It was not apparent whether or not there was a bathroom. The snacks were sodas in a drawer which seemed a little lacking. But the customer service at my time of arrival until I got out of the tarmac was great.

Cons: "At first was told my 5:30 pm flight back to Cortez from Denver was delayed until 6:30 pm, then a bit later the airline worker told everyone on the flight he made a mistake and read it wrong, it was delayed until 6:30 am! I was eventually given a voucher for a hotel for the night, and basically no explanation as to why the flight was delayed. I then woke up at 4:00 am to catch my 6:30 am flight, when I reached the gate it had been delayed again until 8:05 am. Then at 8:00 am the airline worker called me, personally to the front desk to tell me my bag had been lost! At 8:30 am we started boarding, I asked about my bag again and was told it would be on the next flight to Cortez if it was found. We arrived in Cortez after a very stressful flight, they unloaded the plane and my bag had been on the whole time. And if the delays and miscommunication weren't enough the staff was rude and uninformed and the plane was cramped and uncomfortable. Obviously I had an extremely frustrating experience with this airline and will not be flying with them again. I would urge others to stay away as well!"

Cons: "Scheduled to fly Cortez, CO to Phoenix at 10am xmas morning. Delayed until 11:40. At 11 it was delayed another hour. At 12 it was delayed another hour. At 1 it was delayed another hour. At 2:30 it was cancelled. Ridiculous lack of communication. We assumed it was weather, but eventually they told us it was mechanical. We had to drive 7 hours to get to our vacation, mostly at night, partially in a snowstorm with icy roads, and of course the 8 hours home later in the week. If we had known they would cancel in the morning it would have been much less stressful for all. Or better yet - have some airplanes on hand in case of mechanical failure!!"

Cons: "The flight delay caused me to miss my connecting flight in Denver. I then had to pay $165 to change my flight. None of the airlines helped waive this fee. This is Boutique's responsibility as the delay was due to "not having enough fuel to get to Denver." This should have been accounted for prior to the 10min before the flight was supposed to depart. I am incredibly disappointed with Boutique and the lack of customer service."

At the airport there was one checkin counter and it was empty. I sat around for 30 minutes until someone came out to help me checkin. Waited at an empty gate for 5 hours wondering if I was in the right area. 9pm came and went and no plane to be seen. The frustrating thing is that there were no updates from the staff throughout the process. I think this is something I've come to take for granted on all the other airlines I've been on. Will I make it to my destination? No idea. Anyways, if you want reliability pick any other airline. If you like having to ask a lot of questions and get a lot of vague answers, Boutique is for you. It's very unfortunate. I really wanted to write a positive review!"

I was called back by Kayak minutes after I finally got off the phone to be told That flight was now canceled. Another hour on the phone to get to a 3rd flight arranged. I arrived early and saw everyone sitting around, went to the counter to be told this flight was now delayed. Also was told that the EARLIER Flight I had been changed to, Went off on Time! So I was Lied to. Waited hours as they moved the departure time 4 times! Went through an agonizing security search. Took an hour in a freezing plane to get to Pittsburgh. Missed my flight OF Course and had to pay money for a ticket change and go stand by, barely getting on a connecting flight. I call it the Travel Day From Hell!!!"

Cons: "I had this airline booked several times (4 flights to be exact) and every. single. time. the flight was either cancelled or changed in some way. In the first instance, the second leg was moved three hours ahead, causing the second leg to depart before the first one, so I had to cancel it. In the second, the first leg was moved three hours before the initial departure time, and I had to cancel it due to scheduling issues. The third time I tried to take this airline, the first leg was cancelled completely and in turn my return flight was also cancelled. Each time, they informed be THE NIGHT BEFORE the flight was supposed to leave that it was either cancelled or modified. Had I not booked all four of these flights at once months in advance, I wouldn't have booked it again after the first instance. Do you know how expensive it is to find alternate transportation THE NIGHT BEFORE you are trying to travel? I will never attempt to fly this airline again. They have a lot of work to do to gain the trust of their passengers and they are not doing it right by any means in my opinion."

At that time, alternate flights were >$250 one way and I HAD to be at my destination the next day for a wedding. Southern Airways caused me hours of time spent planning and additional money to find alternate transportation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND -- I am never flying with this airline again!"

Cons: "I traveled with a colleague from Dulles to Morgantown. Three issues arose: 1. We could not find the ticket counter at Dulles, and no one we asked knew where it was. This could easily be resolved by adding info about how to find the counter to the airline website. 2. My colleague's return flight was canceled and she was never notified. 3. When I went to check in for my return flight, I was told that I was not on the boarding list. It took 30 minutes to get me added to the list even though I had my confirmation. When I asked for an explanation the man at the ticket counter shared: "They're crazy [the customer service]. This happens all the time." Complete incompetence."

It also took a while to figure out that this airline is not based within the main airport (at both DFW and MEM airports at least) and the address for the actual boarding place was not included in any communication prior to the flight. No compensation for inconveniences caused."
