Ninth consecutive American flight I have been on that was delayed
It’s love good long way travel!! I always want more give me price down i want ever month travel I miss travel only North Carolina to Thailand in my love her !!
Had to wait for a gate for a long time, then waited on the run way for a long time before leaving. The actual flights part was good.
I had a positive experience on American. I'm blind and traveling with a guide dog and the flight attendants were so kind, friendly, and helpful towards us. They checked in on us during the flight and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. There was an hour delay before depature, but overall the flight was a smooth ride. I appreciate that there were no issues on this long flight back home.
Flight was delayed. Staff at the gate effectively and proactively communicated about the delay.
It was late, then the bathroom was inoperable plus it was very hot as well. Plane was very old
Overall, I had a great flight on American Airlines. The only compliant that I have is that my gate changed 30 minutes before boarding the flight. This was annoying because I had a connection in Charlotte and it's a very big airport.
Il y a eu 2 heures de retard, ce qui n' a pas permis de prendre la correspondance prévue. L'absence d'information claire et précise a entraîné des tergiversations avec les autres compagnies et a failli entraîner un retard encore plus conséquent. Seul un renseignement de l'aéroport de Francfort a permis de trouver une solution. Au final, c'est avec plus de 4 heures de retard ( 9h50 heure arrivée initiale, 13h50 arrivée finale) que notre fils et son ami sont arrivés. Cette différence s'expliquant uniquement par la responsabilité de la compagnie aérienne. Une indemnisation est-elle envisagée. Cordialement Mme Giraudo
Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
My luggage was lost at the airport but American Airlines contacted me and got it to me the next day.
All the above categories was great. Seats entirely too cramped.
I like American Airlines and their safety record. They provide quality service and a feel safe enough to prefer American Airlines over other carriers even if I have to pay a little more.
We paid for Business Class seats, but system did not have us and they were not available.
Worth every penny to upgrade to BC. Treated and felt more like First Class
I don't know about the others but the flight attendant that took care of us had the absolute wrong approach "how do we dare asking for water or anything else for that matter"
The crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is good for airplane food. The flight is long and hard to sleep. The leg space is great. The plane arrived in plenty of time.
A good flight back to Tampa and thankfully although we had a 90 minute delay because of thunder storms from Charlotte to bottom iof Florida, it was a prudent to avoid these for a comfortable flight as opposed to being tossed around with turbulence.
Flight was good but seat in 12D was not comfortable, better on the Airbus 321 from Tampa to Charlotte. No breakfast was served before landing in zLonfon only a coffee and orange juice.
Boarding crew is unfriendly as i was asked to handover carryon luggage too upto final destination Bangalore I was not prepared for that and i had to travel without my diabetic and hypertension medicines
