Cons: "Actually having a flight to Charlotte. They delayed flight without much warning... actually, they were delaying/cancelling many flights without warning most of the day. Long story short, I had to get a ride to LaGuardia, to catch a different flight. That flight got delayed when boarding"

Cons: "American’s little buses at DCA suck. Why should I have to wait for everyone who gate checked a bag to get to the terminal? Let me walk to the terminal, get more buses, or get more gates."

Pros: "We’re able to get a different flight after ours was re-scheduled several times."
Cons: "Re-scheduling was later then earlier then later, hard to plan’ Comfort: airlines should have a bill of rights for passengers."

Pros: "Their CRJ was very comfortable. More comfortable and modern than what I’ve seen on a lot of Skywest/delta connection flights. Crew was great"

Cons: "The first plane had very uncomfortable seats that do not really lean back and no charging ports for devices. No free WiFi."

Cons: "We boarded late, and due to technical issues had us stay on the plane for 30 minutes with no AC and delayed us for over 2 hours. I had a meeting and missed it. I’m also an American Airlines member and am horrified by this experience!"

Crew did not respond to call lights when pressed (in First Class), nor did they know how to operate the power system."

Pros: "Horrible hospitality. The flight was initially delayed for computer issues which understandably happens. However, we were later switch to another plane 4 hr later, boarded, de iced, taxied, then notified he flight was cancelled at 1 am because the crew hit their maximum work time. We were de-boarded. There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided."

Pros: "The flight departed on time, the boarding was super quick and the whole flight was great and comfortable. Friendly crew members. Smooth flight."
Cons: "I paid for a more comfortable seat around US200 (16L) the day prior the flight, main cabin window seat with more space.They changed planes I guess and row 16 was gone so the assigned me another one on main cabin aswell with more space (15J) but an aisle, which I hate and that was the reason why I paid for a window seat in the first place. No effort to get me a window seat within main cabin when I claimed, nor reasonable explanation on why they did the changed."

Cons: "2 hours of delay to take the airplane in Orlando and they changed the flight to Charlotte when it was planned it would go to Philadelphia but it was not a big deal to me."

Cons: "I barely made it for my flight in Chicago and that was with running. They were already boarding the other plane when my plane from Hattiesburg landed. Earlier in the day I had to get them to change my flight from Chicago in Hattiesburg because it wasn't changed for me when the delay had my original flight leaving before I was to land in Chicago. I don't fault them for someone getting sick at the last minute or my inconvenience, but it was still inconvenient."

Cons: "The entertainment was high my list, only because you're stuck on a flight for many hours. Although I was exhausted because I had a 8 hour layover in Manchester, it would have been nice to have a couple of entertainment options. On my flight on British Airways from New York to Gatwick, we had so many movie and series options. These things are important on a long flight, otherwise the flight becomes torturous because you run out of things to do. On this flight, we had no choices, only what was given to us to watch. This made my flight unbearable."
