Cons: "Delta airlines has very poor costumer service. THE WORST I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I wasn't the only one feeling this way, I witness a couple people fighting on the phone like me. When my 1st flight was delayed I asked to be rebooked then and the delta employee insisted that I would make my connection. I didn't make it. This is not all. I could have gotten to a near city several hours after but on the same day, but the mediocrecy of this employes did not allow me to get there until the next day at 7 am. Happy new year to me. This two women (or one of them) on the phone, lied to me. There was an option to get me here and one of them failed to do their job right AND LIED TO MY FACE ON THE PHONE. Just unacceptable. I will sue them, I had an under age waiting for me in Cancun and a pet with me!. With no food or access to do its necessities. AND THERE WAS AN OPTION THAT "they missed" on porpuse."

So I had to purchase a one way, First Class ticket from Dallas to Tampa so that I could get home before the hurricane hit. However, the flight from Dallas to Tampa via Atlanta was excellent in all the above. Now, I have to figure out how to get credit for the unused portion of the DFW-ATL-SRQ! Any suggestions? FR. Other airlines like Emirates gives you more room in their business class so it's disappointing to see United 1st class is so cramped. The screens for the onboard entertainment system in first class are lower quality then those used in coach."

Cons: "Connection flight from LAX to Seattle was dropped off of booking completely. When Delta was able to fix the changes in Sydney Australia they put my husbands ticket as a standby instead of putting him in an assigned seat and reported that they couldn't fix it that we would have to wait and get to LAX before the changes could be made again. There was a one and a half hour flight delay from LAX to Seattle. From Sydney Australia to LAX entertainment system didn't work the whole entire flight, they were screaming children the entire flight, and Delta had double booked seats on several different people. There were no apologies and no compensation for any of the incidences."

Cons: "The connection in Miami didn’t happen - the flights crew on the ORLANDO yo to Miami flight were rude and unhelpful - the plane sat in the tarmac waiting for a gate so flight arrived 15 minutes before planned departure - we inquired as to whether the plane would be held - response- despite having internet access was “ I don’t know “ you’ll have to check with gate agent - oh and by the way the flight attendant was virtually laying on the front seats - she as grossly obese and was so large as he walked the aisles she would hit passengers every time she turned around - we ran to the gate arriving 8 minutes before departure - gate was shut two gate agents were reading social media posts on their phones - we inquired about the flight - the gate agent said “ you missed the flight “ and then sat down and continued on her phone - the other one at least looked up and told us where to them go for assistance - eventually we were assisted and offferd 1 to wait u til the next day to go or to go through London - we took the London option. 1. I was informed by anAA employee they the connection is frequently missed due to similar problems. 2. Flight attendants and gate agents will bankrupt the airline with their horrible attitude. - they should be fired."

I landed in LA at midnight and was starving."

Families with babies, couples, even ours (though the kids are old enough for me not to be truly worried as some were). Somehow reservations seems to have messed up an entire flight. We gave up trying to fix it for fear they would make it worse. Then the woman at the gate tried to get folks to volunteer to give up their seats on an overbooked flight. But she was screaming at us. Unbelievably unpleasant to be yelled at over and over again and told we could lose our seats. The poor weather likely caused flights to be rerouted into PHL so our flight out to SFO ended up 1/3 empty. FABULOUS. But the gate experience was horrible and the legroom, had it been a full flight, was miserable. I'm in search of an airline with a humane approach."

Dreadful "entertainment " system. 4 tiny screens over the centre row is seats showed the in flight movies. This on a transatlantic flight. What decade are American Airlines in?! The fleet look like they date back to the '90's at best!!"

I don't know his name, but he's most likely one of American Airline's most senior stewards. His grey hair did not stop him from being one of the most positive and funny people to lighten up a flight. Then the boarding staff were so rude, they act like they own the plane and they are god. They would not answer anyone questions and just pointed at the screen. The airplane staff hello at least. But the food very so bad, even easyjet has better food. Also their understanding for the english was so poor but the air stewardess told me " we speak American" !!!!"

Then they tagged my bag with the wrong name and destination. It was 48 hours later before I got my bag."

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

Pros: "What mede this trip so poor was that the agent at the desk informed me that as I was boarding the plane my carry on suitcase had to be checked due to limited space in the overhead bins. This is the same carry on that I have stored in overheads on literally over 100 flights including a United flight 4 days earlier. I was the approximately the fith passenger to board in group 3 and after I let her check my bag I walked on to the plane to see not only was it only one quarter full of passengers, most of the overhead bins were completely empty. So I had to go to baggage claim to get my checked bag after we landed which took almost 40 minutes. Very frustrating!"

Cons: "Llegamos al aeropuerto con mi familia con una hora de antelación. Al llegar a la zona del check-in encontramos una cola muy larga y desordenada. Dado que fue la primera vez en ese aeropuerto y con Spirit no llegamos al mostrador del check-in con 45 minutos de antelación y perdimos el vuelo. No había nadie que nos ayudó ni que hable español. Finalmente perdimos y vuelo y viajamos por Jetblue. El costo del pasaje supero los 400 dólares que no lo teníamos presupuestado. En pocas palabras, una experiencia no agradable."

Cons: "Compre este vuelo atravez de kayak, one way con escala en forloderler, Florida para mi mama una persona que necesita asistencia. Adquiri el servicio de silla de ruedas. Primero le hacen pagar 52$ dolares por su maleta. Cuando hace el stop ella va al baño se pierde consigue alguin que la ayude la llevan al front desk y le hacen pasar todo el proceso de check in again simplemente por que se perdio y no supo como regresar a su gate. La agangr de sprint le quiere volver a cobrar 52$ por su carry on nuevamente. Mi mama la nerviosa y llorosa me comunica con la agente de sprint. Le indico por teléfono que mi mama no tiene suficiente dinero con ella para pagar la maleta nuevamente que la unica forma seria que me tomara el pago por telefono vuelvo y le expecifico que mi mama es una paciente nerviosa y con condiciones que ella necesita asistencia. Me indica que me comunicara con la manager, no hable con esta pero ella entendio la situación de mi mama y le endico al la agente que no tenia que pagar por su maleta. En todo esto un mal servicio para pacientes con limitada capacitación. Jamas vuelvo a volar por spritit ni poner a mi mama en una situación como esta."
