Cons: "... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information."

Made “ exhausted” comment about getting a lime wedge for a margarita & then went to rear of plane to chat with other flight attendents. Worse, we booked with kayak, but actually the delta/ Aeromexico flight was booked with vayama. When one flight changed departure time, we no longer had our great pre-selected seats & couldn’t check in online. We had to work it out with delta & then aero Mexico t. After 30 min on the phone we got the last 3 bavk row seats near the toilets & cackling, aging flight attendants. No reclining or real food made for a lousy 3 1/2 hr lunch flight. No apologies, smiles of sympathy. Just snacks tossed our way"

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Delta gave us a discounted coupon for a hotel in Atlanta and rebooked us on a flight to Cabo tomorrow."

Crew misplaced our luggage and sent it on a flight we were never supposed to be on, and the bad experience with delays of hours on end continued coming home. (Mechanimal non weather) WE WILL NEVER FLY DELTA AGAIN!"

Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."

Shame on her comment! AA offers their flights to many companies snd I now wonder if her comment is true, which makes me consider next time I choose an airline. In Buenos Aires when We checked in something similar happened and we could not book our seats the day before bcause they were all taken . The answer was if we wanted a better seat we’d have to pay because only back seats are available in economy and AA waits forbthose whi pay first and only then they”ll give us a seat. I”ve travelled several times with AA and feel the service is not worth the money I pay for it. The food on our flight back to BA was not good st all. However , I have to point out that all my flights BA to N Y, N Y to Mia and Mia BA left on time. On the whole it was good but I believe AA cares onñy about money and I feel disappointed"

Rather than assisting me, she barked commands and quickly walked away as I attempted to address the situation. - poor attitude - failed to ask if I wanted a biscuit but simply slapped one down on my tray table (I HAVE CELIAC DISEASE) - American really needs to catch up with the other airlines and offer a GF option to those of us who have immune disorders. - no WiFi"

This seems to slow the process of boarding as know passengers are asked multiple times to check baggage (for free, which is the one nice thing) before boarding b/c the overheads will be too full. Group 6 which I was in seemed like it was just the rest of the plane. Super busy, took me forever to get to my seat all the way in the back. Why don't airlines reverse board? People sitting in the back should board first. I feel like this would save so much time."

Because our connecting flight left milwaukee over an hour late, we had no time to even grab a sandwich, no problem we will buy food on the plane. Wrong! The food is was gone so quickly that by the time they got to us, they were out of everything. Oh did I mention we also had 3 children ages 2, 7, and 9. Oh yes and the entertainment? Small screens mounted on the ceiling of the plane. How about updating your equipment?? Plane was old. No USB to charge your phone and stream from their App. Terrible. We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

My phone just says the plane is sky west, me and the other workers at the airport had no idea what this meant. Very frustrating experience trying to check in, finally walker talkie a guy that new it was American. Frustrating I thought I would miss my flight, why not clearly state it's not an Alaska flight."

There are so many expats in Buenos Aires and they all buy tickets in Argentina to go to Uruguay within 3 months. Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

Every time someone flushed, I was bathed in the smell of urine. It was raining in Toronto; consequently, my checked bag was wet through. I’m glad I was coming home rather than arriving at a vacation destination, where all my stuff would’ve been wet. I’d like to see some effort put into keeping my bag dry. Also, the passengers had to slog through the rain to get on the plane!"

Cons: "With basically all my flights on Air Canada, there were significant delays. The delays on this flight caused me to almost miss my connection. I had to run full speed to make it to the next flight, and the attendants on this flight were very terse announcing as we were landing "Do not ask us about your connections; we have no information. Do not ask us about your luggage; we have no information" With other airlines in the past, if I have had a flight delayed by an hour, the attendants have announced where I should be headed for my connection, or have called ahead to the connecting flight (if within the same airline" and asked them to wait for us. I didn't feel that AC did anything to help make up for the fact that my flights were so late. Almost ally other AC flights on this trip we're also delayed."

Cons: "They made me sky check my small second roller bag. Not a problem for me as I had a three hour layover in Copenhagen. But others had tight connections and got the same treatment. There was lots of available overhead room in the 'business class' area. The seats suck. They are not business class. Exactly the same as economy just at the front of the aircraft."

Their phone line was flooded with so many calls that you couldn't even stay on hold. And their email service takes at least 24hrs before you get a response. So effectively the entire airline was unavailable, even after canceling many people's vacations. I'll never fly AC again."

Air Canada spent little time looking for hotel rooms and told us if we can find one for ourselves they would be willing to give us up to$150 for the room if we saved our receipts. Where can you find a room in Phoenix for $150? You can't. The plane was suppose to leave 6:25pm . This was 9:00pm. No offer of food , drinks nothing. People were tired and hungry. Finally after a lot of complaining, that's when some us were given rooms they gave us vouchers for the hotels restaurant that was closed due to renovations. The agent was to,d this when they reserved the rooms but they lead us to believe there would be food there. We didn't get out until 2:00 pm the next day. And even that flight was late. I was exhausted when I finally reached my destination. I lost over a day of my vacation. I don't want to fly with Air Canada again!!!!!!!!!!"

Pros: "I was given an upgrade to Business so what not to like. The meal I chose was a strange combination that I would not recommend - lentils with chicken and a few carrots. The crew was great."

Pros: "Their 787 is indeed a dream to fly! The flight felt much shorter than on other airplanes."
Cons: "Their website didn't work for checking in, then their offices were closed most of the time, with no 24 hr support, leaving me high and dry on several occasions when I needed to check in, and when I needed to make a special meal request."

Pros: "My scren was´t working ok, and the screen of my sister seat was in ¨wait please..¨ half of the trip. The boarding wasn´t on time but the crew memebers where really nice. Overall okey"

Pros: "On the way to Puerto plata liked bigger plane ride but stuff not too much rand bell twice no one responded until I called them I liked your own check in and pre sitting arrangement Did not like paying for first suitcase Did not like paying for second suitcase as it was a donation for a church"
Cons: "I did not like the price of first class I would have liked first class because of a bad back but could not afford the extra $ 400.00 option plus with other planes more affordable Such a long walk to board a plane Not sure if I would fly Air Canada again But overall I would give it a four Not sure why they also checked my suitcase but I appreciated them doing it in front of me although they had slterior motives But it's good safety to check people's luggage it makes me feel safer Thank you for asking my opinion"

Cons: "Mechanical problems and missed flight to Milan. Then next day flight to Milan delayed. Air canada put us up in cheep hotel with minimal food vouchers."

Pros: "Lots of leg room. Friendly and helpful staff. Smooth flight and comfortable seats."
Cons: "We didn't like all the walking to get to and from the plane in Terminal 2, Heathrow. Anywhere else in the world would transport people by bus if it was going to be a twenty minute walk to the departure gate."

Cons: "* Worst food I have ever had on a plane. The crew did not even know what was in some of the food, which is not comforting if you have allergies. * Entertainment system earphones were so bad they were unusable."

Cons: "Seating for Econamy patron flyers has become disgustingly so close together that knees of person behind me kept jabbing me in my back. When person in front tilted his seat back I really felt cramped and felt like a sardine. I am not a tall person. I do have short legs. Maybe airlines should hereafter ban tilting the seats back."

Cons: "The flight was 3 hours late. At some point we boarded the plane then asked to disembark it as we were still not ready for take off. They told us there were some weather issues in Toronto ... I looked at 3 different weather channels who said that the weather was mostly clear in Toronto with a few scattered showers."

Cons: "The security at the airport kept calling me a prostitute and verbally harassed me at the secondary inspection room. They looked down on my because I'm an orphan. Plus my luggage got lost as soon as I landed on Vegas, the staff were rude to me and gave me attitude."

Pros: "The crew was excellent and they treated everyone very well."

Pros: "The flight was comfortable. Entertainment choices were varied and generous."
Cons: "o'Hare needs an upgrade."

Cons: "The frustrating portion was the airline's lack of desire to fix our problems. The first flight was late because of mechanical issues and then Air Canada was not at all forthcoming in getting us rebooked on the next flight. Something that should have been quite simple involved me having to fight with workers just to get put on a new flight -- nobody wanted to actually do the work."

Cons: "The complimentary earphones provided on the flight were the worst ear buds I have ever worn and were extremely uncomfortable. If you're going to make it so passengers cannot use their own earphones without the sound being distorted, then please upgrade your earphones to something more comfortable. My ears were sore the whole flight trying to readjust the ear buds."

Cons: "Flight was 4 and half hours late for weather and mechanical reasons. Airline responded very well but such a long delay is annoying"

Cons: "Typical noisy turbo prop plane. It was an hour late."

Cons: "Temperature in tha cabin was very low. Several passengers complained and the crew ignored the requests. The bread of the sandwich was so dry it was almost unedible. The front left bathroom in economy was in bad need of maitenance. It was clean but completely out of step with the age of the aircraft. Was worn and looked dirty"

Cons: "Going through Pearson was terrible, long slow lline ups moved from one end of the Terminal to the other. Several times. The staff directing traffic were the only good thing about the whole thing. Through all of this nightmare I used a cane. No one offered to help me in anyway with my luggage up on steps or conveyor belts, I found it odd anyway. To top this off we left an hour late. Not your fault medical emergency on board. Getting in to Tampa was not bad. But coming back was ridiculous. First our flight out was delayed by 3 hrs ripayingght off the bat. Not guud I had wheel trans booked to pick us up in Toronto for 1:45 which is run by TTC I pay a regular bus fare rate to go or be picked at any address in the GTA I had to cancel it via there web site but it was Friday night to late to book another ride they are closed at the time. Then we were backed up another two hours. So I had to take a cab back to Scarborough cost almost 90 dollars , my friend had to pay with her credit card. After all we just got back from holidays. I am paying her back for it. . Boy nobody would help me with any kisave assistance they kept passing the buck starting in Tampa back to here I had like 8 or o people pass me off not knowing what wheel trans was and didn't know who tao send me too. Disgusted it was the first holiday I have had in 25 years. I saved for 2 years to go south I don't know what else to say. I was going to get ahold of you anyway and ask to be compensated or a refund issued I am a disabled person on Canada Pension Disability. Obviously why I flew economy."

Cons: "Due to regulations, our crew had to delay our flight 39 min. This was done the night before. There was no way we were going to make our connecting flight, but no one from United seemed to care. The crew from milwaukee to Houston was rude and unhelpful."

Cons: "We had a two hour weather delay and 4 gate changes. Had to unnecessarily walk from one gate to the next. Every time we got a. Texted updated we had a new gate number. Frustrating. Then the plane arrived from LaGuardia but there were no flight attendants so we had another 15 minute delay and nowhere to sit. Not happy"

Pros: "Everything was fantastic except I was a little squished; but I suppose that is to be expected on the economy flight. We did land later than expected but it ended up being just fine and I was able to connect to my next flight."
