I love tvs at all seats. Should be standard on all planes of any duration. Wish internet worked. I can never figure it out.
Crew was pleasant but the flight service/scheduling was terrible.
More meals in flight, one is not enough for an 8hr flight
Delayed boarding otherwise all was great. Had the Comfort+ seating which was decent. A bit more room than what is normal these days. Free Wifi for the whole trip was a bonus also

When we arrived at Barcelona, I unpacked and discovered a jacket and pants in my luggage were wet. The only place that could have happened was at JfK during their rain storm and the luggage weight issue."

I was told the plane was full and they could not change my "preferred" seat although I did see empty seats on the plane after takeoff. Also bathroom facilities were poor - only two in the back for the entire economy seating. And the aisles were narrow."

When I chose my seat online, I was made to believe it was basically a full flight (only ~3 seats were available and they were all middle seats) so I spent $25 on an exit row seat. Once we boarded, it became apparent that there were a TON of open seats and I would have been able to get an aisle. Kind of sketchy for them to misrepresent the seating like that."

The signage was poor as MSP, which isn't Sun Country's fault, however they made the transfer sound easier than it was."

I hate flying because airline companies treat people who can't afford the over priced first class seats like cattle. Airlines are greedy. The good price for the flight is great but in the end feeling cramped and getting my legs and arms bumped every time someone walks by is ridiculous. GET COMFORTABLE SEATING IN COACH DAMN IT!!"

I have never felt so degraded on a plane. I can barely imagine, how she would have reacted, if any of us had approached her in the same tone and manner."

I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Plane supposed to leave FLL to TYS at 530p. There was 2nd flight scheduled for 830p. Flight 973 delayed until 9p. No explanations given. Flight did not start boarding until 920p. We didn't leave FLL until 10p. The other flight, the one at 830p was on time and arrived on time. I want an explanation for why flight 973 was delayed and why the delay was delayed from 920 to 10p before leaving FLL. I was at the airport waiting for my flight for over 8hrs. My flight was delayed 4-1/2 hrs, 530-10p. I want an explanation and I want some sort of compensation for such poor service. I didn't arrive in Knoxville until after MIDNIGHT Sun Aug 31st. I had to arrange for transportation home from the airport as my flight was delayed and delayed again and they had no idea when I would actually arrive. Isn't it a law that requires a passenger be compensated if their flight is >4 hours delayed? Allegiant apparently thinks they have no responsibility to give any reasons for their flight delays. We're just supposed to take it and like it. I requested seat on 830p flight and was told there were no available seats. Allegiant personnel was zero help from check in to crew on plane and again on ground in Knoxville. Useless is the word I would use.

Everything was actually very good except for the fact that they delayed the flight 3 times for a total of 4 hours when the flight was supposed to be at 8:30pm. So that made for an extremely late landing (2.5 hour flight), and if we had the wrong rental car company, we would have missed our rental checkout time.

It was a clear day without many clouds, but somehow the pilots on both of my flights weren't able to hold the planes steady during the takeoffs, climbing to altitude, and approaches for landings. The planes were wobbling a lot---like they were no longer on smooth automatic pilot."

Pros: "I would like to specially thank Spirit Airlines for the amazing crew they have. The air hostesses on this flight have immensely helped passengers with their difficulties. I was on the receiving end getting nauseated and the crew helped me to put me to comfort by diagnosing my situation. I've also seen them taking care of anew mother with 3 month old baby and help the mother with every possible task. I really want to thank the crew on this flight for doing an amazing job and making sure we passengers are at comfort."
Cons: "Spirit should not be allowed to advertise their "ticket price" as such on these websites, since for any round trip carryon baggage starts at $90 additional, as well as additional charges for most seats that offer any comfort at all, since the seats do not recline and the tray table support cross-bar pushes into the back of the passenger on front of it. This is only the beginning of my complaints"

I can't imagine being on one of these planes for more than two hours. I will avoid using Spirit in the future, even if I save a few bucks."
