Travelling with a cranky two year old, made pains to select seats for maximum child comfort and it all flew out the window. Arrived at destination and sat, again, waiting for a gate. Signed up for sky miles previously based on good experiences, but this was one lane thing after another. Advice? Don't act like you're doing me a favor when asking people to check bags cause then it's "free"."

Cons: "They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed."

This seems to slow the process of boarding as know passengers are asked multiple times to check baggage (for free, which is the one nice thing) before boarding b/c the overheads will be too full. Group 6 which I was in seemed like it was just the rest of the plane. Super busy, took me forever to get to my seat all the way in the back. Why don't airlines reverse board? People sitting in the back should board first. I feel like this would save so much time."

The food is was gone so quickly that by the time they got to us, they were out of everything. Oh did I mention we also had 3 children ages 2, 7, and 9. Oh yes and the entertainment? Small screens mounted on the ceiling of the plane. How about updating your equipment?? Plane was old. No USB to charge your phone and stream from their App. Terrible. We own a 2nd home in Maui and travel there twice per year. Looking at other options."

Cons: "United Express flies out of Terminal A at Newark (EWR) and routinely they do not have Precheck lanes open. Despite flying on the Saturday after Thanksgiving they only had one mixed security line open. When I asked TSA they said they simply weren't staffed to have a Precheck line open. Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

The other passenger said he had a family obligation and the rep handed him the last ticket before I could get a word out. I felt so disrespected and like my business and money meant nothing to United. Then began my saga to get to Portland. Unbelievable."

I was just standing there waiting when a young girl walked by me in a uniform and said rudely and almost annoyed, "do you have a question". I replied that I was waiting on my bag. She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."

Cons: "After flight delayed 2 hours due to seagull getting sucked into engine on landing (not Frontier's fault) I was stuffed into 7E, the smallest middle seat I've ever experienced, and I was in pain most of the flight. I am 6 feet, 190, not that big, and I couldn't bend down to reach the floor due to my head hitting the seat in front. Seat on first leg (also a seat-me-anywhere middle seat) was passable."

Cons: "crew was not very engaged. Cramped, bumpy 3 hr ride...couldn't wait for it to end."

Cons: "I did not like that I had to pay extra to select a seat, especially because the seat was not any more comfortable or spacious than the other seats on the plane. The staff rolled their eyes when customers requested service. I am never flying Frontier again."

Pros: "We were greeted and told, "We can get you to SLC until tomorrow", but that quickly changed to, "we can potentially book you on another airline". Within 30 minutes we were booked on a Delta flight that got us to SLC through Denver 30 minutes earlier than planned. We enjoyed beverages and snacks on Delta that would not have been provided by Frontier. The clerk at the Frontier ticketing counter was most helpful. We were able to make it to SLC and a wonderful vacation with family. We also received a voucher for $200 each. We will try Frontier again."
Cons: "Frontier did not have the appropriate redundancy to provide service for their passengers."

Cons: "unconscionable fees, including baggage snacks and everything other than water. as long as your are at it whey not charge for water?"

Cons: "I've been flying frontier for years and it's sad to see the quality of their flights go down so drastically. The constant extra charges for everything, the major delays and the most recent recent redesign of the seats and tray tables just made for a very poor experience! I honestly do not want to fly frontier again."

Cons: "They lost everyone's luggage for over two hours and al they did was give us bag our baggage fee. I missed several appointments because of this."

Cons: "-Aircraft was dirty, the windows hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long - There was a delay, but no communication, so we just sat there for an hour waiting in confusion - No complimentary drinks - Rude staff"

Pros: "They actually got me to my destination faster than they said they would. We landed around 20 minutes early,"
Cons: "They do tack on addition fees for choosing your seat, baggage fees, things like that. Not a big fan of the fees, as they tend to run up the price. Still, managed to get from MKE to PHL for around $130."

Cons: "We had a 2 hour delay and then waited an hour before we could get off. Instead of arriving at 11:00 at night, we got there at 2 am and then rented a car and drove to our motel. It made for a long night/day"

Cons: "My bag that clearly fit as a carry on was held hostage at boarding until I paid $60!!!!"

Cons: "There was clearly an issue with the plane, and instead of being honest, we were continuously told it was paperwork and it'd only be "15 minutes." Plus, there wasn't even an effort to hold the plane from DEN to POR, although there were 8 of us needing that flight and we only missed it by a few minutes."

Cons: "I had a very small hand bag and was charged 45.00 dollers for it, thats mean."

Also we paid 80 dollars for carry on. its not always good to get a cheap deal i rather paid full price the way we Got treated"

Cons: "I didn't like the fact that you had to pay $25 to check your luggage and then I think it was absolutely ridiculous that you have to pay $35 for a carry on. I don't understand why cost more money to carry on a bag then it will be to check your luggage. Also I think it's silly that they don't offer free complimentary snacks on the airplane and this seems don't even replying back. I thought this was a cheap flight but it turned out to be just as much as a regular Airline"

Cons: "A flight advertised for $24.00 turned into $135.00 with one standard seat and one checked baggage! Plus over $15 for a diet coke and a small bag of pretzels! Will NEVER be mislead nor fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Packed in like sardines legs hitting te seat in front and your elbows jammed into the person next to you, seats do not recline at all , five inch wide by six inch long seat back trays. All this and no description of the conditions that could let you make and informed decision on weather you would ever buy a ticket on this airline again. The whole airline projects an atmosphere of complete indifference to how you think .. On and off the plane. No directions to bagge area in one of the most poorly designed airports in the US, no clear signage on how to get to the correct baggage area causing over 3/4 of the passengers to go to terminal 1 instead of 3."
