Worse, if there was any kind of emergency, I believe it would have created a unsafe environment. Very Poor Design & Process ! ! !"

Pros: "GRU to ATL to LEX - all was fine. The plane from GRU to ATL was one of the nicer jets I have ridden in. The ratings above reflect my overall trip of going to Sao Paulo and returning to Lexington, even though the first part had to be re-booked on United."

While Delta re-booked me on United, my flight arrived 3 hours later than scheduled (so transportation plans had to change), my bag did not successfully move from the Delta flight to the United flight (and was thus delayed in getting to GRU) AND once the bag was received, 4 shirts had been stolen. While a delay/theft claim has been filed with United, this could all have been avoided if the Delta flights had been on time."

Due to late take-off we were too late to land in ZRH as runway had already closed. Diverted to Stuttgart, where no BA staff was on the ground to deal with and all services had already closed (~00:30). Basically ~50 customers were dumped at a place they didn’t want to be and no info on his BA wanted to deal with it was given. After 1 week still no info on compensation. And this wants to be a major carrier?"

The entertainment systems included plenty of content; movies allowed for different tastes, and there were other options. The crew were thoughtful and responsive to specific requests or needs. Blankets and pillows, earphones and announcements were useful. It was possible to sleep, but also, to stay awake if necessary. The flight arrived in good time, and was de-boarded efficiently as well. The menu was sufficient, although the tarragon chicken was underwhelming: the pasta dish was quite nice. The coffee was not great, but drinkable. I appreciated having actual milk for the coffee."

Also, at IAD, there's a lot of queuing and navigating passage systems both to get to the plane and to arrive back. I liked the new kiosks for the entry to immigration/passport however."

Missed my connecting flight from Chicago to Dayton and had to be put up in a hotel 30 minutes away from the airport."

I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."

Cons: "Nothing!! And by the way this is the last time I travel with you guys. I couldn’t travel because of my itinerary doula -Bruxelle - Zurich- Washington Dulles . I was not told when I bought the ticket that I will need a visa to transit between Bruxel to Zurich. Now they told me that my only option is to buy another ticket . Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Pros: "Upgraded to first class which was great."
Cons: "Had to change planes. Entertainment did not allow me to play movies. I could view the trailers."

Cons: "It was freezing cold. Apparently something went wrong with AC system as even despite numerous complaints by passengers nothing could be done. Spending 9 hours in a freezing cold plane already has affected my and my husvand's health as we are both now coughing and with blocked noses."

Cons: "We were boarded on a plane that was missing a part and sat for an hour and a half. Then we were taken off that plane and put on another with no money back or any sort of sorry. Had to miss work that night so it cost me money out of pocket."

Pros: "The flight was smooth and we got in to BZN a little early, which was great."
Cons: "I really disliked the check-in process at the airport. I do not fly very much anymore and the whole electronic system baffled me. The check-in folks were not very helpful and seemed impatient with me."

Cons: "The food was mediocre and drinks served a long time after the meal. I had a log (daylight) flight and attendants insisted that all blinds be down and then the lights were turned off in plane. No one was sleeping and most watching TV. I as a reader of books was inconvenienced by low light."

Cons: "Because of the short connection time the group of people including me made it to the gate a bit late. However the plane was still at the gate and did not leave for another 15 minutes. But they refused to take us on board saying t was too late, as a result: They sent us with the next flight to Chicago instead of Washington DC. My whole schedule was messed up as i had to fly through Chicago. My luggage was lost and i only received it 2 days later. Will file the complaint."

Cons: "Twelve hours of horrible delays, missed connections, and running through airports due to poor aircraft maintenance and mechanical problems. Will never fly United again if I have a choice."

Pros: "Fortunately I had three seats to myself so I stretched out and got some sleep after the meal. Many movies to choose from for entertainment."

Cons: "The lunch services because they ran out of one the pasta section before they even got to my row. Also the landing was a little rough"

Cons: "Announcements made in piercing tones' I understand the necessity and that they are made in several languages, however they were loud and jarring.."

Pros: "Flight attendants were friendly and welcoming when service was provided. The food was delicious - quinoa salad was unexpected and delicious. Also enjoyed the ice cream at the end of the meal"
Cons: "The flight on the ticket stated it was a Swiss flight operated by United. When we arrived we asked which kiosk to check in and we were misinformed. It would be a time saver if the airlines would educate their employees on where the customer should check in."

Cons: "Weather delay but then sat at the gate for nearly an hour waiting for "fuel". Give me a break! No update as to why we were waiting, just said we would leave in 15 min an hour before we left."

Pros: "Your pilots actually landed us 20 minutes early in Bozeman so great on them as well. I flew from Charlotte at 4:22 to Denver and left for Bozeman at 6:50 pm, all flight attendants were very pleasant as well."
