I didn't know what I was talking about!! Worst US AIRLINE!!"

Cons: "It was a new crew and stewardess walked down aisle looking straight ahead while I had my credit card out waving trying to buy some food!"

Cons: "The pilot speeding up and then putting on the brakes time after time on flight from Norfolk 10:30 am to Dulles today. Very rough flight and it was beautiful smooth air today. I'm a private pilot and could not figure out what was going on,"

Pros: "I was late, ridiculously late. Unfortunately my driver to the airport had issues ergo I had issues....I was redirected to the service desk to reschedule."
Cons: "A service attendant took the time to check the status of my original flight and help me make it. He didnt have to but he did with a pleasant attitude."

Pros: "I was late to get to airport-- the airport is small-- I hauled and managed to get checked in and got to gate 15 minutes before take off. There was no one at the gate door. I went to another gate and she tried to call the attendant at the door. She didn't respond because her phone was at the desk. I was frustrated I didn't get on while I could see she was talking with people at the gate and in the airplane-- but I should have been there earlier. That said-- she came out and was incredibly helpful-- she managed to get me on a flight only an hour after that one and I didn't miss my connecting flight."

Pros: "I have nobody sitting next to me"
Cons: "The 20 min delay"

Cons: "Terrible experience ever!!!!! Didn't get economy plus that I paid for, seats didn't recline and luggage got damaged and was not replaces or compensated for."

Pros: "Great entertainment options included at no additional cost. This should be standard on all flights."
Cons: "The comfort, like most non-business class cabin seats, was very uncomfortable after the first couple of hours. Also, I was pretty shocked that a meal was not included for a 9 Hr flight."

Pros: "That I arrived to Memphis on time!"
Cons: "That the air isn't on until its time to board, instead of being a lil before its time to board."

Pros: "Once we actually got on the plane and took off everything went well. Crew was very polite."
Cons: "Almost every flight I had got delayed multiple times which caused me to miss connecting flights. Had to do an emergency landing in Santa Barbara because the plane was smoking. Stranded in SB airport for almost 5 hours."

Pros: "Great flight attendant"

Pros: "I love that you can fly direct to Pasco now. For years, one had to fly to Seattle and catch a puddle jumper. You're only in the air for about an hour and a half and Pasco has been slowly upgrading their airport. I love how easy it is to visit my family in the Tri-city area now."

Pros: "The price was great, you accomodated my service dog and everything was on time and smooth. All in all, great experience. And i have passed out from fear of flying before, so this says something!!"
Cons: "It took a while to board and the crew on my first flight was not informed of my service animal. They wanted her to go in her bag but they left me alone after i explained and there was no issue on the return flight. I also think a complimentary snack on a 5hr flight is a good idea and can go a log way..."

Pros: "Telling everyone not to fly United. Thank God United employs competent crew for their planes, please consider doing the same at corporate."
Cons: "Being treated like cattle. Terrible customer service. Not feeding or providing accommodations for the elderly, children, families, and all passengers- regardless of lying about mechanical issues."

Cons: "- we didn't know that we need the United app on our phones before departure (for example, my daughter, too) :( - the flight was overbooked and seats in Economy were challenging - plugs fell out of sockets permanently because of our legs/feet"

Cons: "Man in front of me smelled so every time he moved the odor came back to me and since I was stuck in the last row it had no where else to go!"

Pros: "Efficient"

Pros: "Nothing to like"
Cons: "Did not like having my flight pushed back and back and back, to then be cancelled due to "air traffic control". Did not like my flight being rescheduled to 3 days later and that day being 4th of July. Did not like buying another flight for $300 so I could get to where I was going."

Pros: "The flight attendant was cheerful."
Cons: "Logistics. Please figure out how to board a plane on time and have a gate available upon arrival. Neither of these happened for this flight."

Pros: "nothing"
Cons: "Delayed in Sacramento due to weather which is understandable. However, my connecting flight in San Francisco left 8 minutes early causing me to miss the flight. It was the last flight out for the night.... Had to sleep at the airport for 5 hours until another flight in the morning. My flight in the morning caused me to have a middle seat, which was very uncomfortable for the next 5 hours."

Cons: "Entertainment was announced, yet nothing came up when I connected with the United app."
