Great food - movie selection was good. Plane was a few minutes late but got to destination on time.

Flight was diverted from Firenze to Pisa causing delay and inconvenience.
Everything was great, except for food. It was not good. I think I got a food poisoning from the salad.
Not much that I liked. The seating and Space between the seats was very bad for long flights.. very bad for such a prestigious Airline.
Entertainment could be better. Choice and variety of movies was not great
Bad, my family luggage. did not make t with us. Now my family’s arrived but not mine. No contact from the company or emails acknowledging the problem. Still not even where it is.
This time I was very unsatisfied, due to the tickets, been overbooked from Zürich to Budapest for my children. All four of us had to get a defender out and arrive to put up past nine hours later than originally participated. They did give us different ticket in Miami however, if I would’ve seen this ticket on the Internet I would have never purchased it. We took this because we had no choice. At the airport in Miami during check-in, we were informed that my children’s tickets were sold to someone else and their tickets were canceled. They basically give us no choice but to go with booking.
Flight was delayed, but otherwise it was a fine flight. Recommend boarding group by group, instead of calling up three groups at the same time
It was great! Friendly crew. Good food and service. Great snacks. But one of our luggage did not come to Chicago. Stood at carrousel until the end waiting for our bag and it wasn’t there. Then we had to rush very fast to catch our connecting flight to Cleveland and almost missed it
Checked me out of my connecting flight despite having enough time to transfer, had to check in again at the gate. Then they lost my luggage.
An hour late. Plus literally everything was unavaiable for food and beverage service. Will never fly again. Ever.
Everything went very well. I would like to acknowledge the politeness and professionalism of the staff—they are superb. No complaints.
I fell from the stairs while carrying a baby on the way to the bus to take us to the plane because TAP is too cheap to pay for a proper gate on their hub airport (not even an elevator). Plus, they were late (which they always are). Terrible airline.
Tap being tap...the company had better days, service is terrible, not comfortable at all...
No legroom, have to pay for everything including water?!? Water is more expensive than beer?
TAP is a good, decent airline for international journeys. No complaints about the service, the crew, the comfort, or the baggage handling.
Flight was delayed, landed with short, but just adequate, time to make connection. TAP knew three from Rome were rushing to connect. Tap transfer agents repeatedly refused to expedite business class pax at any point thru the one long immigration line (while they did for other flights) which resulted in us unable to reach the connecting gate before it closed. TAP staff unconcerned, unwilling to investigate options, and no ticketing assistance available airside which is inexcusable.
The staff were great - very friendly and chatty. I checked in online at 9.30am, when check in had opened at 1.30am, and choices were already very limited, so act fast.
A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.
The flight from MAD to LIS was absolutely horrible since they didn't allow me to board the flight I had paid for. It turns out TAP has a rule hidden deep in their terms of services that if I miss any of the flights in my multi-city plan they will automatically cancel all the remaining flights. I don't know if this is unique to TAP or common practice, but it seems quite ridiculous that I pay for a flight plan and due to unforeseen circumstances miss one leg of that plan that all remaining plan flights be terminated.

Long delay resulted in my being unable to catch a train home and resulted in an additional £76 cost for an Uber
I was charged at the gate for bags I had already paid for. There was no other option. I am trying diligently thought easyJet website but making no progress HELP!
Be sure to check bags for 23 kg,.(50 lbs) Coming from US I chose the wrong size luggage weight when I checked in on my phone, and had to pay more when I dropped it off
The flight was delayed for over 1 hour. The boarding process is appalling making you wait for 30 minutes in the passage leading to the outside door without any seats.
I was disappointed there was a 40 minute delay to flight
Very pleasant crew, working hard on a full plane. Delay by a broken seat. However crew made back 60% of the delay.
Delayed and then further delayed with no announcement made so that all the passengers (who were standing in the jetty) could hear. We stood there for well over 20 minutes. We were further delayed through weather but no one explained that to us until the pilot made an announcement when finally on board
easyJet need to ensure that whether pre-booking seats or not children aren’t split from their parents the crew spent the majority of boarding asking passengers to move to accommodate two families. Surely the system identifies minors on a booking !!!!! It was all very frustrating to watch and caused delays which I’m sure cost easyJet more in the long run rather that automatically allocating families with minors seats together automatically.
