Pros: "Both of my flights were on time which i know sounds basic but all of the flights i’ve catched from SJO to X were late and this time my connection in Panama was only 1h15 and we got there earlier, so that was nice!"
Cons: "A bunch of seats were free and we were mostly sat all together (3 person next to each other).. With the covid situation i think it could be good to be more separate if possible"

Cons: "I arribes at the airport 1 he before the original flight time because the flight was delayed 50 minutes. Counter told me I couldn't check in my luggage anymore. Avianca was using any possible excuse to give seats to stand by passengers from other flights. There were very long lines of stand by people at the Avianca area."

Cons: "The carry-on I had was oversized, so I paid the$30 fee. Then I got to the gate and they informed me that the Representative was supposed to give me a luggage label along with my receipt. I only got my receipt and I was then charged another$65 for my bag. Not happy about that additional baggage fee."

Thank you United! We only had one day visiting our son and his wife near Seattle, if we had missed that flight, I don't know when we would have gotten in. We would have lost our day."

Cons: "For an almost 6 hour flight, they chose a very small plane. Probably because they didn't sell enough seats on the flight so they downsized. Anyway, lots of people who boarded towards the end weren't able to store any carryon luggage. And as I listened to the crew talk to them, they weren't very nice about it. Sounded as if they were saying it's the passengers fault. We are allowed 1 carryon and 1 personal bag. For any flight that is longer than 3 hours, I believe the airlines should at least allow passengers to have 1 free check in. Then maybe we wouldn't be trying to carry everything on with us. Our flight to Hawaii wasn't very comfortable either. We had purchased economy plus but it didn't seem all that comfortable. Maybe because it was a smaller plane. I think it was a 737, not really sure but it had 3 seats on each side with no middle row. Food is for purchase! Outrageous."

Plane - no place for cabin baggage and people had stuffed inefficiently their bags; crew did not seem to care Crew - did not care, pointing fingers at people like they do not know English, no sense of pride or commitment in their job; they might as well thrown food at us Food - bad, lucky we were hungry Entertainment screen - not working well Flight was smooth I do not know why Lufthansa partners with United Airlines."
