Great movie selection. Seats as comfortable as is possible for economy.
Flight was cancelled months ago but we were not notified. Ended up in the last row next to the bathroom
The whole flight the service and how easy everything was to get to our destination. The only frustrating aspect was the fact that we could not check in early consequently on our connecting flight we were not sitting together.
Flight was delayed an hour and a half, bags took almost 40 minutes to come out. Flight staff is not welcoming. Lounge food selection is comical. For business class my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me. Airline needs a lot of work
Boarding on a heavy rain outside new airport with bridges.
Boarding was annoying. Just at boarding they changed my bought and extra payed comfort seat for normal economy seat. And on my seat they placed someone else.
It was great for a short flight - but due to turbulence no service, and there is no entertainment Appreciated leaving and arriving on time!
We payed for the seats and yet were bumped into others. One airbag under the seat was broken and hanging down, which made sitting down quite uncomfortable. Also tore up my stockings. Flight attendant didn't seem to care at all about that.
My comment before for Sarajevo-Zagreb fligh was actually abou flight from Zagreb to Amsterdam.
Never made it on Thai plane due to all the other planes being late
I was not expecting to deplane on the tarmac. A shuttle took us to the airport. All communications were in English and German. Staff was very nice.
Boarding arrangements differentiated with groups, easy to follow. Seat size and leg room was very comfortable even I was with Economy class. Food was good and staff was nice. Very good experience even with 12 hrs long-haul.
It was good, but I felt a little cramp on the plane whether I was in Economy or not.
Did not happen. Cancelled and rebooked on flight to Frankfurt and then to Berlin. Lost luggage at Frankfurt change.
Waited on tarmac 30 min before take off everything else was fine
Everything went well with our flight. I would like to be able to see my connecting flight gate on the flight . We had a short connection time we were nervous and they changed the gate we arrived at. They told us where we were entering and it required a shuttle ride and a map of München airport would have been good on the flight .
Must deplane and take bus in Frankfurt. A big hassle.
We were upgraded to Premium Economy which was great, lots of space, great food, great seats, somewhat more attentive service.
Staff on board was cheerful. Airport staff was Ok, but the plane was late and the boarding by zones makes it very stressful because I was in the last zone and therefore wasn’t sure I could get my bag onto the overhead rack. Plane was FILTHY.
Multiple cancelled flights ended up cancelling the whole itinerary. Went on my own and booked directly the day of flight and am demanding full refund.
