Pros: It's like a well oiled engine, they are very reliable every time I fly with them. The service is good and courteous. The in-flight entertainment is wide ranging. The food is ok. Washroom is clean and fresh.

Cons: I had a tight connection, but made it to the gate in time. I walked down the jetway to what appeared to be a locked door, with no one there to guide me on how to board. It turns out there was a stairwell at the end of the jetway, which was to take me to a bus on the tarmac. This was very stressful.

Pros: My mother missed her flight from Shanghai international Pu airport to Harare yesterday due to language barrier. And we requested for her to be put on the next flight. Only to be told with Ethopian Airline to pay $US1850 for a one way flight which was more expensive than itinial flight. She slept at the airport weeping not knowing who and how to contact anyone in a foreign country and noone cared. Instead we were told to pay the 1850 or else she would be stuck for more days at the airport

Cons: I purchase the ticket for the business class however the ticket cannot claim mileage for the business class status as they informed that my ticket was issue with the U class and seem to be i just got the upgrade. This is really unacceptable, i will not purchase the ticket from Kayak again

Cons: My 2 checked suitcases had tsa locks, both of which were taken off and not returned and I have a couple items missing. Not much you can do about it but very frustrating.

Cons: The crew’s English was awful; this making this Cartier a bad choice for non-Mandarin speaking travelers. The power port is throttled at 20W, make my sleep therapy machine inoperablere so I got no sleep on a 12 hour flight. Food was mediocre at best. Never flying China Eastern again.

Pros: Hawaiian really is a hospitable airline, they have a good heart.

Cons: The plane didn’t have water in the bathrooms in the back of the plane so we had to use wet wipes to clean our hands afterwards. Entertainment system was slow. No complementary meals offered even though it was an international flight.

Pros: Wonderful crew, wonderful food, love the chef program for meals which helped me feel more engaged in the JAL experience, and air mos burger for breakfast which made me feel as though JAL truly wants to show its passengers highlights of modern Japanese culture.

Cons: Seat and seatback were so stiff and uncomfortable that my tailbone and neck/back hurt; I had fallen asleep and woke from the discomfort. Entertainment had censored versions of films that ruined the viewing experience. Music collection interface could be designed better.

My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Pros: EVA isn't a discount airline. Being the National Airline of Taiwan and a member of the STAR alliance, you will pay a premium price. I was originally being put in a row right behind the bulkhead with no individual monitor and a seat that was extremely cramped because of the tray table. I knew that I would be able to hang for a 13 hour flight and fortunately, the flight attendant was able to move my wife and I.

Cons: Only one current movie available. Food was bland and not very appetizing.
