Cons: "one check-in crew (female) at gate was not very nice. My mom is disabled & in her personal wheelchair. The other check-in crew members told us (5 total) to go together to board the plane then this female staff told us we can only have one family member go in with my mom (to take care of the wheelchair then assist her on the plane) next time we board the plane. Their messages are inconsistent & her attitude was uncalled for, especially when she let other disabled passengers on with their more than one family members & the other Asiana staff members told us to go in at the same time."

Pros: "Checkin was easy and quick. Crew everywhere was mostly courteous. A ground crew in incheon even called my hotel to request my shuttle from his own cell phone! Excellent service, and they were all gracious and helpful till then end! There was some difficulty in coming communicating in English but still I feel we were treated well. Thank you Asiana!"
Cons: "One thing I didn't like. My dad needed handicap assistance but he can walk, so we lined up to the side of the terminal where priority boarding will take place. As I saw crew members assisting and lining up wheelchaired passengers and approached one guy to tell him my dad needed wheelchair assistance, he dismissively looked at me and my dad and told me 'well if you want to sit on a wheelchair go sit on a wheelchair, and walked away assisting other passengers. that was so unhelpful! They were also very strict about weight AND size of carry on luggage, but inconsistently so though. With 2 kids and a handicapped dad, one of my cartons with a 'approved' tag was flagged at the gate and required to be checked in. As I didn't want any more hassle, I said yes so my daughter and I ended up with nonovernight clothes for our incheon stay."

Cons: "1) The ground staff in SEA never said a single 'please' or 'thank you', let alone any eye contact or even a mere 'you're welcome' in response to my expressions of thanks; I was made to thoroughly feel like a mere transaction. Clearly, Asiana severely needs basic manner- training for its staff. (this isn't the 1st time I've experienced rudeness from Asiana staff, but I just ignored it & chucked it up to their tired busy working days.) 2) We sat on the tarmac for an hour, exactly. We departed 1 hour later than scheduled, despite a short connection, which they, themselves, scheduled into this flight! ..."

Cons: "This flight was delayed because they sold their empty seats to other airlines and allowed for those people to make it. However, those who had connecting flights weren't able to make it and had to stay overnight in Korea. The next flight arrived 14 hours after the original scheduled flight"

Pros: "The flight attendants were very nice and the on-board entertainment options were decent enough. I had the gluten free meal plan which was ok. The ladies were very organized and I got my meal before the rest of the plane."
Cons: "The plane was delayed so our supposed hour and a half layover turned into a mad mad dash across the airport and through security, again. It would have been extremely helpful if they could have gotten the two handfuls of us passengers off before everyone else so we could get to our connecting flight with the same airliner..."
