Great flight. I didn't watch the entertainment. I used my iPad the whole flight. But, staff was great, smooth flight, comfortable seat (business seat 7A) and food was really good (I'm a vegetarian).
The flight was very nice but the food selection for the people in the last rows was limited to vegetarian meals only. I think vegetarian meal should not be offered as a main selection.
Drinking water could be in more sustainable packaging than plastic bottles
They lost my luggage on December 30th. It is now January 3rd and i still don’t have it. I’ve called lost and found multiple times and they cannot provide an update. They keep saying one day and then it gets postponed again. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. It’s infringing on my vacation. I have stressed how important it is for me to have my suitcase right away. It should have been resolved within 1-2 days.

At boarding, the locations where we had to have our passports checked prior to boarding were very unclear. Occasional staff wandered around telling people, but in busy area of the terminal this was not obvious. It was also located well after the check in desk in terms of walking to the gate. The Premium Economy service was attentive and warm. The only big draw back was lack of restrooms, and no division or even curtain between PE and Economy.
We had seats between the bathroom and a screaming baby, and did not have enough room to lay my head down on the tray table. Not ideal.
Everything was fairly easy just hard when you get to Heathrow not know your Gate number until an hour before but otherwise really everything great. Did not get my texts in time though to do me any good but that is why I still like everything the old fashioned way and print everything out.
My experience was wonderful. The professionalism of the crew was exemplary 🙂. The meals were wholesome and tasty. I have no complaints
My seat was broken and ducted taped and my monitor did not work the entire time over 8 hrs sitting. And I had no books or anything with me
my flight from Rome to Boston was on a very old plane. My video and audio did not work.
Good with timing of flights. The crew was exceptionally unfriendly. I heard more than one person say this. And even with the aisle, it seemed more uncomfortable than usual. The movie selection was old and poor, but the dinner was great - the lasagna and tiramisu.
The check in process is chaotic. It says partially checked-in. Never heard of such a thing. Then lost our reserved seats when we finally checked in at the airport. The seats don’t recline. Then we had to get mew boarding passes at the connection. Last, my companion lost her baggage and up to now there’s no update. We’re already half-way through our vacation and still no news what happened to the luggage.
Wonderful! Everyone very helpful and kind. Returning flight was cancelled but rebooking was easy.
Pretty normal flight was delayed due to traffic could have missed connecting flight to Venice but crew kept us well informed so we made it
Flight was on time and pretty standard. No Hiccups. I have no complaints, which is a lot to say about a 12 hour flight.
-The seats could be roomier -The entertainment in English could be more current! The moves were very old!!! -They served too many carbs! What happened to fruit and yogurt!!!!
We upgraded to premium economy and it made a difference in a 12 hr flight. I didn’t like that we had to deplane in the tarmac with our carryon luggage. Other than that, it was ok.
Everything was much better than I had expected, since I hadn’t heard of your airline before. I hope to take advantage of your excellent service again.
