Cons: "Stewardess seems very annoyed with flight. There was turbulence so the passengers needed to stay seated - a gentleman next to me asked for a glass of water since there was no refreshment service - the stewardess was very short with him. It’s not the passengers fault. I was surprised - usually the staff is a lot more professional than that."

Please either put the purpose on the card or have your flight staff explain what passengers will need the card for, once they get to the next inspection point. Don 't take this for granted!! The long walk from the point of deplaning to the center of Pearson Airport was unexpected."
Cons: "Everything. Plane was ready to leave on time but had a delay of almost an hour due to construction in Toronto. Connecting flight was held in Toronto and despite getting to gate almost an hour before departure, they changed passengers to another flight causing total delay of four hours. Air Canada staff were indifferent and uncaring. Unfortunately with no real choice in airlines to Newfoundland we are stuck with Air Canada."

Cons: "Everytime I have flown air canada they are behind schedule and so unorganized with boarding and their snack suck not everyone likes pretzels. Other air lines I have flown with Opperator much more smoothly offer pretzels or cookies and are on time"

I was able to get on a flight 24 hours later. This missing connection happens routinely with Air Canada, for some reason they have not managed to fix the error."

Cons: "The flight was delayed several times, and then they lost my baggage, when I landed in Chicago, no bag. A person from United Airlines called me at 7:00 AM the next morning and said that they had my bag. He directed it to GRB that day. Thanks to him I got my bag back!"

Cons: "The entire Air Canada computer system was down for 45 minutes, and we had to run to make our connection, which we barely did. If the entire system is down, why don't they put a 45 minute hold on the flights since they know that everyone is late? Plus, one of the representatives gave us false information."

Cons: "After 12-hour flight from Tokyo, found flight to Dulles cancelled, with no adequate passenger assistance. Few staff to deal with issues and no familiarity with DC airports, IT support for the few staff available was poor. At re-booked flight gate, the area service desk unattended for an hour; finally found a helpful ground crew who said they are on break and got staff to service the desk, albeit grudgingly. Several flights delayed, in the horrible Gates F-84-99 area; confusion reigned supreme. Staff needs to understand that Dulles is way west of DC and BWI is way NE, so getting re-routed from Dulles to BWI is MAJOR change in ground transportation options and distances. Also need to update IT programming so staff can use it easily without long waits and calls for help. and some air conditioning in the F 84-90 gates area would be nice. Horrible situation--not enough seating, only service in whole area is one bagel shop."
Pros: "I flew Air Canada from Copenhagen to Toronto in June of 2016. Air Canada personnel are friendly, polite, treat everyone as a welcomed guest. Of all the major airline carriers, Air Canada demonstrates consistent exceptional customer service and have set a standard other carriers should yake note and master."

Cons: "As we were ready to start boarding, suddenly the desk employees announced that anyone who had done a self serve or web check in needed to come to the desk with ID. Seemed like at least 75% had done this! Also at the same time they decided to make a point about only 1 hand carry per person and probably 25% of the so called hand carry items ended up being checked in as they were far too big and never should have been allowed in the first place. A good portion of the passenger had 2 hand carry SUITCASES each. This all should have been dealt with during the waiting period - not at the 30 min mark before departure. Flight departed late as a result."

When the staff finally did come to the desk at the gate, they still maintained (and rather rudely to some of the other passengers) that the plane would be there by 7-- turns out the plane got there about 7:30, rebooking flights that were going to be missed was like pulling teeth for some of the passengers, and we took off about 8 (1 hr 40 mins late)."

Cons: "Flight to TOR was delayed due to multiple maintenance issues on >1 aircraft in TOR, so it didn't leave for BWI until past the original departure time. Needless to say, we missed our connection to Paris. Agents were great in re-ticketing us thru LHR to CDG, gave us info on who to talk to to get bags realigned, went to that agent who said system would automatically update the bags. Upon arrival in Paris, bags were not there, will arrive on the flight today from TOR. Since we're going to Normandy we are driving out to CDG, to pick up bags versus waiting at the apartment for a delivery."
