The Captain made a decision to deboard due to outside temperature with little air-conditioning...amd mid-deplaning...fueling was complete amd passengers were told to go back to seats. Flight Attendants were amazing throughout this incompetent ground crew ordeal.!!! Captain was Great as well...his effort kept all informed and sought the best possible outcome for his passengers!!!"

She had about half of the First Class cabin offended as soon as meals started getting served - I didn't see ANYONE around me that got what they asked for, and then when people stated the issue, she didn't respond very well. I tried to take things in stride (first world problems?) but it is a bummer to pay extra for the first class treatment and then to not have that great experience, especially on back to back 5ish hour flights."

CUN Delta staff was great and we appreciated the efforts they made to direct us around the airport."

We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

In this day and age, for an overseas flight that is 10 hours long, to be this old old without updated features and without plugins, this is unacceptable. Flat out ridiculous. Pros: "I upgraded to a first class seat. The flight attendant was the warmest ray of sunshine I've experienced in a long time. He was so pleasant and kind & attentive. The flight was fantastic."

Cons: "The service, entertainment, boarding, comfort, and crew haven't changed at all ever since I've flown with united. The crew just seemed to be there to get their pay checks not serve the customers."
Pros: "I lost my wallet on the plane to San dieago. A very nice honest family turned it over to the crew. The baggage claim customer service agent ran back to the plane to retrieve it for me. It had everything I needed, my ID cash for my trip. I'm thankful for the honest people still in this world! Many thanks to the family and crew and uninteds customer service!!! A+++++"

Pros: "The flight itself was great.. However the experience at the airport was terrible.. After placing several calls prior to my departure date to confirm that my 40 inch TV was ok for transportation , it wasn't until I got to the airport to find out that I was unable to take the TV or the TV stand.. I live in Philadelphia and had nowhere to leave it causing me to give it to a stranger in order to make my flight . I am very distraught that the information indicating there was an embargo restricting the transportatione of TV greater 32 inches or boxes to Montego Bay was not given during any of those calls.. I don't understand why that information was not sent in an email prior.. On top of that I placed a call to customs in Montego Bay and was adviced that the embargo is enforced by the airline not customs... If I could some how get some answers regarding this I would appreciate it..."
Pros: "Connecting flights in China need more of a layover I missed my connecting flight not happy it was a disaster going through immigration takes forever in Shanghai .."

Cons: "My flight out of Chicago was cancelled. I hate when they lie to you that it was weather related. At the time of my flight to White Plains at 1:50 PM there was no snow in Chicago or at White Plains, Moreover the 6 PM flight left to White Plains when it was snowing both here and there. The only option given to me was standby on the 6PM flight. So, I had to cancel my flights and it ruined myu weekend."

Cons: "Very delayed flight No updates for departure, empty desk until it was time to depart, for why we sat on the runway for so long, no update on landing time or that we were starting descent"
Pros: "Here's the situation- There are massive storms across the state, massive delays across the nation, and a tiny airport packed full of people. All the things needed to make a horrible flying day an even worse day for customer service. BUT the flight crew and terminal teams did an amazing job keeping things together and keeping guests happy. They communicated all the information they knew in a timely manner, and made sure to correct any connections that needed to be processed before the plan landed. Also they kept their calm as people flipped out."

Cons: "I faxed in my companion animal information for approval 2 weeks prior. When I checked in I was told it was never approved. I had to stay on the phone for15 minutes. Then ther screeners delayed me 25 minutes going through my carryon looking at some food items. Because of these delays I missed my flight. Horrible service..."
Pros: "The attendant was very gracious and caring. Kudos to the pilots. They handled the aircraft very well under questionable winter weather even for the great lakes region."
Cons: "Had a three hour wait for an aircraft. The wait was for a flight to come in form Ottawa. There seemed to be plenty of other aircraft sitting around O'Hara not being used. Also the deicing process can use some much needed review. Having to wait over an hour for a deice unit to come to the aircraft is just way inefficient and I would think more costly to the company. It is certainly irritating to your customers who have just spent three, maybe five or more hours in a crappy air terminal waiting to get the heck out and on their way home."
