Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!

Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Excellent! All flight related was memorable ! My first experience with Mabuhay Lounge,,, not so good

Great. Always great service and their pilots know how to land planes properly

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.

Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.

You have to pay $25 to get access to smoking lounge. One coffee and small bottle of water coupon provided. Max time 2 hrs for two entries total.

Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi

Boarding and flying on time is the most important need of passengers they did that

Overall the flight was a good experience. It is different from American Airlines because they board the back of the plane first rather than the front first. Food was decent. They gave out pillows ,blankets , and face masks. I did find this airline had faster flights back home than others. Less travel and layover time.
