Not good when they reduce the size of the seats to 17 inches most people shoulders are wider than that. No food service no snack no drink and just snarky empl"

Pros: "The crew on the plane were great but even better was the women at the counter in terminal. She was amazing at getting everyone rerouted to their destinations"
Cons: "The WiFi was broken. the plane needed to be inspected and it took 2 attempts to get paperwork right and there was no inspector on the ground. 3 hours later after sitting on the plane for an hour with no food or drinks. If people have waited that long for one of your flights, give them a little food"

In Dallas I had to run from one flight to the next. The only reason I made was because the connecting flight eas also delayed. In rhe end we landed at SFO (instead of OAK) over 2 hours later than originally scheduled. To make matters worse, there was a backup on the Dublin grade, making the drive home to Tracy over three hours long. arrived at SAT at 4:30 PM CDT and arrived home in Tracy after 3:30 AM OFT. oh yeah, and my luggage didn't make it at all..."

Also I prefer when the flight deck makes an announcement prior to take off. It is reassuring to hear their voice especially in times of rough air. That did not happen today"

Cons: "For the second time on a Madrid/JFK flight in two weeks, overhead lights were broken for some seats, which is absurd for a 7.5 hour flight. Luckily, my flight attendant was kind enough to allow me to change seats to one in which the overhead light was actually working. Unfortunately, the plane was so busted that even though my overhead light was working, the headphone jacks in both of the seats that I had access to went off in the midst of food service, and as far as I could tell was never reset. Finally, and most appallingly, one of the flight attendants was completely out of control, and during the boarding process repeatedly and loudly scolded passengers. During service, she rammed the food cart into multiple seats so hard that food flew out of it onto the floor. Rather than apologizing to the customers whose seats she had rammed, she laughed loudly"

Cons: "AA lost put my checked baggage onto a different flight during my layover in Philly to my final destination. After losing my baggage, it took them over 24 hours to return it to me, telling me that it would only be "another hour" till they would deliver it to my house. No airline is perfect, but I don't like being lied to about my baggage not being transferred properly to my final flight, nor do appreciate how they kept giving me vague estimates and round-a-bout answers about my checked bag which they lost in the first place. If I can help it, I will never fly with American Airlines again; they have lost my business!"

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that I took an Uber to the airport only to find our my flight was delayed 12 hours, so I took an Uber back home. 10 hours later we took an Uber back to the airport, Uber is great. Then we got to the Hotel and they gave our room to someone else, so we had to wait 6 hours to get in A room, not the $100 room which we booked. American Airlines is fine, Wyndham Hotel screwed us. I paid $200 for 1 night."
