Rouge seats are notoriously uncomfortable, especially on a 9 hour flight. Rouge Player entertainment sucks, very poor movie selection. Irish immigration took 45 minutes... a ridiculous amount of time in this day and age. My time with the officer took about 30 seconds, so obviously the problem is that they are understaffed...not the best way to start your trip to Ireland after a long flight!

Their airport service is outstanding. We were traveling with a mobility challenged person and they were so helpful in getting us through check in, out to our gate, and through boarding.

The service and staff on the plane are top notch, and the meals and drinks were very satisfying. The entertainment center on each seat had enough choices to pass the time. I rate Lufthansa a very good choice for trips to Europe, and will use them on my future trips.

Meals not very good either way. Only movies that were not hits. Need more classic movies

Was wearing shorts and flip flops and the A/C was on full blast which is at the bottom on the side so my feet and legs were freezing the entire flight!

Cabin was too hot since the very beginning. Even in first class.

The Delta service desk was great! We wanted to get an earlier flight home and the Delta Rep got us on standby quickly and with a smile.

Some chaos getting on the flight. The area they have set up for the different sections to wait before getting called weren't marked very well so everyone was bunched up and confused. Once they started calling the sections it was fine. Not sure why they even had the marked areas.

The flight information did not show the gate for the flight. We had to ask an employee which gate was being used. Unfortunately, it was a gate that required a transit ride. As a result, many passengers were late in fact, after pushback, the pilot returned to the gate to pick up one very late passenger. Also, the BA gate attendant was very rude. Her imperious attitude was a poor reflection on her employer.

Flight itself was very smooth, especially the landing. Food was good also, both the chicken and pasta were prepared well. Pasta could have used a little more sauce. Quantities and variety were also good.

I still don't understand why airlines don't board from the back to the front. Would make the entire process go much smoother. The bigger the plane the bigger the problem and delay. I don't mind storing a bag under the seat but there's more stuff taking up legroom so it's hard to get the feet comfortable which is important for those longer flights.

One flight attendant in particular. Wish I knew her name to commend her. Also, had a bassinet for my grandson!! Frequent beverages offered, especially water. Allowed to move seats once in the air!! Able to help my daughter with her baby. Chicken dish was actually really good.

No movie screens at all!? Odd; especially for an International flight. Check bathroom paper supplies more frequently. Ran out of paper towels two bathrooms. No fault of yours, but the Venice airport was a nightmare. I am use to airports in the US and was shocked how long the line was to get through to our gate. We couldn’t even find the end because it wrapped around like an “S”. Surprised we had to print our boarding pass (but was never asked for it); couldn’t do a mobile boarding pass.

Boarding in Frankfurt was pretty good as all zones had their own gates- somethinh I am missing at YYZ.

Legroom is getting tighter and tighter in the Economy class and meals are getting smaller and smaller as the trays are apperaing bigger and bigger...

The 9 hour flight was made so much nicer with and excellent and attentive flight crew. They were always available with a hot towel, drink, meal or a snack. Seats were very comfortable.

Relatively comfortable plane, great movies (I watched four!), good timing between meals/snacks.

These planes are always SO cramped. We paid to be in the section with 9 seats across instead of 10 which was worth it but wish that they would just give everyone slightly more space - seems humane for such long flights! The group boarding on these huge planes always seems chaotic. Also it seems like it would honestly make more sense to start at the back and move forward. Would have less waiting for people in front of you to get settled. Wish the last snack had a piece of fruit or something with a bit more healthy aspect.

My flight was delayed on the way to Puerto Plata on 9/9 which made me miss an entire day and I was billed for a stay at the resort. I was booked to a crappy room in MIA that I had to get changed to another hotel. THEN my departing flight from Puerto Plata back to the US was delayed 2 plus hours (as was the first flight) due to a flat tire that had to be replaced. I missed my connecting flight and had to be placed on the next flight to DCA which was the last flight. This experience was the worst. I do not have a favorable opinion of American, of which I have flown this airline for years.

Premium economy seats in front of the bulkhead from Charlotte to Dublin were very comfortable and worth the extra price.

Quick flight. Small delay. Missing food options but didn’t want anything on the short flight. Window views were great even if I wasn’t on a window seat.

Emergency door seating. Actually a lot of seats were free. Reclining seat should have been offered.

Everyone at Aer Lingus from the people at the gate to the flight crew were very courteous to my mother who had to use a wheelchair.

The meals were very good to both the choices had mushrooms in them which I don’t care for. It would’ve been nice to of had a choice they didn’t have any mushrooms in them.

Crew arranged to change seats so my left leg had an aisle.

Boarding by groups was not followed, no one to control them, just a rush to gate. No discipline by Iberia. Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle.

I had a problem finding ticket number for a return ticket. It took an hour at boarding but Iberia rep. found it and saved the day. She really cared and got the job done. Can't say enough about this Argentine rep. Also this was an international flight and they did Not hassle us about the weight of our carry on. Last year Etihad weighed our purses with a bathroom scale at the door of the aircraft. Outrageous. Slowed boarding for over an hour and cost passengers an average of $150 - $320.

Food was terrible all around. Didn't pass out water during 11 hour flight and all the "good" movies didn't load.
