Flight departure on time & arrived early. Stewardesses were pleasant, efficient, and polite. Aircraft was clean and seats were comfortable.
Was disappointed not to have known Alaska Air offers no music, no flight aware, no films.
The plane was to narrow. Uncomfortable seats.. Kayak is Awesome!
I had to cancel my trip due to health reasons three days after making the reservation. I was stunned to find out that the ticket was not able to be credited for future travel. $734 loss. Not happy that this was not my experience with Southwest Airlines. I will stick with SW in the future. Boo Alaskan Air and Kayak.
Food was terrible, noisy plane & would never pay to fly first class again. Seats in regular price are too small, no leg room & center aisle much too, too small. Seats in 1st class larger but not comfortable.
Crew was rude and passive aggressive when i told them I didnt want to check my duffel bag. Then a crew member slammed my bag to the side when organizing the overhead compartment. The plane had worn leather seats with no infotainment. Plane landing was noticeably rough (this is the one year ive flown multiple times and out of american and delta this was the worst). The only redeeming quality is that we were noticeably earlier than we should have been.
Since the flight was delayed, snacks and water were provided.
Our flight was delayed BY 6 hours and the reason it was delayed because they needed a part which made me be worried about the plane. They did not have any TVS. Add the seeds and this was a very long flight. But they also only offered snacks, and even after we waited the 6 hours of being delayed with that, we still have to pay for drinks. If we we wanted one
An uneventful flight is a good experience although one of the pilots gauges wasn’t working right so we had a half hour delay—no one can foresee that.
Talk about boarding with ALOHA. The attendants at the counter and the flight crew were so cheerful and happy, it was good to go home with that little bit of friendly aloha I seem to not get on other flights. I have not flown Hawaiian Airlines for quite some time, but this was better than most of my flights back to the islands. I loved the comfortable seats, the updated videos that were so culturally integrated with necessary information. For example, how many times do you have to watch a flight attendant give the same ol spiel on how to use your seat buckle. Instead their modern video of actual flight attendants on a beach talking about how you should you operate your buckle. Or how about the kane dancing hula in the loi'i patches and talking about where the exits are on the plane. It was fantastic and entertaining. I also liked the fact that I was offered a breakfast sandwich that was quite tasty. Nowadays you have to spend $10 on anything inflight and it just gets so ridiculous with prices it was nice not to have to pay for a snack. I also liked the fact that for a nice sugar rush, Honolulu Cookie Company cookies were given. How is that for advertising? Love, love, and loved it even more. As a local I sure felt the spirit of Aloha on this trip coming home and I would never say no to flying Hawaiian Airlines again.
