Cons: Flight delays twice coming out of Augusta. Barely made connection otherwise flight was ok

Pros: I was able to sleep comfortably, even in the middle seat.

Cons: No wifi, drinks came in the last 5 minutes flight was 1.5 hours late

Pros: Crew and pilot were nice while we dealt with technical difficulties and had to stay on the plane

Cons: After missing all our other connections, our luggage was delayed for hours, we were only given $12 each for meal vouchers for an entire day of layover, we were not given the upgrade for the seats we originally paid for (nor seats together) only promised refunds. The line for service was 2 hours.

Cons: There was a three hour delay for missing crew.

Cons: Getting the crew to fly on original date of 12/31 instead of having to scramble to find hotel on other side of BI in Hilo on New Years eve. 24 hour delay and then giving the last row of seats with a screaming baby that another group kept walking back to our section to "grace" us with such melodies!

Pros: Gate check of carry-on luggage was nice. The connecting flight from DFW to FLL was on time and the boarding process was very smoothly executed by the gate agent. Well done!!

Cons: The flight out of RNO early in the morning was chaotic. One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway.

Pros: Big jet not typical going into Knoxville.

Cons: Flight was late. Boarding had every zone called essentially at once so we could all stand.

Cons: This leg was terrible, the plane sat on the runway for over an hour! The captain did not initially say anything for 30 minutes.

Cons: I remember you used to get to choose from some seats even if you didn't pay extra. Since the smaller airlines started charging to choose, now the big ones are doing it as well. I checked in for two tickets at the same time, but my wife and i were still separated. Frustrating

Cons: Add support for Bluetooth headsets on entertainment screens. For the love of all that is good in the world make those seats more comfortable! The isles were super narrow and difficult to exit quickly while carrying my carry-on

Cons: Aesthetically the plane was a disaster. Broken tray table in my exit row seat. Poor updates regarding why flight was delayed. Boarding process was poorly managed by staff, who were more interested in cracking jokes with each other than doing their job. I find that unacceptable, given the situation.
