Cons: "First time on Alaska in 30 years, still impressed. The seat had plenty of leg room which is rare on other airlines."
Pros: "GoGoAir ground-based pathetic WiFi is out, satellite best Wi-Fi is now in! And it couldn’t come too soon. This cross country 6-hour flight was very enjoyable because the plane is immaculate and I was connected nearly the entire time. Kudos to Alaska on their continued investments in new Boeing aircraft and upgraded satellite internet."
Cons: "The boarding process continues to be an absolute joke. I don’t know what the solution is, but Slow rude people continue to hold up 10-15 people at a time wrestling with their many carry on bags. This whole situation sure got worse when they started charging so much for checked bags."

Cons: "My seat was broken. It wouldn’t recline, and the headrest wouldn’t slide up. Boarding process was confusing. I was assigned to board with group 3, but they started boarding by letter."
Pros: "Crew was very good and respectful. The pilot constantly kept informing us of flight route and possible changes. Even made the passengers aware of an amazing light storm outside the aircraft that was impressive sight to see."

There was more legroom than usual for a discount carrier. No one bothered passengers about the weight or size of the luggage they brought onto the plane."

Cons: "The boarding process. Does not make sense - boarded first class, families, exit rows. Then boarded up to row 13 and then "switched it up" by loading the rear of the plane. So row 14 is last to board... felt strange and there seems to be no real benefit."

About 1/4 of the passengers of the waiting to get on the plane at PIE did not wear a mask in the terminal, even though it is the policy of the airport. Chaotic deplaning in BNA with all passengers rushing to the front of the plane trying to get off. Rock hard very narrow seats."

Cons: "Communication is always my #1 complaint with Allegiant. They delay flights regularly but there’s never any additional information...they just send you a text or email saying your flight is delayed, never tell you why, but they want you at the gate at the regular time...so you sit there for hours with No further communication and the gate agents never come to the gate to let you know what’s going on or what to expect because corporate has gotten stingy with regard to compensating folks even when THEY are to blame for the delay. Two trips in a row, two weeks apart, they’ve done the same thing to us. I appreciate the low fares, but I’ve just about decided I’d rather pay more for good customer service because theirs just sucks."

My seat was changed from window to middle. I do not like sitting in the middle which is why I chose a window seat.

Cons: "Flight was delayed for 2 hours in Airbus 777 full of passengers. The reason was to fix some light and administrative error on a log book. This could have been prevented if they had done all of the checks beforehand. All of those passengers stuck in a plane during a pandemic. Not very smart !!!!"

As we were boarding the plane from Austin to Phoenix, we got a notification that our layover had been delayed an additional 5 hours due to construction at SFO. I’d have appreciated more of a heads up than as I’m boarding."
Pros: "Airlines have no respect for customers anymore, planes are big buses with uncomfortable seating and little more. They nickel and dime you and punish you when you don't want to leave your salary with them."
Cons: "Get rid of the caste system you have imposed and all the fees you want to charge for everything. More room for real people, not seating for leprechauns. Better boarding procedures. Pretty much everything could be better but they have no interest in making it better just charg as much as they can."
