Too many people with oversized carry-ons. Uncomfortable seats. flight was too crowded.

Alaska Airlines was fantastic. Kayak on the other hand was extremely poor. I got tickets through Kayak for a flight to a funeral. The date got changed less than 12 hours after I made my reservations. When I attempted to change my flights through Kayak, I was unable to use either the website or the phone system. The phone matrix did not give an option to cancel or change. The website said Kayak could not find any record of me making airline reservations through Kayak and even through I never left the Kayak website when making the reservations to my knowledge. After more than a half hour of frustration on the phone and computer ( on top of dealing with the death of a member of my family) I finally contacted Alaska Airline directly and they cancelled my flight and refunded the cost very quickly and efficiently. Alaska Airlines gets 10 stars. Kayak gets zero stars and has permanently lost a customer. I will never use Kayak again.

Pleasant flight, now wifi, but did get pushed to the exit row gracefully cause I am a tall man. Was a pleasant thank you.

Long flights are best when the seats have movies and shows to watch.

The WIFI didn't work well enough to get through even 5 minutes of a movie I had selected (it just kept pausing and spinning), and I just gave up and read a book. The selection of movies was a little sparse though, so reading wasn't that bad of an option. This was an older 737-800, with undersized overhead bins -- but it doesn't make sense to me that we are told to slide our bags in with the wheels facing us (most people ignore that and put the handles facing us). This makes it more difficult to remove the bags (no handle). The flight went well, and the fruit/cheese platter I pre-ordered was good -- although it is a little annoying to have to pre-order for this (but I suppose it saves time). When I pre-order it automatically gets charged to my personal credit card (Alaska VISA), when I'd prefer to use my corporate card for that on business trips.

Good - San Jose security is a breeze. Exact opposite of San Diego. Flight on time. Bad - FA's were not that cheery or polite. I thought we may blow out a tire as the pilot slammed down a hard landing in perfect conditions. He came in pretty hot like he had a date waiting.

I usually choose Alaska Airlines over any other airline. They try the hardest to make flying a great experience.

Staff being friendly would have help since the flight was delayed, again. Folks answered questions but no one seemed happy to be working today and if showed.

It was our baby’s first flight and everything went perfect. The flight attendant gave him his first set of wings and we were smooth flying from there.

Re-checking our bags, the workers were not able to help us with boarding passes for the flight, told us to wait, then ignored us while they helped many other passengers. Until I got rude, they would have left us standing there, and even then they were very curt and dismissive in telling us where to get boarding passes printed. We made it to the gate just as they were starting to board passengers. It was just rude customer service.

While I received notice that AA 478 was delayed, the flight departed PHX and arrived PHL more than two hours late. The first class cabin service was mediocre; there were no pre-departure beverages offered; there were no warm mixed nuts served with cocktails; there was no personal greeting to me as an Executive Platinum member by the first class flight attendant. While the flight operated safely, its arrival at 0219 in the morning in PHL ended a very long day. I do not feel that American provided first class service.

Absolutely filthy flight and not equipped for a trans US

This flight was late and did not meet the connecting flight.

Turn on the heat. Flight was way too cold from Arizona to Chicago.

Poor on time performance. Flight was delayed due to a lightbulb. No updates from the pilot. Plane was dirty and hot, AC didn't work well.

Being back games on the in-flight entertainment. Also your flight attendants need a break, raise, or overall attitude adjustment.

Good over all but my flight from. Miami to Barbados the airplane was very dirty like I have never seen before. It looked like that plane hasn’t been cleaned in a long time and I fly about one time a month.

Flight operated on tie. However, the in-flight entertainment was inoperative. No special recognition as an Executive Platinum member.
