The back of the plane use to board first after handicap with children and first class. Now the back boards last and there’s a long line waiting to go back while everyone is putting their luggage up and standing in aisle just talking. It’s hard on the elderly. I’m elderly.
Crew was fine.at check out I didn't get my debit card back.and didn't know until I was in Seattle. There was a 5.5hour delay. I didn't get to Washington til 530this morning. So now I have to get a new card and change alot of stuff.
For the third flight I’ve taken on Alaska this year there were delays. It’s become almost a gamble and hope for the best especially catching the late flight out of Kalispel to Seattle. Don’t even get me started on the flight out of Seattle to Sacramento. I will try another airline whenever possible moving forward.
I was a late add on to this flight because my previously booked flight was delayed, which would have made me late for my connecting flight. I was given the last seat on the plane which isn’t a huge deal but the seat had lots of dust and black mold looking growth along the air vents, making me uncomfortable with using it for the 6 hour flight. There was a gross fecal matter looking stain on the edge of the window in front of me. I paid for the WiFi, which did not work for the most of the flight.
The flight itself was good but I am not a fan of a lot of people and so much sensory I couldn't take that part. My brain went into rescue mode cause there was to much going on. I am to interverted to out here peopling. I like the emergency section but when I feel like I am trapped cause there are people next to me I almost wanted to jump out to be honest. I didn't obviously but I now know what all I can handle and what not. Thank you for hearing me out. If there are better times for people with sensory issues and having borderline personality and anxiety issues please let me know
This was the worst flight of my life. I was placed in 33D which should not even be considered a seat. If anything it should be a heavily discounted seat. Aside from the usual more tolerable issues (no leg room, delays, poor snacks, the air vent smelling moldy, etc), this location was plagued by being placed directly in front of the bathroom door with all of the fun smells and sounds. The worst part was that there was a dozen available seats on this flight and was unable to moved my seat to any of them. I find it unbelievable that this seat was first assigned over any of those. Very disappointing.
Alaska Airlines has great customer service. I would like the Alaska lounge to improve with food options.
No free internet, lazy flight attendants that did not like to serve drinks. Blamed it on turbulence but there was not any.
Gate agent was VERY efficient, even as his 2nd wasn't there. But... Great Landing! (I suspect he's done this before.)
Because of a 90 minute weather delay in Seattle, we were four hours late getting home, but Rebecca on the phone line & the desk agents in Jackson, Seattle & Portland did everything they could to minimize the delay. Also my bag was left behind in Seattle, but was promptly delivered the next morning & Alaska gave me a $50 credit for a future flight. Thank you!
Rude staff from baggage check to gate crew. Poor instructions. Inconsistent application of baggage rules.

The plane was a rather tired 737-800, with old style small luggage bins. Poor air flow. USB charger in the infotainment system was not functioning. The flight was 2 hours late due to crew rest requirements (not their fault). On arrival in Seattle, waited on the tarmac for 30 minutes with very few updates from the crew.
One of the restrooms didn’t work. The ones that did never got replenished. Flight attendant just sitting there on their phone. No notification that the bathroom was broken so long lines. Apathetic crew.

Not really a “Delta” problem but worth mentioning: Boarding was a difficult process. TSA seemed understaffed and Pre-Check took longer than regular TSA. The supervisor was frazzled and yelled at travelers. Once through TSA, we had to put our carry-ons through another x-ray machine. Then queue up to board with both boarding pass and ID. Then, when we got to the stairs on the tarmac, we had to show our boarding pass again. Maybe this is just normal for Kona since the terminal is outdoors (but still a “secured” area).
Checkin was good, fllight ws good. Onlly complaint is lack of foot on 6 hour flight from Seattle to Boston. Snacks were flimsy - chips and cookies. could have offered something more substantial for such a long flight. I know you can buy food in airport but for the price you pay for a ticket, they should step up for the passengers.
Flight was delayed, we could have been notified earlier and in a consistent manner. App was not refreshing for another passenger to get the latest flight status. We could have stayed and waited at the hotel instead of waiting at the airport had we known the flight was going to delayed for more than 5 hours. The toilet is too tight, and needs to be cleaned more frequently (every hour). The entertainment screen froze, the touch screen not responding to touch. We were upgraded to comfort, it is more comfortable than regular economy seats.
It was fine. 55 minute flight. No snacks or beverage service offered. Boarding went smoothly and my walker was waiting for me on the jet way.
My flight was cencaled due with the bad weather on Sunday the crew was poorly mistaken my luggage supposed depart with my flight instead I didn’t have my luggage for almost 3 days the website is poorly respond to my complain until I have someone to do it my connection smooth their not even respon or email me even the have my luggage
This was an auto-rebook due to being delayed from an earlier UA connecting flight. The boarding was fine, but they sat me in a middle seat when my original booking was a window seat. Overall, the flight was fine as it still got me to my final destination.
The flight was delayed by a hour and I wish they had communicated it sooner. No issues on the plane, it did take a while for food to come.
Smooth and easy boarding, comfortable for the entire 5 hour flight, and the seat back entertainment was great! I appreciated all the features, from location info and maps, movies, the ability to connect with Bluetooth headphones, and good selection of movies. Food was good, normal airline snacks (I didn’t purchase anything)
it was so bad. I tried to board my flight from vancouver to saskatoon. And to my surprise they did not board me cause the flight was changed and no email was send to me. and on my boarding pass which i got from seattle says different flight. I did not knew anyone from Vancouver, air canada crew was rude, i asked for today flight but they were rude and i had early morning dental appointment in saskatoon. I was so much in pain and my whole day is wasted today. and i suffered alot. They did provide me hotel but they did not provide me any food. I am really really disappointed first time had so bad experience with air canada. I may think twice to book it again. If i can get any reply or any composition that would be great. Thanks
leg space better than expected. two washrooms for one plane isn't enough.
The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.
Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
The flight was delayed, but other than that everything was fine.
An hour and a half late is UNACCEPTABLE. The negative impact to our family is unconscionable. And for the price we were forced to pay...
