Cons: "The TV was not working"
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the food was unexpectedly good. I also appreciated the pillow and blanket that were provided. And it’s nice having individual screens on which to watch movies and television. Made the time “fly by”."
Cons: "The woman in front of my husband leaned her seat back as soon as we were airborne and stayed that way for the duration of the trip. That made it more challenging for him to use his tray but other than that, no problems."
Pros: "It c was fantastic"
Cons: "Took about a month to book an infant ticket, then was issued a ticket with a wrong name, which then took another 3 weeks to be amended. When checking in, the agent told me that my daughter's ticket was not linked to anyone and looked like she was flying solo even though I mentioned to 5 different customer service agents that I would like to add her to my itinerary. Just when I thought it couldn't be worse, captain announced that they were having trouble with the AC for my part of the plane, meaning 7 hour flight was hotter than 80 degrees. I should also mention that trash was not collected until breakfast service."
Pros: "Flight was smooth"
Cons: "I upgraded to business class and the seat felt like a cage. The flight attendants were much more interested in talking to each other than helping a paying customer. Terrible customer service with bitchy attitudes from a bunch of men."
Pros: "Crew member was especially gentle, kind and resourceful. She gave toys to small upset child sitting across the isle from us. Child became calm."
Cons: "Timing of the meals. Would rather have slept after take off and had a substantial breakfast before landing."
Pros: "Professional, nice and pleasant staff, food, timeliness"
Cons: "Small leg room, thinness of Sears such that any small movement from person behind was like a kick to the waste/back, old small entertainment screen, no eye masks"
Cons: "food / leg room / in-flight entertainment / no wifi / no plugs for electronics - everything was missing and horrible."
Cons: "The flight was late and the info was not shared. The attendants were not helpful and were unkind. The food was served in a strange timing."

Pros: "Everything on time, good communication, and great flight attendants"
Pros: "Very comfortable flight , cabin crew were excellent and the food delicious and entertainment was extensive."
Cons: "Only part that was a challenge was the transfer at Heathrow from one flight to the next. While it has improved since my last transit through there many years ago it is still not my first choice when I fly international."
Pros: "it wasn't british airways once i got there - it was aer lingus. this was confusing."
Pros: "One of the most comfortable cabin interiors I've been in for 747s"
Cons: "Flight boarding was delayed fairly significantly, the second time this has happened to me out of two flights. Certain "hand luggages" were allowed onto the plane despite then failing to fit in overhead compartments and slowing down the whole procedure. Food was bad."
Cons: "I had a problem with seating due to a medical condition and I wasn't relocated"
Pros: "Crews were very polite and helpful when I had trouble with my carry on luggage. Cheerful despite the overnight flight. Unfailingly polite when asking people to do things that had already been asked or explained several times."
Cons: "Seat was uncomfortable--something about the contour of the back. Pasta with vegetables was mushy. Not enough movie choices."
Pros: "Seated at front window seat where one can be overlooked, friendly attention and service by attendant was assured and most appreciated. Please thank her!"
Cons: "Seated at front window seat where one can be overlooked, a few times I was overlooked by same other attendant. No kudos for him."
Cons: "cold bread"
Pros: "The flight was bad I lost my luggage"
Pros: "The inflight entertainment was top-notch. Plenty of choices, good quality and the touch screen responded well to touch. Boarding was quick, efficient and pleasant."
Cons: "Cabin crew servie was somewhat lacking during the flight. We got our drink before dinner and the drink cart did not come back again when dinner was served so we had to have dinner without a drink (other than the small cup of water that comes with the tray). Breakfast now has been relegated to a breakfast bar - really?!?!"
Pros: "Clean plane"
Cons: "Nothing was offered for free to during or even a simple snack what about a sandwich, Huge disappointment"
Pros: "ALL OK."
Pros: "Flight and connections in perfect time."
Pros: "Selection of movies"
Cons: "Time of flight"
Pros: "The crew was polite and helpful."
Cons: "The temperature was extremely warm and the food was terrible."
Pros: "Movies selections were great!"
Cons: "One stewardess in particular was rude to people asking her questions about deplaning. Food options were crappy. Flight was delayed by two hours. They didn't call to notify prior to departure. Thankfully, I noticed early enough and was able to change time of my connection from London to Edinburgh. Otherwise, would have missed it!"
Pros: "Crew, service"
Cons: "Seating was bad, broken springs and uncorfortable back support"
Cons: "Having paid for a seat 3 months ago, I arrived at the airport to find that I was a standby passenger."
Pros: "Cleanliness, staff, food, staff"
Cons: "@ 6'4" leg room was tight. Please would airlines load from the back to be more efficient?"
Pros: "Nothing went wrong, everything on time"
Cons: "Mediocre service, not what you expect from a premier carrier, I have not flown BA in many years and my how the stands have slipped. Economy was sub par with little to no room, not comfortable for a 7 hour flight."
Pros: "The flight, from take off to landing & crew was very good."
Cons: "The food served from Washington to London was very good. However, food served from London-Lagos though good but i was surprised that when the cabin crew who served our compartment told me that my choice of lunch was no more available in the plane to served me. Simply, they ran out of chicken and rice when it got to my turn. I had to demand to speak with the manager who came to speak with me & had to go to business class wing to get me a meal to eat. The manager was very understanding & nice. She took good care of me & fulfilled my desire. She made me happy. In conclusion, every flight should always have more than enough food to go round every parssenger in every flight in the future."
Pros: "I've boarded flight half this size in twice the amount of time it took to board this Airbus A388. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck. It was a night flight to London from DC, so I closed my eyes straight away, and didn't partake in any of the meal or entertainment options available. Flight crew was very nice and personable."
Pros: "Kind and helpful staff, clean plane, generous food and drink service"
Cons: "Very cramped and thin seats, and rather hot temp in the cabin"
Pros: "Seats were good, movie selection good. Everyone very nice."
Cons: "No breakfast!! Just grapes or banana and granola bar??"
Pros: "I liked that there was no one in the seat next to me. The seats were large enough. I am 5'9" so that is always important for me."
Cons: "The kid sitting behind me intermittently kicking my chair. I was awoken with 3hrs left to go with a hard kick. But kids what are you gonna do."
Pros: "The pilot communjcated very well and was able to keep passengers calm during the heavy turbulence."
Cons: "I was only allowed ONE free bag for an international flight??? Totally unheard of. This was my first time flying BA and it will certainly be my last. For a 12hr flight, we were only fed ONCE! There was also an hr + delay without prior notification sent via email."
Pros: "Smooth flight, friendly staff, blankets provided!!!"
Pros: "The in flight staff was great!"
Cons: "There were some rude agents we dealt with in London that made some remarks about Americans. Very unprofessional."
Pros: "Great airplane - huge Airbus with excellent entertainment center for each seat. My kids loved the fact the plane had two levels - even though we didn't see the upstairs first class."
Cons: "It was a little cold but we should have asked the flight attendants to warm up the cabin some."
Pros: "the seats,leg space"
Cons: "crew should be more involved"
Pros: "Pros..Communication was excellent, we knew our flight was delayed hours in advance so we could prepare, they rerouted our connection so we didn't have to worry about that on arrival, and the onboard crew was excellent and caring. They helped a family to sit together by asking for volunteers to move, and they helped me locate my daughter who had been delayed by a problem with gate check in. The flight was smooth and we all arrived safely."
Cons: "The seats in economy were extremely cramped, there was no legroom and I don't know how tall people could fit in there. There is no way a person could get out of his or her seat to go to the bathroom without making the others in the row stand up and get in the aisle and that's pretty uncomfortable to do on an overnight flight when people are sleeping."
Cons: "Felt cramped in the seats."
Pros: "First time on the huge Airbus. It was fantastic. Romy and comfortable"
Cons: "Reclining of seat back became a bit uncomfortable"
Pros: "The addition of headrests are very good."
Cons: "the seat size, like all other airlines, is small and uncomfortable for 7 hours flight."
Pros: "Actual flight and eqt good - Airbus."
Cons: "Spent hours in advance trying to get seat selection and also at the 24 hour mark. British airways owns Aer Lingus, and the flight number they give you as a BA flight doesn't even exist. So getting your seats is impossible, whether from BA or Aer Lingus. And there seems to be no way to correct it."
