find fault with each pound if the customer exceeds the weight of the luggage 2 pound the flesh once you have a lot of money and when my wife and l flew from New York to Dallas and we had two small suitcases (roller) the employee ran after us and said that they should be put into the luggage and we said that we have to pay $100 when other companies do not to the same ,these roller were tested for patterns and they have stood the but she told us that you still need to pay a surrender and FLHN on the plane, l saw those rollers and missed the plane, they wewre even slinghtly thicket

I will never take the spirit airline any more!

First On and First Off

The passenger in front of me reclined for the entire airborne portion of the flight. I had her seat back in my chest all evening. The darkened cabin was pitch black. Disappearing flight attendant. Broken rear bathroom. Dirty Plane

Less than impressive. First time with Alaska. Actual Alaska flight was great. Your regionals left much to be desired.

I was just happy to get a flight out early the next morning when my Thursday afternoon flight was cancelled.

I ended up in a middle seat due to having to be rescheduled, but it was still comfortable.

I spent double the flight on paying for a carry-on.

The illusionary low price cost me a lot. They charged for carry on luggage, check in bag , and also a seat. Price was $217 from Plano TX to NYC airport return fare. Now one way they charged me $45 for Carry on Bag + $40 for check in bag and $10 for seat. That comes to $217 + $95 from Plano to NYC + $95 from NYC to Plano which comes to $407 I could have paid to better airlines same amount. I was sold water for $3 and seats were uncomfortable, crew were offering pathetic service. I am upset with Spirit Airlines for giving worst service and I am upset with Kayak for giving me illusionary price and cheating me. I don't have job from past 4 months.... Cheating me this way wasn't the good thing.

I slept on the plane ride so that was fine.

I didn't like anything about it really. I was fine because it's just a flight and it was a budget airline, but I expected more. The staff was very unprofessional - which bothered me. The seats are the most uncomfortable things in the world. They don't offer complimentary water (which is stupid). They also don't offer a complimentary snack, but I can understand that since they are a budget airline. Plane was also late so that wasn't fun. You get what you pay for

NOTHING

-they charge you for breathing -WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life -They caused me to miss my flight (long long story where their kiosk was broken and then bag line was out the door and then the woman that checked me in sent me to the wrong security check in, meanwhile I am asking everyone questions and no one was helpful. In fact, they made everything more complication) and said "nothing we can do about it... no flights until tomorrow." -I had to purchase an entirely new itinerary with another airlines. -SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES, SPIRIT!

Airport at Reykjavik needs to be updated to accomodate the number of passengers it now serves

Our flight has supposedly been rebooked for the next day free of cost ...but the time keeps switching to one later and later so we'll see if I ever actually get out of of here

It took us over 1.5 hrs to board the plane only to sit on the plane for the next 5 hours and not go anywhere. Finally we were told to disembark from the plane and had to wait another 3 hrs to be situated at a 1 star hotel 15 mins from the hotel where we had to wait another 45 mins just to get inside out of the freezing cold to actually get a room. Meanwhile, neither on the flight, nor anywhere else were we provided or offered any food or water. On top of that, because I was forced to check in luggage that was a carry on, I had no accesss to any of my belongings for the duration of this time. There was also very minimal and poor communication throughout. Very poor experience overall. I don't think I will be flying with Norwegian Airlines again!

No hassle check in and boarding was smooth. Our flight left on time. The staff was attentive to the passengers.

I truly enjoyed the ride. The staff, ambiance and cleanliness of the plane was so inviting. I even enjoyed the safety presentation. Also, complementary wine makes everything better :-)

Gate area was cramped and a little chaotic

Comfortable seats and boarding was quick.

No air control when we got hot, the stewardess was too efficient and kept taking our drinks, you have to pay for food and teh in flight movie wasn't over by the time the flight was over so I didn't get ro see the whole movie.

We waited at the airport for 5 hours instead of 2 and even before boarding we waited more 1h without explanation and the crew at the airport was not nice

Delayed flight

Well I will start by saying the flight crew was excellent. The highlight of my trip was I left my I phone on the plain when connecting at London Hethrow airport. As a father of 3 leaving my kids for 4 days was already stressful. I realized I left it when I was boarding the train to go to the next terminal. I looked up saw Captain Hope and told him what had happened. He went back to the access gate and back to my seat and returned with my cell phone. I was shocked. What Captain does that? This guy is great and was a positive reflection on British Airways. What made it more special is we were in France during the attacks and if I didn't have my cell phone I wouldn't have been able to keep in touch with my family to let them know I was okay. Thanks Captain Hope !! Thanks British Airways

The crew was friendly and professional.

The flight was very delayed and the entertainment on the plane was non existant, making traveling with 2 kids for 8.5 hours really difficult. It was not BA bit AA operated, and I don't think i will choose these companies again in the future.

I missed my flight, and XL airways did not want to negotiate with me at all. This was my absolute worst customer service experience. Will not ride with XL airways again.

You get what you pay for but XL went a little above and beyond that for a bargain airline. The airplane itself was perfectly fine. You receive a free hot meal but anything else is at a cost, which is understandable. The price couldn't be beat to Europe.

Not the best website. Can't select seat until you are at the airport, unless you want to pay a hefty price beforehand. If you want to change anything to your itinerary, it could be a nightmare. Make sure all plans are set beforehand when you book.
