The flight was delayed at the very last minute and no information, both of my round trip flights were delayed at least the BNA to Boston was informed earlier but the return one was horrible
While it wasn't the crew's fault, it was a frustrating flight. We sat on the runway for 2+ hours. Both of the flight attendants were excellent and did a great job checking on the passengers. The pilot did keep us informed about the wait. I appreciate the crew apologizing for LaGuardia airport's backup.
Internet didn’t work for this leg either. The seat was fine but didn’t have seatback screen, which I knew when I booked it. The biggest letdown is Deltas new policy on beverage/snack service not being served for flights less than 350 miles. I know this is a cost cutting measure, but how much does it really cost to give a drink and a snack for inflated airfare? I really am surprised that with Delta Comfort they don’t provide beverage/snack service given these seats cost extra to purchase. Really need to reconsider this, even if it’s for the Delta Comfort and above.
The flights are constantly late anymore, and they won't even give you a glass of water on the plane. For years, they were able to do a service on this flight from Atlanta to Knoxville and Knoxville Atlanta now they say it's too short of a flight. You can't even get a quick drink of water.
Should never have had to go to Detroit from Orlando back to Tennessee!
My flight was canceled on Sunday. Rebooking took three hours. Had to pay for accommodations another night. New flight was delayed for 5 hours, all that was sent was a 12 dollar food voucher, which doesn’t tell you how to use it. Then when we landed we had to sit on the plane for an hour before we could get off.
Same experience as the flight from Norfolk to Atlanta where people are boarded in zones that don't make sense. People behind you on the plane will get on before you and they take the luggage space on your row.
Smallest leg room I've ever had on a plane.
The plant way delayed departing by 3 hours. It was an old airplane with broken seats and armrests. The bathroom made a hollering sound. A really crappy flight experience and travel day all around.
Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.
Packed old plane with uncomfortable seats. Great crew, especially Tara who was helpful to many. No water offered. Hard landing. Discount pricing is the benefit!
Flight was smooth. We boarded early and left Grand Rapids about a half hour ahead of schedule. We then arrived in Lakeland about 40 minutes early. Flights attendants (3) were welcoming and pleasant. Wish we would have at least been offered to buy a bottle of water. No beverage service at all.
I really liked the young man who checked me in and took my bags! He was so kind and was very helpful! I told my sister about the great service and him and she said that is why she flies Avelo Air.

Short 2-hour flight, we took off on time, ETA was earlier than stated, no interaction needed with stewards, no food, no entertainment on such a short flight.
Avelo provided exactly what I expected. They are a low-cost option with no frills but the experience was comfortable and the staff was great! I will be using them in the future for trips when cost is a priority for me.
Expect nothing and you will be fine. Seats are crammed.

I had a positive experience on American. I'm blind and traveling with a guide dog and the flight attendants were so kind, friendly, and helpful towards us. They checked in on us during the flight and they made us feel comfortable and welcomed. There was an hour delay before depature, but overall the flight was a smooth ride. I appreciate that there were no issues on this long flight back home.

Delayed because of weather in Nashville. I think God or some higher power generally has cursed me when it comes to flying out of Charlotte on American. I'm delayed pretty much everytime. We need Team Cobra Kai types to come in and "sweep the leg(s)" of the Charlotte ops people on principle. Don't let the sweet southern rocking chairs fool you, Charlotte is a sinkhole

Overall, I had a great flight on American Airlines. The only compliant that I have is that my gate changed 30 minutes before boarding the flight. This was annoying because I had a connection in Charlotte and it's a very big airport.
Our flight was delayed 45 minutes and we missed our connection, while we were able to get a flight the following day the voucher for food did not work.
