Cons: My flight was very full. I sat on row 10 and there was NO window at all, just a blank wall. We flew over the Grand Canyon and I was not able to see it at all because there was NO window. If you offer seats on rows with no window, it should be at a discounted fair and the airlines should explain there is NO window on that row. (This would be extremely helpful for those that experience claustrophobia.) I was very disappointed because there was NO window. One of the flight attendant that served me drinks was very agitated (she was having a very bad day) and it was apparent in her service.
Pros: The pilot told the passengers before the flight took off that there would be some turbulence. It was nice to know about it beforehand
Cons: The crew started serving first class passengers BEFORE boarding was complete, which forced the passengers who had not boarded yet to wait in line until service was complete. This sent a poor message to the economy class telling us we were not important customers
Cons: Poor Delta DEN counter agent experience. Name on ticket didnt match Delta profile name nor TSA [rofile name. Delta counter agent would do nothing, except blame TSA. Would not check ticket name vs profile name. Happened two consecutive flights. Flight tomorrow morning has no TSA Pre clearance on boarding pass. This will be three consecutive flights. Also seated me next to a person who needed 2 seats to himself. Please never seat me next to a passenger who cannot fit in their own seat. I am switching to SWA.
Cons: Had to sit on the tarmac for 35 minutes because our flight was “randomly” selected to wait because there was too much air traffic over Houston. Result: I missed my connection to my final destination. The airline promised that the other flights were alerted of the delay and that people would be there to assist. May departure gate was literally two gates away from my arrival gate in Houston. No one was there to help. No exceptions were made to get me on the flight, even as it was delayed at the gate for 15 minutes, meaning that they could have gotten me aboard. The whole experience made me very angry. After all this, I had to wait an additional two hours for the next flight.
Pros: On time departure, early arrival. Lead crew member helped me find a trading card Frontier does with all their animal mascots I use for scrapbooking my trip. She took the extra time to find one in a kid snack pack and gave me whole thing! Made my day.
Cons: Plane was a bit dirty from quick turnaround service. Crumbs on all my row, window smudged with who knows what. My Lysol wipe came in handy.
