Pros: "Crew was attentive and accommodating for seats due to virus."
Cons: "Delays could've been prevented or let passengers know, instead of being on the plane for 2 hours without moving."

Cons: "Better seats, the main cabin extra seats were just like the other main cabin seats. One particular stewardess was very rude to all the passengers, while the steward Jeffery was very nice and friendly."
Cons: "The crew’s attitude. Forcing me to check my bag when there were plenty of spots overhead. Telling me my carryon, which fits perfectly under the seat, isn’t allowed to go under my seat. The crew and gate attendant were rude. Poor service. Poor flight."
Cons: "After landing, we had to sit and wait (at 3:00am) for a gate to become available. We knew precisely what time we would land, at least 45 minutes in advance, but it seemed like a surprise that we needed a gate to park in. Waiting an additional 20 minutes (for something avoidable) is hard after 2 hours of delay, and landing so late at night. Thanks"

Moqueca was flavored Boarding was very confused, we bought premium economy, on advertising we could check-in on business class, no specific line for business or economic, only separated line for first clas"
Pros: "Nothing about the flight we screwed around before takeoff, in the air as well as on the ground. Wasted an hour and a half, missed my connection"

Pros: "Our seat was in a row with more leg space and this was wonderful for my husband who is tall. Also the entertainment system was great and the crew very nice."
Cons: "The food in this flight was TERRIBLE! It had been a long time since I had had such poor food on a flight. Also the delay on this flight made us miss our connection to Madrid and navigating Heatheow was a bit of a nightmare."

Cons: "The new seats are meant for "people shorter than 6 feet tall" as the flight attendant said to me. Is the airline industry deliberately discriminating against 6'6" people? 15% of the people you seat based on population are over 6'. I'm sick of paying more money for my long legs."

Cons: "I am amazed at how much people bring on board the plane with them and then those of us who only bring the limit, one small backpack are asked to place it under the seat in front of us. This is unfair and causes us to lose leg room. Monitor what people bring on board!"

Cons: "We did not get on this flight because AA's scheduled it 90 minutes after landing from an Int'l flight. Why don't airlines schedule a minimum 3hours between Int'l-domestic connections. half the plane was stressing and freaking out about missing their connection even though the plane landed on time. "AA is not responsible for customs/security delays". Well, your customer service agents would have a lot less work if you didn't have to reschedule 100 people per flight. The time the plane drives/parks at the gate, you get off the plane and make it through customs, get your bag, recheck it (if need be, we didn't this time though), get through security and get to your gate, you'll be the luckiest person in the world to do that in less than 90 minutes."

Cons: "The maintenance issue took 3 hours to confirm and then when flight was cancelled, there was no announcement over the loud speaker to tell us so we could line up for rebooking attempts. Then was a rush to try to get in right line to make next flights to connect through to Paris."
Cons: "I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

Wanted to buy food were nearly out of any of the choices by row 34 so no food 5:36 minute flight ridiculously poor planning in my opinion. Very little leg room as configured."

My ticket wasn't cheap so I can't imagine they're saving me money on my ticket by not offering better food on that long of a flight. Especially lacking in any gluten free options or anything resembling healthy. A small thing of fruit that probably has 70 calories is not enough to sustain someone on a near 8 hour flight."

Captain came out to go to bathroom twice and chatted up remaining flight attendant for several minutes- making it so passengers couldn't approach restrooms."

Cons: "The two big complaints are the food which was quite pathetic for a 14 hour flight - half of a cold sandwich and one cookie!!! Really?? They need to fly their competition and see how it should be done! The biggest complaint of all is their slight of hand baggage charges. If they're going to partner with another airline, they need some communication and agreement about pricing and allowances. Even though we are United Club members and credit card holders, we were charged nearly $400 to bring our luggage home, after paying just $30., yes, thirty, on Air New Zealand to take two extra bags! United's own overseas policy allows two bags, but they charged us anyway on return because we came on an airline that only allows one even though we paid ANZ to bring extra. Extremely illogical."

Cons: "We were delayed 5 hours. When we got to Orlando the gate would not work and after another delay we were pushed back from that gate to another gate, almost another hour. No shuttle service in the airport at 1:30am. We had to wait for someone to operate it."

Cons: "I didn't like the boarding procedures by groups. I also was forced to check my carry-on, even though after boarding there was plenty of room in overhead storage. Because I was in group 5, they assumed it would be full. They didn't check or allow me to check."

Cons: "Frankfurt airport requires a LOT of walking! Most of times you will take a shuttle from/to plane. Had to take bus and drive a couple of miles just to get to plane from main terminal. Research says the minimum connection is 45 minutes. Don't believe that. From experience I would say 2 hours is the minimum connection time you need."
