Pros: The crew was amazing. One of the flight attendants Keddie deserves praise for bringing me snacks even after the main serving was over when I was sleeping.
Cons: Boarding at JAC was done by walking to plane. Signage for the correct plane was absent, and some passengers were erroneously trying to board the wrong aircraft.

Pros: We were very efficiently boarded, however there was a mechanical problem. The flight attendants helped every one know where their connecting gates were, as we have exactly 9 minutes to make that connection.
Cons: We were very efficiently boarded, however there was a mechanical problem. The flight attendants helped every one know where their connecting gates were, as we have exactly 9 minutes to make that connection. We would like to give a shout out to the baggage team that were able to transfer our bags in such a short amount of time. And also to the San Jose flight that we did for four of us.

Pros: Crew was night seat sucked plane was cramped

Pros: the plane didn't crash.
Cons: honesty. 29 minute flight took 3 hours. first they blamed it on waiting for luggage, then they likely realized there were no connecting fllights, so that excuse didn't work, then they were 'closing the cargo doors' for 45 minutes, then they had to de-ice as the plane had now sat for 4 hours instead of 45 minutes, had it left on time.

Pros: crew was ok. entertainment ok
Cons: they always give us seats way back in the plane.

Pros: The planes are made for humans not for monkeys as in some other airlines. Leg space was way better.
Cons: I wish you could make your ticketing categories simpler. It is too complicated and cumbersome. May be you have a new category of over 75 olds.

Pros: The flight crew was friendly and communicated well. They also had a friendly attitude.
Cons: A 1 hour wait for wheelchair assistance in Houston and then a 30 minute delay for wheelchair people to take my mom to baggage claim. Then the wheelchair attendant kept complaining she wouldn't receive a good tip to take us to the Lyft pickup area.

Cons: It was late

Pros: Loved the pilot telling us a little about the flight crew and their piloting experience(Air Force) , and how he kept us abreast of flight status/timing , as well as our location at various points along the route. The crew was very very nice!
Cons: More leg room

Pros: The plane was not full, so the stewardess put my wife and I by the exit seats. I am a tall guy and really appreciated it!
Cons: Both connecting flights were very tight time wise, and the gates were at opposite ends of the terminal. Couldn’t delta flights be closer together?

Cons: WiFi

Pros: For a puddle jumper jet it was amazingly comfortable. Even had enough room to put both feet and a carry on bag under the seat. And the seats were more comfortable relative to the competition (eg. United and US Air).
Cons: Seats can always be more roomy but that is a problem with all puddle jumper jets.

Pros: Not much. Just a cattle cart to go from here to there. Let's not pretend.
Cons: boarding process.

Cons: Plane left without me because they don’t know how to put gas in the plane in Jackson

Pros: Nope
Cons: They my flight

Cons: ... on top of that I kindly requested to speak with a supervisor and i was denied it. As a customer I deserved that. I would a ticket with Aerolineas and nowhere it said it was delta. I followed the baggage allowance explained on kayak website and on Aerolineas Argentinas. I took a bicycle which is free and i pay $100 to packed it as Aerolineas wanted. When I arrived it was a Delta flight and they told they don't allow bicycles and that i had to play $150. Aerolineas website and kayak clearly says that bicycles were free on my flight. I show the agent my ticket and that no where it said delta to consider what he was saying since it is an alliance but i was not informed about it. He said no and after wait there for a while before boarding i kindly ask to speak with a supervisor and the denied it and disappeared. I request a refund of my fee to you for providing incorrect information.

Pros: The flight was only half full so boarding was very quick.
Cons: The seats were hard and there was no entertainment system.

Cons: Touch screen monitor was unable to register touch, so no entertainment available.

Pros: Great view of the mountains, EVERYTHING was one time and EARLY!! Staff was great and we had a smooth ride. wish all flights were this good. Even touchdown was amazing, like landing on glass. Compliments to the captain.

Pros: In flight movie in back of head rest. The kids thought I was the bomb when I booked this flight.
Cons: The bathroom was smaller than my seat!

Pros: Flight was good. Left on time. Crew was attentive.
Cons: Did not assign seat at check in. Had to go to gate and check in. Staff handled it well, but it was inefficient. Wasted time dealing with it.

Pros: Fantastic Pilots and a great flight attendant.

Cons: On time, free upgrade.

Pros: The crew was great, the plane didnt have any extras and the headrest didnt have the adjustable flaps.
Cons: Lack of charging outlet and no headrest screen for entertainment.

Pros: Had to cross terminals and the pathway was closed due to an international flight landing (poor planning on LAX part) so had to exit and reenter terminal through TSA. Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time.

Pros: The plane, the seating, and the service was outstanding, great entertainment setup with the movies.

Pros: every person who was not a delta employee, those people were kind and helpful.
Cons: The gate agent was the opposite of professional. You might as well get a cardboard cutout. The gate agent was unable or unwilling to explain when and how I would get my seat assignment and with what group I should board with. A passenger helped me. I am a frequent flyer, primarily AA, I will never fly Delta again.

Pros: Flight was on time.
Cons: Did not appreciate Aeromexico/Delta changing my flight times after I booked, giving me a more than 7 hour layover.

Pros: clean. friendly. decent snacks.
Cons: warm cabin. small seats with no head support. not enough drink cart passes.

Pros: I lost the flight To hartford and I pay 4 the hotel
Cons: I lost the flight To hartford and I pay 4 the hotel

Cons: The male flight attendant my section was very unpleasant to the elderly passengers in my area and just left me very uneasy about the flight

Cons: Coffee is terrible! Get some medium roast for coffee aficionados. Not everyone has the American taste in coffee for a dark roast.

Pros: Despite small aircraft, boarding was fast and easy. On time departure and arrival. And quite clean aircraft despite a very fast turnaround. And Biscoff!!!! Delta's free wifi for messaging is a nice touch, as is free in-flight video. In-flight music would be nice, too. Doesn't hurt to ask :)

Pros: Flight attendants were super.
Cons: Delta is just another cattle car

Cons: We were delayed due to the air conditioning not working. So, it was a tad warm in the cabin. It would've been nice to have someone coming around with water making our delay a little more comfortable.

Cons: I had to buy a ticket on Southwest to get where I needed to go. So a wasted trip, wasted time and Southwest came through immediately after I had told them the situation. I'll be using them much more now.

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Wifi wasn't working for a while and it was a plane without screens

Pros: How can airlines help screaming children?
Cons: Screaming child on plane for 30 minutes have me a headache- perhaps flight attendants could offer something like coloring books or stickers to help in the future. When I got too baggage claim the baggage claim not listed. Ticket agents declined to help, so I was walking all over try g to find which claim area to go to which was frustrating.

Pros: This was a redeye flight that was very smooth.
Cons: I had an aisle seat and a male flight attendant kept going up and down the aisle bumping my shoulder. If I were a big person I could understand the bumping. He was wider than the aisle. At last count he bumped me 7 times while I was trying to get some sleep on this 5 hour redeye flight. I was going to confront him on his next trip but finally fell asleep before then.

Pros: Left on time....arrived on time. Boarding was as good as it ever gets. Anytime you can get your carry on in the overhead bin it is a great flight.
Cons: It wasn't easy to find what gate I had to go to. I didn't see any boards in the check in area. It was only after TSA check that I found a staff member who gave me the information. After that all went okay. The problem might have been my own....it is a big airport.

Pros: This time the tea was nice and hot!

Pros: Great crew. Good space on my exit row seat
Cons: Seat doesn't recline, though it's considered a "premium" seat. No power either. Ticketing process was crazy - I was not able to get a seat assignment until 5 minutes before boarding. Why? And there was no explanation of the situation. I had to ask, multiple times, what was going on,before I was finally told that I was going to get on, but they just didn't know where. This could be handled much more clearly!

Pros: Nothing!!
Cons: Everything!! I wanna be compensated for this nonsense I went through!!

Pros: lte leaving Houston, cancelled flight back from Atlanta, reset to 3 hrs later, wound up leaving 12 hrs later.

Pros: Movies
Cons: Sat in Delta Comfort and a loyal Delta flier, except had the bad fortune of taking off at 830 ATL time and apparently Delta doesn't find it important or a good idea to sell food after that time. The logic behind this is beyond me. I'm willing to pay $9 for a few cheese slice and crackers or a sandwich yet they don't offer anything, not even to first class which would really irritate me had I paid 1000 bucks. Ontop of that the crew which is normally excellent, was feisty and rude and wanted nothing to do with their job

Pros: The crew was very nice. The seats were mostly comfortable and having the movies on the headrest is a wonderful idea!
Cons: The flight was overbooked and some of us had to check our bags but atleast it was free of charge. They should work on that.

Pros: Enough said

Pros: smooth landing, little turbulence and very accomadationg staff. Plane was clean and comfy seats. My youngest had not been on plane in quite some time, and the flight attendants my her very at ease

Pros: Fairly comfortable, seated in an exit row. It was an early flight on an A319. Always nice to have free seat back entertainment. Crew was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Flight was overbooked

Pros: Delta gave out free snacks and then I got a flight for the next day.
Cons: After being delayed over 5 hours and then being on the airplane the flight got cancelled.

Pros: The crew was so nice and helpful and the Captain’s in-flight announcements were helpful.

Pros: No problem with the flight itself
Cons: Fewer gate changes

Pros: Amazing crew
Cons: Perfect

Cons: This was the most uncomfortable flight of my life. We were packed in like sardines during COVID. This was the least amount of legroom I've ever had on a flight.

Pros: Crew was great
Cons: Not operating in any way like there is a pandemic going on. Both overbooked flights. Put everybody too close together and then spouted a bunch of social distancing. All words no action. No sanitizer or wipes offered. No amenities.

Pros: Crew were very nice.

Cons: flight delayed, gate busy when we got there, took train to next terminal and gate, plane was there for another 20 minutes but...door was closed and couldn't board...rebooked to different airport

Pros: Polite crew
Cons: No air traffic

Pros: The plane did not crash.
Cons: Pilot to passenger communication. On time departure. Cleanliness and comfort of plane. Bigger plane to accommodate roll aboards. Flight attendant’s attitude. Ticket price, but there’s no competition on the route.

Pros: Everything was awesome. No wait, fast boarding, nice crew!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. TSA in Tulsa can always speed up or open more lanes!

Cons: Communication among crew members was terrible. We had to ride a crowded shuttle over to the plane only to be told we could not get off because the crew was running late. The crew shows up and begins their pre-flight preparations, but we then could not get off the shuttle because of broken air system

Pros: Pilot and crew were great even though we had lots of delays due to weather
Cons: Gate agents were a little rude to some customers

Pros: The crew was pretty nice. The seats were actually comfortable.
Cons: I don't know; it's economy in a plane. It is what it is.

Pros: Flight was delayed, and unclear why.

Cons: Flight delayed three hours.

Pros: Short flight
Cons: Negative leg room. If the seat next to me had not been vacant, my legs would have lost circulation.

Pros: The TVs and free movies!

Pros: Very comfortable flight!

Pros: Lunch was GREAT- usually fly Delta but this was comparable.
Cons: WiFi, ESPECIALLY when you pay for a first class ticket, should be free. Further, the instructions for connecting to paid WiFi are NOT printed clearly anywhere. I had to go to the internet while on the ground. There are many movie and TV show options for free on your own device, however.

Cons: Delayed due to no available gate attendant. Limited ground crew.

Cons: TSA Safety Point officer was not on point..She Made me go through the checkpoint again just because I passed a zone where she was sitting at and not standing there to warn or stop people from passing through. This happen at the End and D gate terminals by Starbucks. I was very inconvenienced.

Pros: Same as above. Very pleased

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Pilot was going so fast never told us why we kept descending and going back up and people were throwing up and they wouldn’t give soda to settle stomachs

Cons: No charging outlets on seat ( this something pretty standard on most planes now). The flight was delayed because of the plane had a problem with the tire. The passenger next to me had a broken tray with tape around it. The bathroom had a broken sink.

Pros: It makes such a difference when the attendant is happy and clearly enjoying her work and trying to make a difference. A fantastic boost after a long flight

Pros: It was a red eye and I made it back safely, and a couple of minutes before schedule. There was no food or snacks, barely had enough water to pass out. Otherwise it was an ok flight.
Cons: No snacks or food, barely enough water on the flight.

Pros: Arrived on time.
Cons: Seat space is bad. Food is all for a fee.

Cons: Delay due to mechanical glitch which should have been checked before boarding

Pros: The newer plane is the only nice thing.
Cons: This service is terrible. We had to run and practically knock people over to get to this flight. After being stuck in Dallas at the beginning of our trip. There is nothing organized about this company. And no concern for their customers. We heard different things from every single employee we talked to.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: we had to wait for the 4th flight attendant for almost 3h in la. The Crew at the gate wasn't even able to make proper announcements. The plane didn't provide charging stations for your devices, I would expect for a flight like this that you either have screens on each seat or you're be able to charge your devices

Cons: Ground crew was inadequate and unorganized. Ground crew caused a late flight to be even later. Plane was overbooked and the ground crew was more interested in filling the flight than accommodating Advantage Member seating.

Pros: Premium space
Cons: Sporadic communication from flight deck on the nature of 2-hour flight delay. Initially we understood that dispatch was the issue because of fuel for the flight. Next, it was a weather delay followed by an apparent ground stop.

Pros: Relatively smooth flight
Cons: Seats are built for very small people. My knees were pressed into some hard surfaces for the entire 3+ hour flight. Made it a little painful to walk when we landed. The movie screens (not headrest systems) were all up overhead so you get a neck cramp watching anything. The headrest behind me pressed my shoulders forward and the extendable part would not stay up. The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first.

Pros: Arrived safely and captain had good communication.
Cons: Gate agent closed door and left the gate at least 15 minutes before departure, so when myself and other passengers arrived no one was there to board us, then she got upset at us. Tray table in 11F was broken. Catering delayed the flight, and never showed.

Pros: Staff polite and helpful. No complaints/ Slept all the way

Pros: The seats were more comfortable. You
Cons: The middle seat and the guy in front of me who decided to recline!!!

Cons: Haven't taken it yet!

Pros: I enjoyed that the ride was only 35 minutes. The crew was helpful and professional. Quick and smooth trip and came in on time. Can't really ask for too much more than that.
Cons: The middle seat was a little cramped but I can't really complain since I lucked out with window seats the entire trip and only had to sit in the middle seat for the shortest plane ride on my trip.

Cons: It was an hour + late. A trip I took from Washington two weeks before was late in both directions.

Cons: Lengthy delay due to a broken seat. Missed connection then the next plane had an equipment issue. Had to deplane after 40 min and wait on a new plane. Every flight has had an equipment issue causing a major delay. I'll never fly American Airlines again.

Cons: Gate personnel was not as accommodating. Didn't seem like they wanted to help.

Pros: The plane was new and the leg room was worth the extra $20.
Cons: No inflight entertainment and the seat did not recline. I guess there are pros and cons in the exit row. I also had no choice but to buy the more expensive seat since all others were taken at check-in.

Pros: Staff was courteous, efficient, and professional. Plane was clean and the seats seemed roomier too. Pilot was excellent. He made up considerable time once we were in the air.
Cons: Flight kept getting delayed.

Cons: The delay

Pros: Pleasant crew, on time leaving, early arrival, smooth takeoff and landing.
Cons: Didn't use entertainment.

Pros: Having free entertainment again is very nice!!
Cons: Delayed once again, at least it was only about 30 minutes and I didn't have a connecting flight to worry about. Leg room was absolutely horrendous!!! Newer model plane and zero room for my legs.

Pros: Like I said before nice early boarding.
Cons: No problem

Pros: The crew seemed nice, and the seats themselves were basically comfortable. The option to check baggage at the gate was good, since it was a nearly full flight.
Cons: The seating was completely cramped. Airlines need to decrease rows in order to provide actual legroom. The boarding process didn't seem very logical in terms of rows and seats. I don't believe there was any food, but that may be because it was a red-eye. The pilot thought Springfield was in CT, which was alarming to me.

Cons: The delay

Cons: They overcrowded a flight in the middle of a global pandemic which shows they do NOT prioritize the health and safety of their customers.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: How about a sip of water atleast

Pros: Love this airport. It’s clean and comfortable!
Cons: I had been told there was a restaurant and there was one tiny coffee bar with little to no food. Most likely covid related but still probably one of the best airports I’ve been to

Cons: Nothing all good

Cons: The remote on the arm rests werent working correctly for the inflight entertainment. My menu button didn't work. It was stuck on ESPN. The armrest is really an awkward set up. I don't want to keep shifting and possibly nudging my neighbor. Wish they touch screen like Delta, American, Air Canada, etc.

Pros: This plane is 4 seats across ... no middle seats
Cons: Overhead bins are tight even for standard suitcases.

Pros: Comfortable plane. I love United Express.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: A flight not canceled due to mechanical failure. A staff that were actually helpful. United could care less and I will never fly with them again

Pros: Kind crew.
Cons: Did not allow me to have carry on. Had to pay for it to be checked. Unexpected cost.

Pros: Great inflight service! On the ground faster than expected.
Cons: I asked to complementary check my small carry on, but the attendants at the desk would not let me. The stewardesses were booked too closely to their last flight and we were delayed - huge oversight. Boarding was chaotic as the gate immediately across from us was simultaneously boarding and the United staff made the whole process long and miserable by failing to call the next boarding group in a timely fashion. This is not the first time I’ve felt miserable while trying to board a United flight :/.

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Kayak sent me a message that our connecting flight out of O'Hare was boarding at gate B5. However, checking the monitors in the terminal showed the correct gate was B21, which is on the opposite end of the terminal. I don't know why Kayak had the wrong information on this. We barely made our connecting flight because our starting flight was over 30 minutes late, which was United's fault. This made rushing to the correct gate for our connecting flight all the more stressful. No time to stop at the bathrooms or pick up something to eat. Both United and Kayak let me down on getting back to Hartford. We arrived at the end of boarding with no room left for our bags in the overheads so we had to check them and pick them up at the carousel. A totally BAD flight experience.

Pros: Flight was on time
Cons: Better food would be nice.

Pros: Free streaming IFE is nice. Crew was friendly.
Cons: 3 independent instrument failures made us 2 hours late and I missed my connection.

Pros: We were on time and the flights were excellent. Liked the way the pilot and the crew interacted. Appreciated the humor when the groundcrew was late parking us.

Pros: Repairs caused a long delay, they kept us informed but it was a hurry up and wait forever

Pros: Crew friendliness
Cons: The cabin was way too cold. Audio beeps (fasten seat belts) are too loud

Cons: The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again.

Cons: 4 hr DELAY

Cons: Been a long time since we had to walk down onto the tarmac to board a plane. Would rather not have to do that. Otherwise a good experience.

Pros: No food or entertainment. Crew very friendly. Tony plane

Cons: Lost my luggage, ruining my trip.

Cons: Noisy intrusive kids-clueless parents no help from crew

Pros: see above
Cons: see above

Pros: Nice plane, looks clean and new
Cons: Seats were surprisingly uncomfortable for some reason. They were new, but I think they're just new and not "broken in"?

Pros: The crew was all very polite, attentive and helpful. They were troupers amid a flight gone bad.
Cons: My wife and I booked a round trip to California from Connecticut. We had a layover in Dulles with plenty of time to change gates. We arrived at our gate and established our place in the waiting area. We were then required to change gates; this was not horribly stressful as the gate was near by: However, on the return flight things changed. Keep in mind that my wife has arthritic hips and knees and I have arthritic knees. Arriving at Dulles, we went to our waiting area at Gate C-19 and ordered a breakfast at a nearby kiosk. Before our order was ready an announcement stated that our gate was changing to D-24. We waited for our order but had to leave the coffees behind because the lids did not fit correctly and we didn't want to spill them on ourselves while hurrying to the new gate (about a mile away). We finally got to that gate and boarded the plane. We wanted to wait to eat our food until we were airborne. We waited on the plane for about 45 minutes in the heat. During that time the "gate attendant" announced that they were waiting for that pilot who could not be found but was in the airport. At the same time my United App on my iPhone messaged me that there was a mechanical issue with the plane and we were waiting for another plane. At the 45 minute mark we were told the plane had a mechanical issue and we would have to disembark and go to Gate D-1 (about 1/2 mile away). My wife and I were already exhausted and needed to stop, but we did not know how long we had before boarding the new plane so we pushed onward. We then were told the plane would be a couple hours and that there was snack and water at no charge. My wife and I proceeded to dissect our breakfast sandwiches to eat what ever was still less than discussing. The new plane arrived and all else went well. We were delayed over 3 hours but made it to Connecticut; exhausted and sore. We had been awake for over 29 hours by the time we hit Hartford, CT. This experience will linger in our minds for a long time and travel by United my not be possible for us. We are very traumatized.

Cons: The plane was dirty. Has crumbs of food all over the floor and I had to sweep off my seat before I sat down. There was trash beside my seat The attendants were loud and not professional with how they talked like they were from the hood. They kept the lights on making it hard to sleep

Pros: Everyone was friendly, but touchdown was kind of brutal

Cons: Everything

Pros: Left on time. Arrived early.

Cons: Finally surrendered to the delays after 5 hours waiting (enough to drive to Hartford and back) and took an Uber home.

Pros: On time

Cons: This was a connecting flight which I missed because of a giant delay on the first leg of my journey

Pros: On time flight. Great service from United crew.

Pros: crew ok
Cons: two delays caused anguish no info on connecting flight on board plane couldn't access entertainment without additional software arrived ewr late would almost ;miss boarding after running from gate 82 to 114 to find the flight was late," waiting for a plane." could not get accurate departure info. (people were waiting to pick us up) arrived at bdl just before midnight two bad flights not good at all

Pros: New plane. I like the new seats with the slot that can hold my iPad cover so I could watch a movie. The services was great.
Cons: Nothing.

Cons: I was traveling with someone and the tickets were purchased at the same time but we weren't seated together.

Pros: Quick flight time.
Cons: The crew seemed so much less friendly on this flight, however they got the job done. I was scolded for having a carry on with me, although I did notice there was still a portion of overhead space that was unused. Also, no in-flight wifi service like the last flight was available it seemed. That was a bummer

Cons: Flight was delayed by more than an hour due to maintenance issue which could have been avoided.

Pros: Staff were nice.
Cons: They didn't even provide nuts!! No snacks at all after the long trip. There was a one hr delay at departure from NEWARK. And the seats were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!

Cons: Seating is just cramped!

Pros: Free entertainment
Cons: Uncomfortable seating and couldn't sleep

Pros: Free entertainment on your own devices
Cons: We left late, so even though I had rushed to catch my connection, we still sat in the plane for half an hour. Is it possible to build in more time between connecting flights? Which luckily was also late. Too bad people now have to pay for food.

Cons: Bad snacks. Need biscotti

Pros: Crew on the plane was helpful and nice.
Cons: Crew boarding the plane was bossy and a bit rude. I also think it's very inappropriate that United boards it's pre board group by saying, "anyone with disabilities can board now" The term pre board was created so you wouldn't have to publicly announce that someone was disabled.

Pros: Everything went smoothly
Cons: Uncomfortable seats

Cons: Flight delay

Pros: easy transfer
Cons: had to transfer

Pros: I didn't like anything ppl were rude.
Cons: I didn't like that both my flight were delayed. One was

Pros: The flight crew were nice
Cons: The seats were uncomfortable. We were not able to choose a snack, I had no knowledge what was inside the snack package, did not like. Unfortunately, our flight was delay a few times due to storm at Houston, we experience lots of turbulence while flying, no fault of the pilot. I think you should install TV's to help passengers relief some flying stress.

Cons: No leg room at all and I'm not that tall

Pros: The ease of getting onboard.
Cons: I paid extra for the exit seats thinking there were going to be more comfortable, they were worse then the regular seats and I felt ripped off. On top of that you charge for water? That’s silly.

Pros: Very good
Cons: Hope is on time not delay 1 hour that’s all

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Yes

Pros: The time
Cons: Everything

Pros: I did not get onto flight
Cons: Allowing me to board; I showed up to Denver international with plenty time, I arrived at gate of new flight the check in attendant placed me on, I then watched my original flight close the gate and fly away while waiting for my next flight.

Cons: Seats

Pros: The male agent at the counter was great! Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the trip. Everything was SO expensive, had to pay $1.99 for a bottle of water which is free in other flights. The crew on board didn’t do anything and didn’t come through to collect trash until the very end.
Cons: More affordable prices, snacks and drinks available in flight, and a more helpful crew on board.

Pros: Crew was nice
Cons: No WiFi, no food.

Pros: The price was awesome. The baggage people were very easy to work with.
Cons: The only thing that the crew did for us was to stand and look at us while we came aboard and then show the safety demonstration and then go through the cabin once with a trash bag. I was curious why there were four of them when it seemed like they basically had nothing to do.

Pros: The boarding was stress free.
Cons: Comfort.

Pros: The crew was fantastic!

Cons: Nothing. It was great

Pros: Boarding back to front makes so much sense! Thanks!

Pros: Aircraft was clean
Cons: Staff talks too much, especially when they stammer.

Pros: They got me here.
Cons: Comfort, crew, entertainment, etc

Cons: Always delayed with frontier it’s ridiculous

Cons: Boarding could be better. It’s could be organized.

Cons: I was concerned for my health due to United Airlines placing profits over people by having a full plane during COVID.

Cons: Social distancing

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Crew didn’t wear masks correctly to prevent COVID, seats didn’t recline on red eye, seats were hard

Cons: Reclining seats

Pros: Finding a better price than the actual site of the air line
Cons: Nothin honestly.

Cons: Frontier has declined a saddening amount.

Pros: Masks required. Temp check required
Cons: No social distancing

Cons: Your workers stole from me I spend money with the airline just too have you guys take from my hard working things

Cons: Need food

Pros: I thought everything and everyone were great!

Pros: Nice. Clean.
Cons: Small seats.

Cons: Drink service.

Cons: Good service

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Horrible organisation. They steal from customers.

Pros: when our first flight was delayed so long many of us would have missed our comnector so they held the flight until we got there.
Cons: more staff, not overworked and rude. better communication. no lost luggage.

Cons: Being on time, giving free snacks/beverages, communication

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight was delayed twice after boarding, we had to sit in the plane for almost 2 hours. I dont think frontier is worth the price anymore, you definatley get what you pay for. I had to check a bag both ways because a checked bag is cheaper than their fee to carry on a bag. There were no complimentary drinks or snack even after having to sit on the plane for so long. I requested an aisle seat and got stuck in the middle. Overall, think I will be paying the extra for any other airline than frontier.

Pros: Pretty much nothing
Cons: Tray tables the size of my cell phone. Had to pay $50 a piece for each item checked or carried on. Seats don't recline. You have to pay for any snack or refreshments while on the plane. No entertainment options, not even a magazine. Armrests didn't fold all the way up. Flight attendant wouldn't allow any switching of seats even though an entire row of seats was empty. Flight crew all looked and acted worn out and cranky. I recieved no forward notice of the cost of luggage and carry on items until I reached the ticket counter, and then would've had to pay a fee in order to cancel my trip with them. This is classic bait and switch with predatory tactics. The woman at the ticket counter tried to tell me that they were still the cheapest airline available to which I replied. "You are a complete liar. It would have cost us 8 more dollars to go with a United flight instead, but overall would have saved me. 92$ in the long run with a much more comfortable flight and complimentary refreshments. Not only will I never fly frontier again, I will tell anyone willing to listen to not fly frontier as well.

Pros: Modern planes. Good on board crew.
Cons: 2.5 hour delay, no explanation why.

Cons: The seats are incredibly thin with nearly no padding and don't recline. No complimentary drinks or snacks. Tray table is too small to be of any use

Cons: They didn't know how to handle the unpleasant situation of having delay due to "the plane is having some problems and they will try to fix it asap before departure".

Cons: Horrible delay , uncourteous attendants , not even drinking water is free More or less every airline of America is like this except Southwest .

Pros: The landing was good.
Cons: $40 for a carry on? Come on now. $5 seat upcharge because "window seat"? Chairs that don't recline? You interrupt my already terrible nap so you can try to sell the entire plane your "no-black-outs" Mastercard. The cabin was much too hot, people complained and nothing was done -- adding insult to injury, water costs money. Every aspect of buying a ticket is littered with popups to upsell you to something "better" or more "exclusive". The entire experience from buying a ticket to touch-down was dehumanizing and an insult my intelligence.

Pros: the beginning price - maybe?
Cons: I got to the airport in Dallas 2 hours before my 6:55 flight, and at that very moment, received a text that the flight was delayed 3 hours. At that time, there was NO ONE at the Frontier check in to explain what was going on. I understand there was excessive wind in Denver, but there should have at least been a Frontier representative at the gate in Dallas. On my way home, again the flight was delayed by an hour because of something on a previous leg. Because of this, I am going to go with any other airline first. I think Frontier should either co-op with other airlines to get people to their destinations on time or have more planes.......or AT LEAST have someone at the gate to offer next day service or a voucher or a free snack or something. I also do not like the whole A LA CARTE theme with this airline and Spirit Air. I do not like that I was going to be charged for a coffee or a coke. The whole thing is too confusing, and I am going to pay more for an American, United or Southwest flight next time.

Pros: We were amazed by the initial cost of $120 round trip ticket
Cons: The dates of our event changed, so we needed to adjust our original booking. The change cost $100 per ticket to change, and additional fees on top of that. We have taken on all of the extra fees for the change, and now there will be bag fees and whatever else we run into on the day of travel. We accept the fact that some fees are normal for change of itinerary, but it feels like we are getting nickel and dimed right now. This is what we were warned about from friends when we initially booked our "great rate"!

Cons: No real complaints about the flight, HOWEVER, Frontier's luggage handlers (probably in Denver) ruined a piece of my luggage. I got home very late and didn't notice the problem until the next morning. I checked their baggage policy and noticed there was a four-hour window to report lost or damaged luggage, so I was out of luck on a $100 piece of luggage. I recognize damage can be caused by any airline, but when you have to pay to check a bag AND carry one on, you would think you'd be given more than four hours to report a problem.

Pros: We did not crash. I appreciated that. Also, we made slightly faster time than planned.
Cons: I had no idea that a *carry on* costs $30. That's just obscene. My GF and I took a weekend trip to Utah and brought only our backpacks because we didn't want to spend the extra dough. Lame. At Frontier, you don't even get to choose your seats without paying extra money. If you want to guarantee that you can sit in the absolute worst seats on the plane that's gonna cost you an extra $5. Sure hope we get to sit together! Lame. The seats were one step above folding lawn chairs. Lame. When the flight crew refers to the 6 inch by 3 inch "table" as a "barbie tray" that makes it funny, but no less lame. How could we top all this lameness off with a lame sauce? How about the flight crew "requesting" your attention and forcing you to sit through a 5 minute *credit card offer*. I could not believe it when the credit card offer started. Afterwards, she walked through the aisles and asked every person who dared to gaze in her general direction whether they were interested in her offer. How many were? ZERO. Before this flight I truly had no opinion about which airline I should fly, but now I do have a preference... Literally anyone other than Frontier.

Pros: The flight was fine. It arrived on time, and I don't mind the immobile seat backs and the lack of a talk tray table.
Cons: I received an email on Tuesday night informing me that my Thursday am flight was cancelled, due to anticipated weather (no increment weather at the time), The email provided no instructions for rebooking except a phone number. I tried rebooking on the web site, but that didn't work. The web site did not know about the cancellation at all and wanted to charge me a large rebooking fee. Meanwhile I was on hold for two hours. Finally, I needed a midnight trip to the airport in order to rebook. At the airport, I witnessed ill-informed and stressed agents failing to cope with stressed stranded customers. One agent told a customer that she refused to help him any longer because he recorded her.

Pros: The flight was on time and the plane was clean. The crew was very friendly.
Cons: The airline did not provide seat assignments at booking or prior to the flight. To secure seats together with my 11 year old son, I was upcharged at the airport ($85 for tow flights). No amenities were provided. Apple juice cost $3. No in flight entertainment, not even a magazine. This flight cost as much as a major airline when I booked it--the only convenience was timing back to our original airport. Add the seat up charge and I probably paid more. This experience proved to me that it might be ok to pay a little extra for a major carrier, especially on long trips.

Pros: Flight was on time. Online check in and boarding was okay. Nonstop Denver to Columbus.
Cons: I didn't like being stabbed with outrageous fees for baggage (checked and carry on). I especially didn't like seat assignment fees and no ability to keep your party seated together unless you pay their ridiculous surcharges. By the time you get done with every extra charge they rope you into you can fly any otheir airlicanard possibly for less money. In addition, the seating is terrible. Rows are crammed in tight with the new non reclining rubber pad seats that are sure to send you to the chiropractor. They have the unmitigated gall to cram their credit card sales pitch over the PA followed up with multiple trips up amddown the aisle. Hey Frontier, if I wanted a credit card sales pitch I would stay home and answer the damn robocalls. Nice way to treat your customers, especially after you stab them $3 for a drink.

Cons: frontier was awful. they pushed our flight out of new york back three times and then canceled in the middle of the night, saying they didn't have partnerships with other airlines so couldn't get us out until the 25th (the day before our return flight). we talked to both customer service on the phone (20 minute wait to get someone) and gate agents and EVERYONE said they weren't authorized to give us a refund for any of the inconvenience and unanticipated expenses. ultimately we ended up flying out of philly (paying for our own bus tickets) on AMERICAN (paying for another flight with our own money) to get to our family in denver. on the way back they weren't going to let us check luggage for free, again saying no one was authorized to do that until thankfully they discovered a note from the manager we spoke to in nyc. otherwise they would not have given it to us even after we spoke to the manager in denver. we boarded our return flight to find that we couldn't sit down as someone had vomited (not frontier's fault), and that was the cherry on top. we just burst out laughing because the whole thing was a disaster. we ended up spending the same amount as our "inexpensive" frontier tickets and more on fixing the trip ourselves because they wouldn't help us at all. truly a terrible experience and i don't anticipate flying frontier again.

Pros: Stewards were professional
Cons: Experience started with sitting on plane for 2 hours or more while maintenance was fixing thermostat, then plane was shut down for 10 mins., then had to wait another 10 for plane to reboot. All this didn't work, so we were told get all your stuff, get off plane then go wait at another gate to reboard another plane...so family plans were ruined since we all arrived 3 hrs later starving, thirsty & tired.. . No compensation was offered for all the inconvenience and we paid a high price for this flight that you had to pay a lot for a carry on. Flight home was at least 2 hr delay. Also not sure why entertainment is on survey since there wasn't any, or food since not even peanuts were offered and comfort??? Noticed less space pet person since my last flight and even the tray was tiny. None of our group of 7 will fly Frontier again, and will make sure everyone who asks about our trip will hear about our awful experience w/Frontier.

Pros: The crew was very nice.
Cons: This is definitely the bottom of the heap when it comes to airlines. They offer a competitive price on a flight, but once booked they nickel and dime you until the price is higher than a better airline. They charge for seat choice on the whole plane, snacks and drinks, carry on and checked luggage, and there is no entertainment. Plus the seats felt like cardboard, and didn't recline. Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down.

Cons: Constant meaningless delay’s.

Pros: The seats were bigger than the first flight of the day.
Cons: There were unused rows. Why do they always have people grouped together? We're supposed to be keeping a distance. This is not an isolated incident.

Pros: Arrived early!
Cons: wish seat could tilt back

Pros: It was smooth.

Pros: Crew and personnel were nice. Boarding was easy. Flight was comfortable in regard to seat, quietness, and communication from the pilot.
Cons: Some passengers took their masks off and were not told by the crew to put them back on (they were not eating nor drinking). Also, crew made an announcement that we would do a social distance departure and for everyone to remain seated until it was their (row's) turn. However, several passengers ignored this. The crew did not enforce the social distance departure. They should / could have continued to enforce these rules over the loud speaker as a general statement if they didn't want to actually confront individuals. -- for both masks and to wait in their seat.

Pros: Stewardesses were very nice and pleasant. We left timely and arrived on time.
Cons: My seat got randomly assigned and I was put on the back row window seat with no window. I wish I could have selected my seat from a list of free spots (w/o extra charge). I don’t like that you are charged for everything: seat change, water, and any snack. I would expect at least water as passengers get dehydrated from flying. Seats are uncomfortable, not much space from seat in front, and there is no recline. Feels crammed. Lacks hospitality majorly as I am charged for every little thing. I hope they don’t start charging for oxygen intake. I was not informed of entertainment options, but I’m sure they were not inexpensive. I will not be flying with Spirit Airlines again. There are other airline options that are less expensive (after you add all the additional fees up) and much more comfortable and hospitable.

Pros: Nothing.
Cons: My flight was delayed 7 hours. I never recieved an e-mail letting me know of this even though I gave my email when I bought the tickets so that I would get updates on the flight. I checked the flight status before leaving my house at 2am and the flight was still on time. After driving 2 hours to the airport and going through security I found out that my flight was being delayed 7 hours and no representative was even at the gate to speak with. All I was given was one $14 meal voucher which didn’t even cover a full meal at the airport. It’s told that the issue was mechanical but I later found out that te first flight had been over booked and the 1pm flight didn’t have enough people on it so they made everyone on at 6am flight wait until 1pm to fly out. Once on the plane, the seats were hard and uncomfortable and the plane was cold. I am extremely disasiflied and will never use Spirit again.

Cons: 40lbs is the bag limit?!? Absurd. That should definitely be made more obvious before checking in. Paid $40 to precheck and then another $30 because bag was 47lbs. Seats are tiny and beyond uncomfortable. Flight crew dropped a soda and it exploded on myself and the woman next to me. They had an attitude about it and then expected us to still purchase food/drink. A complimentary beverage could have been offered at the very least. Checked luggage came out smelling like vinegar got poured over my bag. Nice $70 treatment. I will NEVER EVER fly Spirit again.

Pros: I like that the flight was on time and got from Denver to LA.
Cons: I didn’t like that from the time I got a boarding pass upon arrival at the airport, to when I was boarding, something changed and I was not notified until I got to the front of the line to board the plane and the attendant went to scan my pass and told me (with very vague direction) to go get a new boarding pass at the counter. By this time the area is completely full of people lined up to get on two different flights, so navigating out of line and then back into line once i has the new boarding pass was a disaster.

Pros: Tickets were super cheap! Kiosk check-in was a breeze, as was boarding. The plane felt pretty new, with comfy seats and decent leg room. The crew were professional and courteous, and many snack and drink options were available.. Any additional costs were very well indicated, in kiosk check-in, as well as the in-flight snack menu. Minor delay was well documented and announced (national ATC issue slowed the plane's arrival 15 minutes; accounting for that 15 minute shift, everything else ran on schedule).
Cons: Nothing is included. In exchange for those super cheap tickets, anything beyond the "one personal item" is charged a la carte, so plan to pay for any additional carryons, any luggage, seat choice, any (ANY) drink, snack, water, coffee, soda (but at least they seem to take plastic).

Pros: Crew were jovial and witty
Cons: Being charged for every ounce of baggage. Nightmare queues at bag drop and security

Pros: There was nothing to like.
Cons: They delayed our flight twice, then ultimately cancelled the flight. Problem is, we drove 9 hours from Salt Lake City to Denver in order to get these cheap flights. We were headed to visit family and had things scheduled for the next day, including tickets to a baseball game. They told us we had to wait 24 hours for their next flight out, and by this point we weren't sure that flight wouldn't be cancelled as well. They said it was due to "weather" and "air traffic congestion", yet literally every other airline still flew their planes out of Denver that night. It basically translates into: "Here at Spirit we're the lowest on the totem pole." and better yet their customer service was so horrible they could not care less about their customers. We then read thousands of negative reviews about this airline and their frequent cancellations, horrible customer service, etc. and wondered how in the world we allowed ourselves to book tickets with this world-class organization. So now we're stuck in Denver with nowhere to stay. We ended up feeling more comfortable booking tickets with a legitimate airliner for the following morning, and had to get a hotel for the night. Then since we arrived to our destination at a different time than planned our family was no longer able to pick us up and we had to spend $70 on a cab. In the long run it ended up costing us a few hundred more dollars to get to our destination so that we could still do the things we'd had planned. Oh also, they didn't even call us or anything about the cancellation. One of us just happened to check our email and we noticed the flight cancellation. So that's great. And the cherry on top was when we called to get a bloody refund they shorted us $20. So my $20 is now floating around in Spirit cyberspace along with my dignity and sanity. If I could give these guys less than one star I would.

Pros: Courteous, smiling flight crew--professionals--were aboard the plane, well-versed in their jobs and prepared for every eventuality.
Cons: It was not Spirit's fault that the flight was delayed for two hours--that was due to weather--but there were no updates and when the clerk got on the intercom she was very soft-spoken and hard to hear. In order to effective deal with flight delays, one needs to have consistent updates, so that one can inform friends and family and arrange for rides from the airport that don't have to wait forever for the palne's arrival. It is difficult to be over six feel with long legs; leg room is nonexistent,, and non-reclining sits are difficult. Although I would never pretend that this was at all the fault of anyone at the airline. I was seated next to a woman who was very large--at least 400#, and quite broad-shouldered--and she took up half my seat. My back still aches, I couldn't lean back or straighten out or get comfortable in my seat because of her size. It made for a painful, difficult flight.

Cons: During a difficult weather situation, Spirit was absolutely useless and left us stranded for a week. With storms on the East Coast, Spirit cancelled flights two days in a row (as did all other airlines). However, with Spirit, the website was useless for rebooking ourselves, and there were so few representatives at the airport and to reach a rep on the phone that we waited several hours just to be able to rebook at the airport. In the end, Spirit could not get us on another flight out for 7 more days. Causing extreme additional expense to me and my travel partner. I will never risk flying Spirit again.

Pros: Friendly employees
Cons: Spirit canceled our flight and their only solution was refund or wait 3 days until they could get us home. Had to spend thousands to rebook to get us home the next day on another again. Never again.

Pros: i have flown spirit multiple times out of phoenix in all kinds of weather and not once has it ever taken off on time! once the airline attendant even yelled at the passengers upon arrival at the gate like we were all children. I decided to check the status today instead of waiting in the airport for four hours and yes--- again it was delayed one hour and then two hours. so I planed accordingly and planned to be at the airport 1.5 hours ahead of the revised flight time. then they changed the flight time again and now I've missed my flight. this airline is absolutely the worst and I have flown domestically and internationally for over 35 years. I'm done with you spirit!

Pros: Spirit is the worst airline I have come across in my life. They cancelled our connecting flight and refused to refund the entire fare, as well as apologizing to us that there were no more flights available and there was no other flight they could put us on. This airline is actually no cheaper than any others when you add the enormous amount of hidden fees and charges, and you'd better like low quality in everything you do if you fly spirit. Thank god American Airlines had a flight at the same time and we were able to make it home in time for work the following morning, but to say that spirit is a garbage airline is a colossal insult to the hardworking men and women in the waste management industry. The CEO of spirit should resign in disgrace. Also they charge for water. Good luck dying if you're prone to dehydration. --Ratchan

Cons: I had an important business trip on Sunday 12/18. I bought a ticket for a Spirit flight. I didn't print my ticket at home - thought I'd just go to Spirit's ticket counter, and they'd take care of it. BUT The agent said I'd missed the cut-off. She wouldn't honor or print my ticket - even though i probably could have made it through Security and made my flight. I WAS 5 minutes later to the airport than I wanted to be, due to a delay on public transit. That was all it took. I asked the agent if she would please print the ticket and let me try to make the flight. If i missed it, I said i'd eat the cost of the ticket. No. Because the agent would not budge, wouldn't even print the ticket so I could take my own chances at my own risk, I missed an important business trip.

Pros: Clean and friendly staff
Cons: NTR

Cons: I paid $190 for the plane ticket based on the price comparisons on Kayak. Because of this hasty and naieve commitment, I ended up being forced to pay $200 more (surprise!!) for round trip tickets for my carryon and checked bag. If i had wanted to choose my seats (extra a charge) or have a snack on the flight (extra charge) this flight would have been immensely expensive. And the seats are incredibly hard, uncomfortable and do not recline. Almost $400 for a round trip of discomfort and unpleasant surprise charges...I'm betting this airline will go out of business quickly due to lack of repeat customers.

Pros: Very cheap flight! Nice attendants. Good pilot. I seriously didn't even feel the touchdown. I never experienced that before!
Cons: I was lucky enough to only be traveling with a small backpack - which is good - because if you didn't pre-pay for a carry-on, we were told by the gate agent it would be $65. And if you didn't come up and pay the $65 - it would be $100 when you boarded! What?! All economy seats are small now but at least they recline a little. These didn't - and they're smaller. The most painful flight I've ever had (only 6 feet tall) - the seat is stick straight! if you have a carry-on and especially luggage - just pay the extra for another airline. The price will definitely even out and you'll get a seat you can actually breath in! At one point they were trying to sell so many extras I thought they were going to start a time-share pitch. So unless you just have a back pack or purse - stick with another airline.

Pros: Hmmm
Cons: I woke up at 4:30 am in Denver to catch my 8 am flight to Los Angeles. I had to catch 2 trains to get to the airport and missed my check in time by 2 minutes. LITERALLY 2 minutes! I was the only one in line behind another couple just to correct the issue. The ladies at the service counter were less than happy to be there, probably because they have to hear about all the terrible stuff that happens when people fly Spirit. They said I had to be checked in 45 minutes to boarding and I got there 43 minutes to boarding. The lady informed me that I have to get another flight, with a layover, and land in LA 5 hours after the original landing. On top of that, I had to pay $99 for their inconvenience? Here's the kicker! I got through TSA and what do I see? The plane I was supposed to be on to LA still parked and boarding! On top of this, no courtesy email reminder to check in. Horrible! They need to brush up on basic customer service. Spirit airlines is the biggest con in the sky. I booked flights with them before and have had ok experiences, but this ridiculous. I have a Spirit flight to Chicago on November 5th which I booked through Kayak that I'm already dreading.

Pros: Flight arrived somewhat on time. Boarding wasn't a disaster.
Cons: Spirit uses every opportunity they can to charge you for something, then pat themselves on the back for offering a stripped-down, low cost service. Base fare - $90 Selecting a seat - $20 Carry on Bag - $45 Printing out your boarding pass at the airport - $10 Water onboard the plane - $3 All told, the flight ended up costing me nearly double the base fare because of all of the fun "extras" I had to pay for. Meanwhile, my very nice American Airlines flight on the way to Denver cost $70 with no extra charges attached. Yes, they literally charge you an additional fee to select any seat - there's no seat included with the base fare. Yes, they literally charge you to carry on a bag. Yes, they literally charge you at the check-in counter to print out your boarding pass. Yes, they literally charge you for water while you're on board the plane. Yes, they literally cram more seats into a plane than any other airline, then tell you to "cozy up and high-five your neighbor for how much money you're saving." Then while you're on the plane, they have the flight crew mongering the Spirit Airlines Visa card as if they haven't already done enough to debase the notion of good customer service. But the fact that Spirit goes out of its way to offer the worst possible flight experience, then tries to act like it's doing you, the passenger, a favor, is simply infuriating. Spirit, we get it, you're a terrible airline that milks every line item of the purchase like a sleazy car salesman. Don't act like something you're not.

Pros: Plane seemed updated.
Cons: A Spirit ticket clerk in Detroit was the worst human being I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and ruined any possibility of me enjoying any single aspect of my flight with Spirit airlines. Spirit also has a horrible automated customer service phone system. The process of getting a human being on the phone felt intentionally difficult. I had to do a bit of online research in order to finally find the sequence of numbers to push in order reach a living person. On my return flight from Denver I was mislead into paying 110 dollars for two carry-on items that didn't require purchase, however the ticket clerk did her best to refund the price of the two carry-on items (I have yet to see the refund pend or post to my account, but we'll see.)

Pros: I booked a flight to Colorado for a wedding. I'm poor, so every little bit helps. The cabin crews both times were cheerful and friendly.
Cons: I bought two checked bags (one for there, one for back). I didn't want to spend the money, but I was in the bridal party (thankfully able to use one of my old dresses), so I had to have the extra space. But at the airport I discovered that the bag I was bringing was instead able to be brought onboard as a free "personal item." The people at the counter assured me that I would get a refund. Well, no refund. I get a "credit" for free checked bags, which I have to use within the next two months or it expires! How can I possibly afford another ticket, do they think their low prices attract jet-setters? This is actually not a good thing for me, I really am poor (like, I had to give up lunch for a month in order to afford a checked bag, poor), and I am very unhappy about this. I will not fly Spirit again. I hope they enjoy my $60.

Cons: Passengers were not offered water - only beverages for sale. Crew turned on lights during the late evening flight to play a "customer appreciation week" trivia game (which prevented anyone from sleeping or resting), and then - very loudly - promoted a credit card. Seats do not recline at all. In addition to this unpleasant return flight, I had a disastrous experience getting to Denver in the first place - I had to book seats on a Southwest flight after Spirit closed our outbound flight from Detroit ridiculously early. Spirit makes it very difficult to check in online, and the Spirit counter at Detroit lacks adequate signage to direct passengers to check in at kiosks immediately upon arrival. We had a bag to check, so we simply got in line for the counter, when apparently we needed to check in immediately at a kiosk - when we reached the counter, our flight had been closed.

Pros: The cost of the trip was very low - with all the frills removed, air travel can be relatively cheap. Plan ahead - you will not be able to use TSA Pre-Check, you will have to pay extra to carry on a bag (so buy your bag online at the airline's website before you go to the airport - this is the cheapest way to do it as they charge you more to purchase the carry-on at the check-in counter and even more if you wait until the boarding gate), and you will have to pay for all beverages including water and provide your own in-flight entertainment. If you plan ahead and know what you're getting into, flying Spirit can be a pleasant experience. The flight staff is friendly and polite.
Cons: The seats are very close together - don't expect to have any leg room - and they do not recline. Bring a neck pillow if you have any intention of sleeping.

Pros: It was simple and convenient and got me where I was trying to go cheaply. It was fairly clean n what not and I liked how kind of hip it felt with their process and design. It really does feel like a modern airline sort of like an uber or something but in order to make it cheap they do cut down on pretty much anything that makes the experience kind of luxurious. The chairs were quite thin for example and no in flight food was complimentary. I was able to take my large backpack on the flight free as a personal item so that was great too. They have a metal frame to check the size of your item. If it fits in there it can be a personal item. My backpack was able to squeeze but typical carry on's may not. It also really felt like an airline for the youth which goes along with that kind of young and hip feel. Good stuff.
Cons: The thin somewhat stiff chairs were difficult to sleep in.

Pros: I chose Spirit's flights from a listing on Kayak. The flight APPEARED to be less expensive than others listed.
Cons: I was furious to discover large additional charges after my nonrefundable fare was purchased. Having to pay an additional charge for a basic seat was an insult. Why wouldn't a basic seat be included in the ticket price? The ticket can't be used without one! Having flown on another airline a very few months ago with no charge for a carryon bag, HavING to not only pay for a single carryon, but pay more than the cost of checking the bag was infuriating. Findng additional charges for even a small soft drink during the flight simply added to the offensive sales practices. Having duly paid these fees, the extremely tight spacing of the seats allowed for absolutely no movement during the flight. Immovabe seat backs and cheap hard molded plastic seats did nothing to alleviate the feeling of disregard for customers. During and after the flight, I heard a steady stream of customers saying that they would never fly with this airline again.

Pros: Flight was on time. Flight was comfortable. Crew was kind.
Cons: Hidden fees were angering. It is marketed as unbundling, but this isn't advertised until its to late. i was shocked when I checked in online and was required to select a seat and tonpay an additional fee for it. Because other, less expensive seats were taken,I had to pay $50 for a seat on a flight that I already paid for. There was a fee for my bag, regardless if I check or carry on. Everyone has at least one bag! Unless I'm flying to be there for a couple of hours, I need a bag how dare you charge me for a seat and one carry on size bag. These things are standard. Food was very limited and very overpriced for the minuscule items. I had to pay $2.00 for about 10oz of coffee. In the end, Also, none of the seats on the flight recline so forget being comfortable and resting on the flight b In the end I paid more for this flight that I did when I made the same trip in Jet Blue. This "unbundling" is a marketing tactic designed to sooo customers into spending money on additional (some required) fees. I will never fly spirit again.

Pros: Cheap--but time is not worth that savings
Cons: Flight was hours and hours late, with multiple flights cancelled before all piled into this one. Worse, poor communication alerted us flight was late, then after we delayed leaving for airport accordingly a new message said flight was on time after all. On arrival at airport, flight was indeed late--but more than two hours later than originally stated. Poor relatives had to pick up my son at arrival airport at 1:00 in the morning. We will never, ever, fly your airline again, and will tell everyone how unhappy we were with trying to save a little money with you.

Pros: The flight it self was ok very friendly flight attendants
Cons: When checking in could not choose my seats when I was checking in my luggage took way to long the person that was assisting me seemed very in knowledgable clueless to be honest told me that the person at the gate would help with the seating she could not give me a receipt for checking in my luggage when I got to the gate the gentleman there told me that I would have to hold back and see if there even be a seat for me at all that the flight was very full I book my flights a month in advance that was the last thing I wanted to hear was getting very upset than another gentleman came over and assigned me our seats so over all I would give them a D+ at the best guess I just expected more professional company hope the return flight goes better

Cons: This was the worst flight experience I have ever had. Spirit switched their flight to a smaller airplane at the last minute and left about a dozen passengers without a seat, left stranded on a flight they PAID FOR, checked in online for, and ARRIVED AT THE AIRPORT over 2 hours in advance for. They refused to communicate with us as we waited. They were completely understaffed and left a single employee to handle this. His ineptitude delayed the entire flight and stranded passengers remained stranded. Horrible, incompetent, disorganized, and completely Spirit's fault.

Pros: There was absolutely nothing special or worth returning for on this airline.
Cons: The reality of airline travel is that almost every person brings luggage. Your airline has taken advantage of this allowing me to book my flight with your airline all to be charged a rediculous amount for luggage. That was only the beginning of the disappointment. Then you have managed to squeeze even more $ out of us by charging an "optional" seat choice because all people have seating prefrances. All that aside your damn company is so cheap that you won't even give us a free drink/ soda or juice. God knows after the flight, luggage and seats I feel like everyone has paied enough that you should be able to give us a lousy drink. I asked for a cup of ice and never recieved it. Flight attendants were pretty snippy and one of them damanded that I "pull down the window shade" claiming to keep the plane cool. In all of my life and all the flights I have been on I choose a window seat whenever possible and have never been asked to close my shade by a flight attendant. Hell if it needs to be closed you might as well not even put windows in. After all that to to it off my bag did not come out of the carrocel when I got home. It was turned off and left over bags collected. The lady who was helping started to call around and investigate. Ironically I decided to get the insurance and when I brought that to her attention she tells me that spirit has no association with the insurance and it was my responsibility to "hire a lawyer" and bring this to this unknown insurance company that won't even work with the baggage handlers. The while thing was a compleat disappointment from beginning to end. Lucky for you guys there are enough people in this world so you don't have to rely on return passengers.

Pros: Some of the flight attendents were hilarious! It almost (not quite) makes up for their poor service.
Cons: They cancelled our flight on the way back, which happens a lot I understand. The earlist flight they could give us was more than a week later, and they offered no other solutions. We ended up spending twice as much as we were given back for our cancelled flight in order to get home. Not only were they not helpful in finding this flight (my husband had to run around the airport looking for a flight home) but they also could not confirm the amount that would be refunded when we called back later. They also give you a lot of hidden fees (i.e. $90 for a carryon rountrip).

Pros: Despite what it felt like; they didn't actually beat me with a stick.
Cons: My car broke down on the way to the airport. The airlines wanted to charge me $300 (+100 for a bag) for a one way ticket to my destination when my original round trip ticket ticket costed 150 (+100 for one bag).. Not only did spirit fail to refund either of my plane tickets they also kept the bag charges. I had to deal with customer representatives on the phone three time. All the representatives were nearly impossible to hear due to their low volume and nearly impossibly to understand because of their thick accents. By far the worst travel experience I've ever had.

Pros: Walking on to the plane I was greeted by two flight attendants who were very freindly and making small talk with almost everyone who came onto the plane. The captain was also standing in the doorway to the cabin and was greeting passengers as they boarded. I noticed that the captain had brought two young children in to the cabin to show them the front of the plane, I didn't know that happened any more! I was VERY impressed and have never experinced such kindness and professionalism on a flight. Thank you for making the flight the best experience I've ever had on a major airline! Flight NK382 from Denver on Fri July 15, 2016. Blown away.

Pros: The flight was very cost effective.
Cons: There was a presentation made to all passengers midflight trying to get everyone to sign up for a credit card in return for a "free" flight on the airline, presented as a gift. As a captive audience member, I found this very unprofessional, especially since the airline first proclaimed that all passengers could have a free flight then appended their statement with "as long as you sign up for a Spirit credit line." I also don't like the $10 charge for a printed boarding pass at the airport from Spirit; I understand the concept of modularizing costs, but there is no way the act of printing a pass for a passenger costs the airline remotely close to $10. It is a clear attempt to capitalize on a customer's forgetfullness.

Pros: Boarding was relatively quick and easy.
Cons: While the flight crew was perfectly friendly, the credit card announcements they made on behalf of Spirit were very loud, disruptive, and ill-timed. Like myself, most customers prefer to sleep or rest quietly during red-eye flights. This was all but impossible during my late night flight from Denver to Detroit. Approximately half way through the flight (after 10pm local time and after midnight for the time of our destination) the bright cabin lights came on and stayed on for the duration of the flight. I assume this was to keep everyone awake for the loud and incredibly drawn out announcement about in-flight credit card offers. This severely impacted my comfort and the comfort of others, as we were forced to play captive audience. I felt like I was enduring a hard-sell tactic from a timeshare salesman, only there was no means of escape. I respectfully suggest that Spirit limit the length of credit card advertisements, and refrain from announcing them all together on flights late at night or early morning (or at the very least engineer a less disruptive form of communicating these offers). After completing the final leg of my roundtrip journey, I will not be flying with Spirit again. Thank you for your time.

Pros: Plane was clean and the crew was friendly and professional. Spirit refunded part of my ticket when my connecting flight was cancelled.
Cons: After flying Spirit Airlines for the first time, I came to realize a cheap flight doesn't save you money in the long run. Flight delays, cancellations, and added costs meant I didn't save any money flying with Spirit. I booked a flight from Cleveland to Denver with a lay over in Dallas. My lay over in Dallas was canceled due to weather. I understand that the airline doesn't have any control over the weather but they can control how they treat their customers. The best Spirit could do was offer me a flight to my final destination 21/2 days later. Meaning I would be stuck in Dallas for 2 days and I would have to pay for a hotel out of pocket. I ended up paying for a hotel overnight ($171) and booking a flight first thing in the morning with Frontier airlines ($89). Coming back, once again there was problems in Dallas during my lay over. The flight was delayed 3 hours.

Pros: Because carry on bags cost more than checked, the line to check in is quite long but boarding is generally quite smooth because you have fewer people fighting for overhead space.
Cons: Spirit's big claim and advertising push is that they will save you money by only making you pay only for what you need. In theory that's great. But their practices make it clear they're not in the business to save you money but rather to entice you with a cheap base fare and then find lots of individual places where they can price gouge. When my husband booked tickets, they told us that checked bags would be $21. We factored that in to the price and decided this was still there most affordable option. But I guess you had to pay right then, because when I checked in the night before, it cost me $40 per bag. And my husband checked in day of and was charged $50. We also couldn't sit together because they wanted to charge $9 to pick seats. It doesn't cost the airline anything to let us pick seats nor twice as much to carry your bag if you pay for it on flight day, so these extra fees and escalating prices don't say "we're all about saving you money," as they claim. In the end, we paid $195 in bag fees (40+50+40+40+25 for one bag over 40 pounds), couldn't sit together, and didn't even get a glass of water.

Pros: My second row seat was quite spacious
Cons: Flight was delayed for over three hours. Then once on board we were constantly told how many minutes until we would be leaving then sat there probably 20 minutes past that time. Overall I was probably sitting around for three times the actual length of my flight. They gave everyone a $50 voucher for their troubles which was nice, but it has used to book within the next two months. Seriously? I really do not even want to fly Spirit again ever and now they are giving me a time constraint to make up for their inadequacies. Terrible airline.

Pros: Nothing
Cons: The flight was delayed then cancelled. We were given the choice of refund that will arrive a week later or to take a flight a 9 pm tomorrow. The reason for the cancellation was said to me a crew "time-out" that was caused by the rain. There was no other compensation for the cancellation nor did they get ahold of everyone to let them know it was cancelled. After dealing with the gate I found the customer service desk and waited for 2 hours just to talk to someone and was told nothing they could do.

Pros: this flight was delayed for 3 hours. i ened up looseing my job because of it. i called and complained and no one can do anything but give me 50$ on my next flight with you guys BUT I WILL NEVER fly spirit again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK also on the flight you guys were charging for water are you kidding me?!!!??? after being delayed and having upset flyers you should at least do a free drink. ALSO your flight attendant wouldnt sell any alcohol on the flight which was dumb and probably wouldnt have happened if you did something nice for the people flying. like a free drink...

Cons: Did not like the fact that i was on time to my flight but my flight didnt not leave for an hour after it was schedualed due to a "computer" problem. It didnt seem like much was wrong since all the mechanics were just sitting around talking to the flight attendants. Also the plane kept making this unusual grinding sound before we even took off as well as while we werr in the air. The flight attendants were very rude to alot of people, careless with the credit card machine dropped it very roughly on the ground and laughing about it. I am pretty sure the older one of the three was drunk because she reaked of alcohol , I didnt not catch her name but she was the ruddest of them even to an elderly man and a small child. Then Liz was also very rude to customers as well as having an attitude that was as if she didnt carr about her job. The man Gustavo was not to bad he just spoke over the intercom as if he was new. My mother who was traveling with me asked for a seat belt extender twice and the third time was finaly given one and laughed at by the staff and the during the flight she discoverd a roach in the pouch in front of her. Also back to a referance to the bad staff a woman sat next to us asked for a pain killer or some sort and was told " i cant give it to you before we take off, and if i could we dont have anything other than our own"-liz then twords the end the poor girl was sweating drasticaly and holding her stomach and the older attendent whose name i did not get came up and said " WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?" and laughed. Over all i was NOT haooy woth this flight i do understand the fact that i GET WHAT I PAY FOR BUT THAT WAS JUST RIDICULOUS.

Pros: Nothing. Flight was cancelled. That was just the beginning of a travel nightmare. I can't believe Kayak compromises their reputation by representing a shoddy, sham of a business like Spirit.
Cons: Cancelled flight at the very last minute because of lack of crew. Not enough staff to accommodate travellers trying to rebook flights. Inept and apathetic staff who were obviously resigned to the fact that Spirit is a substandard airline There was miscommunication and lack of communication in organizing travelers which caused multiple altercations between upset travelers. It was a very disturbing experience. My rebooking took an hour because the staff member didn't know how to rebook! The 'Supervisor' who was at the next desk, was SLOWLY checking bags for other customers and did not help AT ALL. I suggested that he switch places with my agent. He ignored me competely. Attempts to call Spirit resulted in multiple auto transfers and ultimately an intentional auto cut off. I was rebooked on United. When I checked in at their desk, they told me that all the other transferred Spirit customers before me had been sent back to the Spirit Desk because their transfers had not gone through. I have been warned about Spirit. Now I would warn anyone considering Spirit. If it goes right, you're ok. If not, get ready for a travel nightmare. No one needs this kind of abuse.

Pros: Cheap base cost for ticket.
Cons: Total cost ends up being >>>> Southwest after having a bag or two, whether it's checking in or carrying on. They charge for everything and everything is up charged so much - want a carry on? 55$. want to check it? 50$. realize that you want to carry it on but forgot to pay because you did it online? 100$ It's kind of like the Oprah of airline hidden fees. Start off at $15-20 cheaper than everyone else. Then all of a sudden - you get a bag charge, you get a bag charge, YOU ALL GET A BAG CHARGEEEEE!!

Pros: not much
Cons: Denver has a blizzard the night before. Let's assume, it's going to remain a cold night after the snow stops. If your flight leaves at 710 am, you might think there would be ice and frozen things on the plane that might need to be addressed before the flight can depart. at 730 they come out and say "the plane's engines are frozen, sorry" Why was no one there earlier prepping the engines? There was NO indication by the crew that any prep happened before. They gave us the impression that they were as "shocked" as we were. I would have assumed that it would have been an issue for all the airlines, but the American flight that was at the gate next to us took off on time, as did the other plane next to us. This is clearly a Spirit airline issue. I somehow made it to denver international airport on time, against all odds. I was going to be able to make my meeting in San Diego on time, but then the ONE thing that's supposed to go off without a hitch (the airplane being ready to go) didn't. All because of clear lack of preparation after a storm. Never again spirit airlines. EVER.

Pros: We made it to our destination safely.
Cons: Flew United to our destination, then spirit home. The overall cost of flying spirit is more than their competitors. They charge for everything! Spirit bag prices: 35$, before online check in only, for up to 40lbs. Price goes up for bags you checkin 24 hours before your trip and goes up again at the desk. United: 25$ For up to 50lbs. United offers a free movie onboard the flight through their app. (download the app before your flight) and complimentary drinks and snacks. Spirit: no movie option, 3$ for a bottle of water! By the time I paid for my tickets, a seat next to my daughter, hot tea on board the flight, and the expensive baggage prices, it would have saved me money to fly United. Also, the kicker, when checking in for my flight we had to wait in line almost an hour because there were only three workers at the check in booths and the line of people there to check in was all the way down the lobby! I showed up 90 minutes before my flight, as recommended for domestic travel, and nearly missed my flight because the check in process took so long! Going through security didn't take as long as the check in did. I also had to pay extra to assure a seat next to my daughter! Are you kidding me! Will never fly spirit again. United did not charge extra to pick my seats. People want to feel they got a good deal, and something for free. Even if it's only a bottle of water on a flight.

Pros: Cheap fares but then lost all my money because they weren't helpful.
Cons: Security took too long and spirit doesn't have mobile boarding passes so I missed my flight. Then after I ran to the spirit counter they didn't offer my a voucher for another flight nor a refund. They said they could move my flight to the next day or do nothing. I fly a lot and have never ran into this problem before. Don't bother trying to call their "customer service" phone number either because it's the wrong number, then you will be redirected to an answering service that doesn't work, then placed on hold for 20+ minutes, followed up by a service rep who isn't helpful and doesn give you any answers.
