I was the last one to board. Lost my window seat and luggage didn’t make it. In Honolulu I found out luggage hasn’t made it for at least three other couples flying out of BWI with these connections. This combo should not be offered when people select flights."

I was AA, I would be embarrassed to put anyone in those seats. The flight attendant told my family it is a well known problem on those planes, and that these is almost no air circulation at all in those rows. I had 0 air coming out of my vent. I usually am pleased with AA, but this was a miserable experience."

I understand that there was inclimate weather, however, it is the duty of an airline to notify travelers of their flights status. When approaching the front desk about the flight, a desk person had the nerve to ask me if I realized that it snowed. He is quite lucky that I didn't file a complaint. I have no words to describe my disgust for his poorly timed sarcasm, especially because this flight was en route to a family emergency."
