Cons: The USB plugs and lower converter plugs didn’t work for the entire flight. Cabin temp is too low, why always freezing??

Cons: The flight was delayed. The pilot explained that the plane had been sitting in the sun all day and during the flight check, they realized that the interior of the plane had gotten over 100 degrees by not being operated for hours before the flight. Seems like poor planning or preparation.

Pros: It was a red-eye flight and the crew kept the lighting low and the cabin quiet.

Cons: More snack variety than pretzel nibbles.

Cons: We where stuck in sju for 5 hour and the company said delay was weather and weather good verified in other companies. When we called st Thomas JetBlue they said we where waiting for other people. Information was confirmed with local JetBlue crew. They lied to us and no option presented.

Pros: Captain came out and was direct and friendly with passengers about reasons for delay

Cons: 2.5 hour delay. 3 out of my last 4 Jetblue flights have been delayed and arrived late. Not okay.

Cons: Wasn't excited to walk on the tarmac on a 95° day with an infant, nor was I happy about a 90 min delay for a faulty pin. No drinks or snacks offered nor was the wifi available during this delay.

Cons: Flight attendant for main cabin disappeared after first round of service on a 3 hour flight. LAX is horrible. Delayed 30 minutes for take off.

Pros: Going my flight was delayed almost 4 hours and my connecting flight was canceled. Had to stay over night in the airport. I was able to book another flight and make it to my destination. But had to wait for the next flight to bring my baggage.

Cons: Coming back my flight was good . I have no complaints.

Cons: The crew barrels down the isle with the cart on am already cramped plane. LAX construction consistently causes ridiculous waits on the tarmac after landing. The deplaning process was super slow.

Pros: The crew was very friendly and helpful. It was a red eye flight and they were extremely accommodating to letting everyone try to rest.

Cons: The only thing that could have been better was laying flat to sleep in the mynt section of the plane. #goals :)

Cons: We made reservations on Premium economy which was overbooked so we did not get a seat assignment until reaching the gate. However they upgraded us to business class so we were delighted.

Cons: I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection

Pros: The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us.

Cons: Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this.

Cons: When offering drinks, flight attendants should ask if I want a full can or just a cup. I was served a full can, which I neither wanted nor couldn’t finished due to shortness of the flight. But if these are the types of things you could do better, you must be doing damn well! :)

Pros: It was a 13-1/2 hour flight from Dubai to Washington DC, operated by Emirates. As always, Emirates amenities were great. Fine food, great entertainment.

Cons: I paid extra for a front-row, extra-legroom seat, so I shouldn't complain, but...for the extra money paid, I wish I could have put my carry-on bag somewhere close by. But the overhead bins stopped well short of the front row seats. And there was no place to put stuff, like reading glasses, iPad, etc
