It was awful. I will never appreciate this type of connection where i have to wait 12 hours which turned into 18 hours due to Alaska's delays after flying over 15hours already. The 15 hours already made my body suffer as soon as I deplaned. I struggled to breath and was about to faint, but being alone, I tried to hold on my carry on luggage I wasn't able to take it anymore, so I informed the airport people who then assisted me. My husband had to book me a $200 hotel room so I can rest. I stayed for only 4 hours in that expensive hotel in order to catch my 8 in the morning flight to Spokane only for it to be delayed until 2:17. We finally left LAX before 3pm. Alaska was also inconsistent with their gate assignments. Our first gate was 64A, after the delay they sent us an email that the next gate was 68,but the arrival and departure board showed gate 60. When I asked the desk 60 agents, they said it will be gate 61. All these experience contributed to my exhaustion and stress which affected my heart and well being.

Technically this was the flight where they lost my bags, but I already explained that on the review for my connecting flight, so I'm not gonna do it again.

Alaska is consistently the best in all categories. Excellent airlines and employees

The flight was too short. No snacks or drinks offered.

Terrible. We were bumped off our flight to another and weren't sent notice until we were on our prior flight. We got home four hours later and the airline couldn't have cared less.

Continuously changing delayed departure time. Too much waiting for a short flight. Driving would have been faster.

This flight was on time, a bit of turbulence but manageable. Quick "tail wind" flight so no beverages or snacks. Getting baggage is quick

Again, the Alaska boarding area at Sea-Tac is gross.

Same as the earlier flight. Bad boarding practices, uncomfortable seats, and no Wi-Fi service.

It was an hour delayed. Flight prices have gone double..

Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).

Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.

Flight was delayed, we could have been notified earlier and in a consistent manner. App was not refreshing for another passenger to get the latest flight status. We could have stayed and waited at the hotel instead of waiting at the airport had we known the flight was going to delayed for more than 5 hours. The toilet is too tight, and needs to be cleaned more frequently (every hour). The entertainment screen froze, the touch screen not responding to touch. We were upgraded to comfort, it is more comfortable than regular economy seats.

It was fine. 55 minute flight. No snacks or beverage service offered. Boarding went smoothly and my walker was waiting for me on the jet way.

My flight was cencaled due with the bad weather on Sunday the crew was poorly mistaken my luggage supposed depart with my flight instead I didn’t have my luggage for almost 3 days the website is poorly respond to my complain until I have someone to do it my connection smooth their not even respon or email me even the have my luggage

8 hours late and the plane smelled like urine, that smell in the morning when your child wet the bed in the night.

Everything was good except wifi and a leaking drink chiller. The floor was all wet and my bag was soaked. Did not notice until debarking. Have not heard back from Delta. Even though this was leg one of an international flight in first class, they denied access to their Sky Club - very disappointing!

Prior to takeoff, the pilot told us there was a possibility of not being able to land and going to Portland. Well that happened, we took off and then did 8 loops around Spokane before the pilot told us we ran out of fuel and had to go to Portland. So for a 35 minute flight we have now been on the plane for 3 hours (boarded at 6:50 am and landed in Portland at 10:30). Then, we just sat in Portland's airport with no updates of when we can start heading back. All of a sudden, our pilots and crew just left, leaving us stranded in a different city and state. We continued to sit in Portland until we finally got a new crew assigned and boarded the plane (This was from 10:30-2). We then sat on the plane for an additional hour before take off because they had to count us multiple times. We finally landed in Spokane at 3:55 PM. So a flight that should have taken at max an hour took us 10 hours and we missed the majority of the recruiting event we went for.

Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

I appreciated being upgraded. I was very disappointed with my 13 hr layover in Seattle to geg, while my friends who flew Alaska made it home as scheduled. I had to reserve a hotel on my dime.

Yall need to integrate your system with Alaska more efficiently. They booted me off the first flight because of a discrepancy on your end.

Unfortunately, I was put into the middle seat in the first row of premium seating. Sounds nice right? No! that is the worst seat in the plane. I wish I was in economy rather than be in that seat! There is no seat back pocket, no tray table, no charger. Nothing! so unless you're row mates are willing to let you share their basic amenities any flyer should have, you are stuck. It was the worst experience ever! And the flight attendant forgot to take my drink order. I felt like the forgotten flyer.

Delayed and cancelled flights were hard and very stressful, both ways!

The flight was CANCELED!!! Can’t get much more “poor” than that. I had to switch to American Airlines, add another layover and got home in Honolulu 4 hours later than I was supposed to be home. One bright spot was Josh with Alaska Airlines at SFO. He got me on a United Flight that got me home a few hours before I would have. Without him I would have gotten home almost 7 hours after my originally scheduled flight.

Boarding was fine, but once on we waited for 45 minutes to take off. This caused me to almost miss my connection. Once the second flight was boarded we waited again for 20-30 minutes to take off.

My confirmation number did not work to check in the day before, so I had to go to the very busy line (no kiosks at the airport) and almost missed my flight. Also, no one told me that I had to actually check in with Alaska

Everything was great except for the delayed flight times (it was delayed twice).

Same as ive said before. All airlines and TSA need a massive revamp.

the people at the counter, NEED TO BE MORE HELPFUL. we had three suitcases to check in and we were not trying to be an INCONVENIENCE TO YOUR clerks. but she was not helpful and made our trip back home memorable but not IN A GOOD WAY. Sadly to say, you guys need to teach to be and to go above and beyond to help THE CUSTOMER BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE. they need to leave aside whatever they are going thru in their lives, THEIR WORK DEMANDS THAT OF THEM, IF NOT THEY ARE NOT IN THE JOB THEY SUPPOSED TO.

Alaska airlines was great, Kayak not so great. I couldn’t get my boarding passes and I was last to board. Will not use Kayak again, ever!
