Waited for an hour to take off with no reason for delay.
The actual flight I was rescheduled onto was from Seattle to Bozeman. The flight itself was fine, but due to delays/air traffic issues i spent the day hanging out at the Seattle airport and had to miss a day of work.
These questions are hard to answer. It was not until I checked in that I learned my flight was going to Seattle for a connection and not Portland. I did not get notified, or asked, about this change by Alaska or Kayak. Thankfully I made this flight; but missed the connecting flight and it took me much longer to get home. A service representative for Alaska says this happens frequently with third party companies, like Kayak. Please please figure that out.
Delayed flight due to mechanical issues. You only serve water or apple juice which is pathetic. To get to connecting flight you need to take a train so dumb. All in all it’s certainly not about the customer is it? You make that perfectly clear. It’s the last time I fly with you no matter how cheap your fares are!
My youngest didn't have a assigned seat until we biard6the plane.
Booked a premium seats weeks ago and got an email the night before that id instead be seated in the cabin. Only reason I booked this overnight flight was for the better seating. All they are doing to compensate is giving a $29 coupon to use on another flight. I won’t be booking this airline again.
It was all great all around. Will travel with Alaska next trip.
I got the last seat on the plane, in the back in the corner against the window, and I paid a competitive price for my ticket several weeks before the flight.
Everything was good. However, the selections of movies and TV shows were boring and unexciting. It was disappointing.
Long delay before boarding. By the time I was informed of the delay I was already at the gate.
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

Plane was pretty clean, staff was friendly and helpful, flight left about on time arrived early. Took a long time to board and get off the plane - carry on items didn't have enough room so people had to move all around to find places.
Service in first class no longer exists on American Airlines .

Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.
Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.
