Pros: Check in was very good. The seats can be more space.

Cons: I am glad to be home after 4 1/2 hours of delays

Cons: Serving hours crazy. 11 AM lunch, for example. Second "meal" weird.

Pros: Flight was fairly smooth. Food was available for purchase.

Cons: No onboard entertainment, either in seat or “shared”. Although I checked in over two hours ahead of my flight, my baggage was somehow placed on a later flight and will not arrive until early tomorrow morning.

Pros: The crew was friendly, check in and security went pretty quick. The plane was clean and the ride was safe and smoothly

Cons: The plane door got stuck and delayed us for a while. It cost $30 to check my bag. They gave me 2 cookies to eat on, one on each flight. Anything else was $10 bucks or so. Even a bag of chips would have been an upgrade. I miss the days when everything wasn’t an extra fee.

Cons: Flight crew was rude and unprofessional. Ran over my foot with a cart. Ran into my head when I was picking something up from the aisle and was unapologetic. Overall lack of service quality.

Cons: Hour delay before departure; 30 minute delay after landing before we reached gate; 15 minute delay to get carry on bags!

Pros: Boarding crew in Spokane was friendly and very efficient.

Cons: There were no snacks - they told us they “ran out” on the previous flight and hadn’t refilled yet.

Pros: Room in the seat was humane. Respectable leg room and not squished with fellow travelers. Boarding process orderly.
